Hardcore Tag Battle!

Isabella was smiling to piss River off. River knew she was smiling to piss her off. It was so fucking obvious she was smiling to piss her off, but that didn't mean it wasn't working. The bitch was unflappable, and she just kept on coming.

River was tough, but she was still human. She needed some space to breath and time to gather her bearings. Unfortunately, she wasn't getting either of those things. Isabella was on her before she had the chance to get too far away, grabbing her from behind. And lifting her. Actually lifting her.

Styx hadn't been around a scale in a while, but last she checked, she was a few missed haircuts away from being a solid two hundred pounds. She was pretty sure no one had even tried to carry her since she turned three years old, but here Isabella was, pulling it off. Impressive, she had to give her that much. She had to be batty for even giving it a shot.

She didn't know what Isabella was planning and she couldn't have given less of a fuck. Styx just wanted to be put down, and she tried to stop the ride by swinging around and aiming an elbow right at the white-haired witch's face.

Isabella was well versed in the art of carrying her opponents around the ring, to her there were few ways better to demonstrate one's physical superiority than lifting the other woman up into the air and holding her there, helpless as they waited for the inevitable drop. There were only a few women in the league Isabella recognized as being her near equal when it came to raw strength, River not amongst that number even as Isabella wrapped her arms around the woman's waist and found nothing but solid muscle, River's weight a bit more than she had expected.

She wasn't going to give River the satisfaction of seeing her quit however, Isabella feeling her arms begin to burn from the exertion as she strained her body to lift River off her feet and into the air. "You're heavier than you look ya know that?" She said through gritted teeth as she took one step towards the announcer's table, Isabella taking a deep breath before she took another two steps closer to it with the commentators already clearing the way for whatever she had planned for their table. She was heavy but Isabella had carried heavier before, she wasn't going to let herself look a fool by losing her hold.

River had other plans however, burying her elbow into Isabella's face who grunted underneath the sudden impact but somehow held onto River long enough to toss her forward. Anyone else would have sailed several feet but Isabella could only manage a single foot with River. She didn't care how far she had gone though as the fall was the important part, even if it wasn't through the table like she had planned for her. Stepping back Isabella brushed the back of her hand over her lip, pulling it away to find a trail of blood along her alabaster skin from the split lip River had given her.

"Oh you fucking bitch, you really know how to make things interesting don't you?" Isabella said before spitting out the blood in her mouth, her smile returning even as blood continued to trickle down her chin.

Styx had never been thrown before, and now that it finally happened, she couldn't say she cared much for the experience. Especially when it was done by a smarmy little Ice Queen like Isabella.

She hit the announcer table with an ungraceful - like everything she did - crash, sending a few papers to the side and making some of the nearby ring crew scatter, trying to stay one step ahead of the mayhem. Her face struck the table on the way down, and a dull metallic smell filled her nostrils right afterwards, the sure sign of a nosebleed.

Styx shook off the impact and tried her best to stand as that last attack piled on the pain, getting lucid just in time to hear Isabella talking more behind her. She was smiling. She didn't bother to look, but Styx knew she was smiling back there, and it just made her all the more determined to wipe it away. Isabella thought she was interesting so far? She hadn't seen the half.

She reached to the side and grabbed a chair from the announce table, trying to make sure her body covered the movement. Styx didn't bother folding it up, she just grabbed hold of one of the leg, stood up and spun around the chair around in a wide arc and going straight for Isabella's overinflated head.

Isabella was more surprised than anything seeing River bounce off of the announcer's table as her throw had been more of an instinctual reaction to being elbowed in the face than a concentrated effort on her part, but just because she hadn't intended for it to happen didn't mean the sight wasn't enjoyable.

The shock of the results passed quickly though and soon Isabella was chuckling beneath her breath at the sight of it all. She was rather loving the way the ring side staff scrambled out of River's path almost as much as watching River slam her face into the table on her way down to the floor, unable to tear her eyes away to see what their partners were up to.

She hadn't thought much of River when she first saw her standing in the ring, just another woman playing the part of hardcore with the most cliche look she could remember seeing, but River was every bit the tough bitch her close cropped hair and biker look made her out to be. Isabella was well torn between taking her time to pick her apart and bringing the match to a quick close so that she could move onto the next round and be done with this formality.

Unbeknownst to her River had already decided that question for her, only the woman's answer was not one Isabella expected nor appreciated. Without even bothering to close it River had grabbed hold of a chair and practically flung it right towards Isabella's face, the unforgiving steel bouncing off her head with a resounding thud that echoed through the arena even over the roar of the crowd who were finally getting the chair usage they so desperately chanted for. Isabella spun around and almost immediately collapsed towards the ring, her arms outstretched and barely grabbing onto the bottom rope in time to keep her from dropping to the floor. The ringing in her head drowned everything else out such was its intensity and for the moment Isabella was taking a back seat to her body's instincts to put distance between her and the chair as she began shuffling sideways with the aid of the ropes.

Ah, there it was. The sweet sound of boos from a bunch of hypocritical, perverted Japanese people. It was like mana to the soul, enriching Styx's very being. This was a pure thing. A righteous thing. She'd dare say, a holy thing. If there was anything more right in the world than knocking the smug smile off a bitch's face with a chairshot, she couldn't imagine what it would be. Aside from really good sex, maybe.

Styx stood up, using the chair for support as she rose. It was tempting, so goddamn tempting, to taunt her a little bit and draw out the pain, pay her back for the annoying-as-fuck two minute she'd just gone through. But that would be hyprocritical and not the least bit prudent. She had the tools to get the job and she knew what to do the job. Why waste time?

She folded the chair, hobbled her way behind Isabella, raised it up high and tried to bring it down right on top of her silver-haired skull. Going for massive head trauma, concussions and contusions.

Isabella refused to give River the satisfaction of hearing her groan in pain after that cowardly shot with the chair, choosing to bite down on her bottom to keep herself from letting anything that would give her any pleasure slip, hard enough that after a few moments she tasted blood again as her split lip reopened. Using the bottom rope as support she dragged herself on instinct away from her attacker, putting as much distance between River and herself as possible before the woman decided hitting her with a chair was a fun hobby she needed to pursue.

She had only made a handful of feet, moving towards her own corner where hopefully her partner had long since cleared her eyes of that black tar, when she heard the sound of the chair folding shut. She glanced over her shoulder expecting to see River approaching but instead she was greeted with an up close view of the chair itself. Isabella threw herself forward to avoid taking another shot to her head, sacrificing her back in the process as the chair slammed down across it, Isabella shouting "fuck" as she dropped down onto her hands and knees.

Styx wasn't a genius, but she wasn't nearly as slow as people often thought. Isabella was holding back her screams, trying to resist the pain. She was fine with that. Didn't make any difference. After all, she could tell everything she needed to know from the way she reeled, the way her body moved, the sounds it made when the chair crashed down on it. The body didn't lie. She could smile and stifle all she wanted, but Styx could always recognize pain.

She was pleased so far, but things could be better. Isabella was down, but not down enough for her tastes. She needed to be flat.

She sat the chair aside for a moment and took a few steps back to get, making a little space behind Isabella. Styx licked her lips, took aim, then ran forward and jumped, going high and coming down towards her opponent's back with a vicious double stomp.

Isabella may have had her brain rattled by that chair shot but she still remembered exactly where she was, or more importantly where her corner was. Each shot from the chair had sent her reeling, no doubt exactly what River had wanted to see, but she always stumbled closer towards her team's corner where her partner hopefully stood waiting for a chance to get back at River for the black tar she had spat into her face. Even as she collapsed onto her hands and knees Isabella forced her burning body to move forward, not just to get away from River but to draw closer to what should be safer ground.

She was reaching up with her right hand to grab onto the ring apron when River's feet dug into her back, the woman;s weight crashing down on her driving Isabella hard face first into the lightly padded floor. Her lungs were burning as all the air seemed to rush from her body and her back felt like it was misaligned in about a dozen spots after that hit, but beyond a sharp yell of pain from the initial hit Isabella grit her teeth and swallowed the pain.

It wasn't much, no. Just a little yelp. Barely a noise from Isabella's honeyed lips. But that tiny shout of pain was just enough to satisfy Styx for the time being. She was a simple woman with simple tastes, after all, and while she would have preferred to dish out more pain to make up for all the little annoyances in this match, she was willing to accept this offering. The sight of Isabella's wrecked body beneath her did wonders for the mood, too.

She could have beat around the witch witch all day long, but this wasn't one of her 'fun' matches where she had the luxury of fucking around - she wanted to win this. Needed to. She had to bring this back in the ring and finish things.

"C'mere, c'mere." She reached down, grabbed Isabella with a handful of her lustrous hair, then hauled her, not particularly caring if she went along with. With a grunt and a growl, Styx tossed her back into the ring under the bottom rope, then slid in behind her right afterwards.

It had taken some time, but Kaede managed to wipe the black gunk out of her eyes and was seething with anger. Now she couldn't wait to get her hands back on Styx to get some revenge on her. Her would come as she watched Isabella and Styx brawling as she watched Styx roll Isabella back into the ring. Waiting was never a strong spot for Kaede as she saw her chance as Styx was sliding into the ring.

Jumping down, Kaede would attempt to surprise Styx by grabbing her legs and pulling her back to the outside where she would attempt to club Styx on the back hoping to soften her up to try and shoulder ram her into the barricade.

If she succeeded, Kaede would climb back on the apron to tag herself in and officially tag herself in and give her partner a rest after the beating she got.
