[FWC] Peace Of Mind - Mikoto Kusanagi vs. Chris Morgan

By now Mikoto knew that the only chance to defeat the former champion was to get her off her feet and grounded for as long as possible, limiting her chances to use her high impact slams which she was notorious for. Sweeping the legs as soon as possible, hopefully while she was still hurting from the iron fist to her spine, was the best shot she had at the time, or so she thought.

The phenomâ€s masterful mat experience countered her leg scissor attempt, Miko groaning in frustration as she flexed her leg muscles in exertion but Chris†sturdy tree trunk limbs refused to budge. The priestess†eyes widened from the terrifying sight of Chris†towering body reaching down for her. Refusing to just let herself fall into the Californianâ€s clutches once again, she would attempt to throw a fist towards her cheek in reprisal, but gasped with a shocked expression when her punch was halted as she was swiftly lifted several feet off the mat like a kawaii.

The view of the bleachers wouldnâ€t last forever as she was sent screaming back down to the mat in the cruel spine buster, the ropes vibrating along with rest of the ring from the collision. Arching her back with her eyes shut tight and concentrating on the burning pain in her spine, all Mikoto could do was her one free arm to soothe her aches, already paying for her previous act of mercy and sportsmanship...

After delivering the bone rattling spine buster, the blond American stood up.
*A good thing I caught her with that dead lift spine buster.* she thought to herself. *Getting caught in another submission hold was not how I wanted to restart things.*

Chris knew she had to keep on Mikoto. The Japanese woman had proven herself to be surprisingly dangerous, with a striking power she hadn't felt in a long, long time. Although, perhaps it was something else instead of raw power. Some sort of martial art skill? The Californian colossus had been leveled by the one blow. Granted it was from behind, but Chris wasn't willing to try and experiment with the results of taking another hit like that.

Standing over Mikoto, Chris reached down to begin pulling Mikoto up to her feet. Once getting her up, the blond would try to slam her knee as hard as could deep into the Asian's stomach to double her opponent over. Then Chris would follow that up by stepping to the side and knotting her hands together, one fist inside the other, to attempt to bring them down as hard as she could on the exposed back of the Miko .

Once again moaning in pain and flat on her back from being taken for a ride by one of the phenoms†signature power slams, to Mikoto the experience was comparable to free falling from a mountain, from the dizzying heights to the crushing high impact plummet echoing throughout the stadium. Looking back up towards the towering colossus through weary half-open eyes, the priestess accepted that fighting back to regain her advantage would in a way be its own mountain climb back to the top, one she may not have the energy to trek again.

Miko would groan out slightly from being brought vertical again by the blonde Californian, barely regaining her posture before the knee strike to the gut jerked her torso forward with breathless gasps for air from her wide open mouth. Lurched forward and cradling her battered stomach on shaking legs, the priestess would be far too stunned to see the axe handle strike coming, pounding her back down chest first with enough momentum to make her bounce slightly off the mat. The searing back pain came back with a vengeance, Miko instinctively rolling to the ropes but refused to leave the ring despite how much she needed to, knowing the hypocrisy of doing so after Chris†bold promise.

With one arm and her neck draped over the middle rope, her other arm would rub and soothe her bruised spine with her eyes closed and teeth clenched in pain, hoping Chris would give her enough time to recover.

Chris waited for Mikoto to rise again after the Japanese girl escaped into the ropes. Her opponent indeed made it back up, but stayed in the ropes part of her body draped over them. The blonde gave a toss of her hair as she considered her options....

The American would wait a moment for Mikoto to turn around and come out of the ropes. However, if the Japanese girl stayed on the ropes, Chris would come striding forward. Once close, the Californian would try to catch Mikoto around the waist with both arms, squeezing around her middle in a reverse bearhug while trying to pull her out and away from the ropes....

Still clutching her sore back, although capable of at least standing again Mikoto intentionally rested against the ropes and took advantage of every second of reprieve given. Some splatteringâ€s of applause from the audience would will Miko at least to her knees, wincing in pain until she felt a tall looming shadow block out the light behind her.

Groaning out loud as she felt the phenomâ€s muscled arms clamp around her slim waist, the priestess was hoisted off her feet and carried back to the middle of the ring. Shaking her head and clasping at the squeezing grip on her abs, the priestess desperately searched for a way to break free, knowing full well the consequences of being this close to Chris with seemingly no way to defend yourself.

Bearing down on her lighter, smaller opponent, Chris continued to squeeze away at the miko's stomach. Her approach was methodical. If Mikoto's body was too air deprived, there was no way she'd be able move fast, much less pull off any of those high speed assault moves.

After hold Mikoto close for another few moments, the American would lower her foe down so that her feet touched the mat, adjusting her grip and stance. Chris was preparing to end Mikoto's time in close with her. Only in a way she was sure the smaller girl wouldn't appreciate: By delivering a belly to back suplex. With a loud yell, Chris would attempt the move....

The constricting squeeze play on Mikoâ€s abs was achieving itâ€s intention of draining the life out of the battered priestess, gasping for air with her legs dangling helplessly several inches off the mat. The oppressive reverse bear hug reignited all the back pains Miko had suffered through so far, gritting her teeth with the Californianâ€s muscled body and sumptuous chest weighing down on her from behind. Slumping forward more and more with each tightened wringing of the hold, through weary eyes Miko noticed the ropes only a few feet to her side, reaching out helplessly with a shaking arm before being lowered enough to finally feel the mat beneath her feet again, though if she were released she may very well be brought to her hands and knees.

Feeling Chris switch up her positioning and grasp on the hold, deep down in her mind the priestess instinctually recognized where this was going. Luckily the hold could easily be countered with minimal fuss if timed correctly. Miko would hook one of her legs behind Chrisâ€s as tightly as she could to at least slow down the Phenomâ€s plans. With steady claps from the crowd motivating her back to life, Miko would attempt to deliver several elbow strikes to Chris†side, Miko's hands clenched together for extra strength.

Although Chris was more than confident in her ability to overpower Mikoto in pure strength, the Asian used her own solid base against her by hooking her leg behind one of the blonde's. The result made Chris not only work against Mikoto, but herself as well, and for the moment, stalled out her plans to suplex her opponent.

"You..!" she began to exclaim, but was cut short as Mikoto drove an elbow into her side. Doggedly, she hung on through that elbow, then another, and another. Finally, on the fourth elbow, Chris released Mikoto, staggering a few steps backwards as she held her side, gasping in pain.

Stumbling forward out of the Californians clutches, Miko arched forward with both arms cradling her stomach. Breathing heavily Miko fought the urge to collapse to her knees right then and there. The aching pains from being slammed to the mat and being beaten down before Chris, they clouded her mind and still lingered all throughout her shivering body. *…C-cant keep this up for much longer….I just canâ€t....Need to end this….soon….*

Turning back to Chris with her head held high and a scared yet determined look on her face, Miko would let out a shrill battle cry as she attempted to launch herself forward into a jumping knee strike into the phenomâ€s gut, propelling herself with so much momentum that Miko would inadvertently tumble forward with Chris pressing into her with the turnbuckle behind the Californian.

Still reeling from the barrage of elbow strikes into her stomach, Chris looked up in time for Mikoto to plow into her, the Japanese woman's knee driving deep into her stomach. The force was enough to drive the American back into the corner, Mikoto's momentum carrying her with the stricken former Wrestle Angel. The result was that Chris also took something resembling a body splash in the corner, driving her back against the turnbuckles, while compressing more air out of her body.

WIth Chris slumped in the corner, one arm draped over her opponent's shoulder, and Mikoto's collapsed against her, the height difference between the two was too glaringly obvious, as the Asian's face rested on top of the swell of the blonde's generous bust.

The American gasped and panted, desperately trying to get air back into her body. Chris's arm continued to rest in it's position over the miko's shoulder, unwittingly keeping Mikoto loosely pressed against the front of her torso.
"Unngh..." she moaned quietly, still rocked by the Japanese woman's incredible striking power.
