Grizzly stalked out into the forest near the great portal system which connected the realms that made up the Fur and Feathers world, absolutely angry! It had been several days after the conclusion of her battle with Louise Heaven, the mouthy human who had come to take her revenge on Grizzly for beating her boyfriend in a fight, which had ended in a humiliating defeat for the so-called Justice Maid. Brown was content to put all this behind her... but the letter she had received from someone she could only assume was Louise made her reconsider.

"Ugh." The bear woman scoffed, looking down contemptuously at the letter for the third time in the past ten minutes. "Who does that yellow-bellied varmint think she is? Always runnin' around... thinkin' she can just write whatever she wants 'bout me... why, she'll be lucky if she can see straight after t'night!" Still rumbling to herself, Brown sat down on a little tree trunk, wearing nothing but her natural fur protection, and crossed her legs, wondering when that annoying maid was going to show.
