Relentless as Kena's attacks were, they were also pretty straightforward, and beginning to get predictable. Evading or blocking the opening jabs, Maddie tried to find a brief opening. Her foe had her outclassed in terms of skill, but Maddie was an unorthodox fighter and figured Kena probably wouldn't expect much out of her. Narrowly deflecting another jab, Maddie quickly snapped her leg up between Kena's thighs, hoping a good low blow would stop the sadistic bitch in her tracks.

"Tch," Kena figured Maddie would just take the hits and fall, but she was actually dodging and deflecting her blows pretty well. And here she had the girl figured for a punching bag. As impressive as it was, it was still annoying. Her next punch was followed by a sharp pain to her crotch. "Ah!" Kena dropped to her knees, clutching between her legs to sooth the pain and prevent another assault like that. "Gh..." Kena's eyes narrowed as she looked up at the girl. She held back the urge to cuss her out since it wasn't lady-like. Bitch... she thought venomously.

"Heh, wasn't expecting that one, huh princess?" Maddie taunted, pleased by the furious look on her downed opponent's face. With no rules and against such a vicious foe, there was no reason at all for Maddie to hold back any of her dirty tricks. Deciding to repay Kena's ruthlessness in kind, she would attempt to grab the girl by her short hair and while bringing her knee up aiming right for her face.

Kena was still stunned by the blow to her crotch, helpless against Maddie as she grabbed her hair. Fear now stunned her, as she waited for what her opponent would do next. "Gwah!" The blow Maddie gave her rattled her skull. She was far from merciful, but she expected as much given the type of match this was. Unfortunately, she was still unable to defend herself given the pain from her crotch and now her head. This was bad, really bad.

Maddie just grinned cockily, pretty pleased to have taken control of the match and to be getting some revenge on Kena. "Look who's underestimated who now, ya crazy bitch!" Taking a step back, she would release her grip on her foe's hair, but before she could fall, Maddie would quickly spin on her heel aiming to give Kena a solid kick to the chest.

Kena's head was throbbing, but the pain was quickly subsiding, the pain in her crotch was also starting to fade. Maddie did some damage, but Kena was far from out. Still, she wasn't prepared to dodge or block her opponent's kick, and felt it's full force. "Kuh!" She was sent to the mat, flat on her back. "G-Gh..." Despite the pain, Kena was able to slowly stand, shaking off the damage. She had taken worse in sparring matches. "Gah... that was a good attack Hanezana-san." She said with a smile, raising her fists again. "Hehe, you're a strong foe. You have my respect." She slowly inched forward, looking for an opening to strike.

"Hmph... I guess at least you're a little more polite now." Maddie smirked, trying hard not to look flattered. Nobody ever called her a good fighter before, and it did feel good to get some recognition for once, even if it was from a sadistic nutcase. Assuming her fighting stance once again, she awaited as Kena slowly approached. While she had got off some good hits, Maddie knew she didn't pack very much of a punch and it would definitely take much much more to wear down a foe like this. Staying on guard, Maddie prepared herself for whatever might get thrown at her, hoping to try and counter with another cheap shot.

"Am I? I thought I was since the beginning. Sorry came off as rude." She said, bowing her head in apology. In Kena's defense, this was a no-holds-barred match, so they were expected to be merciless, and she liked it that way.

As she got closer she realized she'd have to make the first move again. Maddie looked pretty guarded, so Kena would have be really aggressive to break her out of her defensive state. She quickly moved close to Maddie, lifting one of her legs while spinning on her heel for a close-range roundhouse to the side of her opponent's chest. "Hyah!"

Despite the seemingly more compassionate demeanor, Maddie didn't let her guard down one bit. The sturdy little girl thought she would be prepared for whatever Kena might try, but as her foe suddenly closed the distance and unleashed a powerful roundhouse kick, she found herself quickly proven wrong. At that proximity there was no way to dodge, and so Maddie had no choice but to hastily throw up her arms to block the blow. The force of the kick not only hurt at good bit, but was still enough to stagger Maddie, dropping to the side and down on one knee. "Shit...!"

Kena didn't relent her attack. The moment Maddie was on her knees she finished her spin, bringing her foot back to the ground and spun again while swinging the other, this time going straight to Maddie's head. Kena didn't have the high stamina Maddie did, and she knew she'd run out of energy at some point. And as much as she'd love to push Maddie to the limit, she had to end this decisively.
