The Judo Babe combats against Karate!

Masane felt a slight cold chill run down her spine as she saw that smile on her opponent's face. It didn't seem right on her. It caused her own smile to fade, and grow serious once more. She shifted back into her stance, doing her best to ignore the pain in her leg before shuffling in towards her again, motioning Makoto on for her to attack.

Makoto would not seem to acknowledge the challenge. After all judo was more of a defensive art and she would simply wait for masane to make the first move. If she noticed Masane had been hurt she showed no indication.

Masane frowned a little when she didn't make a move. She knew if she kept attacking her again and again, she was going to get tired fast. She needed to pace herself, and in order for that to happen, she had to provoke Makoto into attacking. She started to circle her for a moment as she worked in her mind how to accomplish this. As she circled, she started to realize she had a bit of an uphill battle on her hands. She mostly knew strikes, and maybe a few submissions and counters, while her opponent was all about counters and reversals.

She would have to outwit her opponent in order to win, and judging by the appearance of this one, it wasn't going to be easy. She started to shuffle in towards her, before she decided to try and give her a series of move to try and read. She would start out with a hand chop aimed at her jaw before stepping in to try and throw a knee up into her gut. Next, she would follow up with a spinning backfist, hoping to knock her away, and ready to change her battle plan should the Judo Babe catch any of her blows.

As the fist came for her face, Makoto lifted an arm to block with a smirk. If Masane followed up with the knee strike, Makoto would use the palm of her other hand to block Masane's knee, still wearing the smirk. However if Masane still followed through and went for the backfist, Makoto's smirk would slip and she would spring back to avoid. Was she distracted?

Masane would keep the heat turned up on Makoto, jumping with her, aiming a knife stab right between her breasts, then would close that fist and aim up at her jaw, while simultaneously stepping in for a palm strike aimed for her opponent's belly. If that blow knocked her back, she would finish her chain of strikes with a fierce roundhouse to the belly as well, hoping to knock her off her feet with the ferocity of the blow. As she threw her strikes, she started to shout her cries with each blow, getting pumped up as she started to push herself.

"Ha! Ey! Hm! HYAH!" She would cry out, saying one word with each strike.

Makoto saw Masane coming in for another attack. She continued to rely on her judo physics to lessen the impact of the blows. As the knife hand struck her chest, she bounced back a bit letting herself move with the hit so she only took a small mount of damage. Then came the follow up uppercut and belly palm strike. Having moved with the knife stab attack she would allow herself to give way to this second attack, though she ahd enough time to raise her arms to block the impact somewhat. Then when the kick came for her belly, Makoto would attempt to bring both ehr arms around like a bear trap to ensnare the leg and follow up with a big elbow strike to the knee joint, most likely letting go after that attack.

Masane cursed on the inside as her foot was caught again, and with the same leg no less. She clenched her teeth tightly to avoid from crying out from how bad that elbow strike to her knee joint hurt. She crumbled to one knee afterwards, trying to massage the muscle in the leg and lessen the stinging pain in his leg. She then glared up at Makoto, but didn't move from her spot for now. She knew she could be in trouble here now.

As Masane looked up to glare at her, she might notice Makoto was coming in with a knee lift attack to her face. It seemed that Makoto was choosing now to go on the offensive and take advantage of Masane's relapse.

Masane might have gotten her leg hurt a little bit, but that didn't mean her arms still didn't work. She saw the knee coming up, and would try to grab that knee and fall back, hoping to take Makoto down to her stomach and roll backwards while still holding her leg. If this worked, Masane would go a little out of her style and try to pull a single leg boston crab on Makoto from out of nowhere!

Masane would be able to grab at Makoto's leg enough to block the strike to her face. But at the angle Masane was at on the ground and Makoto's conditioning that had made her tougher and more stable, she would not be able to pull Makoto down right away. Makoto would then reach for Masane's hair in an almost unorthodox way, jerk at it to try and pull her head and back and punch down at her face rather harshly.
