That marked the first time an arm drag from that position had ever worked for Valley, and she was pleased with the results. The AFW required a more diverse moveset than Slamazons, and the past couple of months had been spent trying to expand hers a bit, adding more weapons to the arsenal.

Valley rolled back to her feet as soon as she released the arm drag, making it up fresh while Natasha made it up groggy. Not much of a window to work with, but she knew just how to open it even further.

She moved over to Natasha and grabbed her arm once again, this time with both hands on the wrist. Valley helped her up all the way, only to pull back the moment she was on two solid feet. She spun around, yanked hard, and tried to send Natasha running off to the far corner with an Irish Whip, planting her feet firmly on the floor to get as much power into the move as possible. Even with all she had, it probably wouldn't stun Natash for too long, but if Valley could just get, say, two seconds to launch an attack? She could work magic.

In any other case, Natasha would have been happy to get a hand back up to her feet. Not while in the ring though, not while she had Valley bearing down on her. The blonde was keeping her from getting her proper bearings, pulling her back up to her feet and then whirling her around with the Irish Whip, sending her violently across the ring and towards the opposite corner.

"Grngh!" came the grunt through Natasha's lips, as the Russian slammed front-first into the turnbuckle, her body jerking sharply from the tremendous impact. Her body then turned outwards, leaning with her back against the corner, as she struggled to shake off the crashing blow. She wasn't in a good position, and she realized it, but for the time being there wasn't too much she could about it, not until she got her bearings back.

Fortunately for Valley, even though Natasha was clearly the stronger woman between, she didn't have so much weight that it was impossible to throw her around effectively. She doubted this match would have too many body slams from her side, but she was more than capable of tossing the mighty Russian around the ring when she put the right muscles into it.

Valley kept her legs bent and ready as Natasha hit the turnbuckle and flopped right into position, facing towards her and presenting a perfect target. She was a ring away, but that was no problem. Valley knew just how to close the distance.

She broke into a short run, only to leap up when she got halfway there, performing a handspring. It was one of the first moves she'd learned as a wrestler, a neat little vestige from her cheerleading days, and now she used it build up some extra momentum as she tumbled towards the turnbuckle. She came off the flip with her back turned to the corner and her hair flying foward, heading straight to Natasha with a sharp, exacting elbow aimed for the chest.

Valley being a ring away from Natasha worked just fine for the Russian. With the blonde so far away, it gave Natasha plenty of time to refocus, to shake off her daze and steady her breathing. Being slammed into a turnbuckle was nothing. She had taken way worse hits, and it would take a lot more then that to slow her down for too long.

So, when Valley came running and flipping across the ring towards her, Natasha was ready. Her arms reached out, grabbing the top rope on either side of herself to help brace herself, and as Valley drew closer to her, heading towards her with the elbow, she quickly brought up her leg towards her. She aimed her foot straight towards the small of Valley's back, hoping to watch the Slamazon crash right into her boot!

Nothing stopped a rolling wrestler's momentum quite like a boot to the back. Valley had been tumbling and moving and heading towards Natasha with good force for her blow, but it all got turned on its head when she would up slamming into the unforgiving business end of a Russian heel. Not the soft padding of a body that she'd hoped for..

She threw her head back and cried out as the pain shot through her spine, and her feet immediately buckled beneath her. She fell to her knees while her hands reached behind her, trying to massage away the pain spiking through her bones. Since they were so busy with that, though, it meant her face was left unprotected - she fell forward, right on her forehead, and the only thing that cushioned the flop was her chest. And even it didn't help all that much.

Valley laid, face down and hair splayed all around. She reached around and placed a palm flat on the floor, trying to push up, despite the likely possibility that Natasha was about to take advantage of the opportunity that had fallen - quite literally - at her feet.

It wasn't a 'likely' possibility. It was a 'definite' possibility that Natasha was going to take advantage of the situation. No way she was going to pass up this opportunity, not with Valley in such a perfect position at her feet.

The Russian stepped forward out of the corner, and bent over, reaching down to grab for Valley. One hand went for her arm, while the other went for her hair, grabbing a thick handful of the blonde stuff, and she began to tug the woman back up to her feet again, giving the Slamazon the same sort of help that she had given Natasha earlier. Once Valley was standing, she tried to step forward, to guide the blonde away from the corner, to give them both some room to move.

Then, Natasha shifted the position of her arm, going to throw it across Valley's shoulder, almost as if she was a good friend giving her some support to help keep her standing. Such a thing couldn't have been further from the truth, though. In the next moment, Natasha's leg slipped to the side, trying to wrap around one of Valley's, so that the Russian could suddenly fall back with her, trying to slam the Slamazon backwards into...well, into a Russian leg sweep, trying to take her off of her feet and put her back onto the canvas!

Sure enough, Valley saw a thick, musclebound shadow cast over her and felt Natasha's grasp, as she reached down and hauled her back up in the roughest way possible. Ever since coming to the AFW, she'd had her hair grabbed constantly, in every single match she participated in, good or bad. You'd think she would get used to it. You would be wrong.

"Hair ref!" Valley groaned and growled as Natasha strained her roots and the referee - as usual - didn't give her so much as a wagging finger. She didn't have to endure it for long, though. The former Angel had something a little more devastating in mind.

One second Valley was vertical, the next she was horizontal, and there was a lot of impact thrown into that short amount of time. Natasha's move slammed her into the canvas, and it would have been bad enough all by itself, but she was still hurting from the boot. That brought the pain far closer to 'excruciating' than she was comfortable with.

"Russian leg sweep from a Russian." She took a deep breath and started rolling to the side, getting on her front. "I get it. Ha ha."

"Is funny, da?" Natasha smirked, sitting up after she slammed Valley back-first into the canvas. As stereotypical as it might have seemed, Natasha firmly believed that no one gave a Russian leg sweep as well as an actual Russian, something that Valley seemed to have learned firsthand from her.

She began to stand again, feeling glad that the match seemed to be in her control now. She looked down at Valley, and leaned down again, reaching out for the Slamazon's arm for a second time. "Back up!" she ordered, as she started to pull on the blonde's arm, trying to yank her up to her feet once more.

Once she had pulled Valley up, she decided to take a page out of her opponent's book. Natasha tightened her grip on the Slamazon's arm, and pulled her around, trying to spin her around and launch her straight towards the furthest ropes, with her own powerful Irish Whip.

Even with all the pain and suffering, Valley managed to crack a little smile, though her hair managed to hide it. That was funny. Really. And it prompted Valley to do a quick mental scan for any California-named wrestling moves that she could follow up with, but the best she could think of was the Death Valley Driver. She wasn't crazy enough to try that with Natasha. Shame.

Valley was grateful that Natasha stayed away from the hair this time when she hauled her up, but nearly yanking her arm from its socket wasn't much better. She stood up, struggling against superior strength every inch of the way, but in the end, there wasn't much choice - off she went, hurled at the ropes.

How she got to the ropes was her choice, though, and Valley intended to make them work for her. Instead of simply bouncing off and running back into Natasha's clutches, Valley jumped up, planted her feet on the middle rope, and flipped back towards the Russian blonde with a moonsault, flying back at her with open arms and an even bigger smile on her face. This one, she could see.

Natasha took a few steps forward and braced herself, preparing for Valley's return to her. She was planning on catching the blonde on her rebound, sweeping her off of her feet and putting her back down onto the canvas again. She wanted to keep up the pressure and keep Valley from getting the advantage over her again, and it seemed like she was making good progress on that front.

At least, that's how the Russian felt until she saw Valley leap up onto the ropes.

Her confident smile faded away, replaced by a look of shock, as she watched Valley flipping through the air towards her. If she hadn't been so surprised by the sudden move, she might have been able to find a way to counter it or get out of the way. As it was, though, Natasha was surprised. She was so surprised that she couldn't do much, other then stand there like a deer in the headlights, a perfect open target for Valley's attack.

Wham.

Valley crashed into Natasha, and the Russian was taken off of her feet, knocked down onto her back. She lied there beneath the buxom blonde, her head spinning as she tried to piece together what had just happened.
