Tomomi Watanabe vs Cassie Elliot

Cassie picked Tomomi's foot up to her head and gave it a hard shove before she let go. She resisted the urge to drop to her knees and wretch, and instead she bounced herself off the ropes and threw a hard straight kick low at Tomomi's kneecap.

If Tomomi wanted to get rough, Cassie would get rough too. She was so sick to death of everyone looking at her like a little girl out of her element.

Cassie's resilience surprised Tomomi when the girl managed to strike out at the idol before she was balanced. "Guh!" Tomomi gasped when Cassie's foot struck her knee, making her fall over heavily against the ropes, which thankfully propped her up. Cassie responded to Tomomi's roughness by getting rough herself. The idol smiled. It seemed that this match was working, her plan of bringing Cassie into the real world of fighting was starting to pay off already.

Of course, the idol wanted to win very badly. She would help Cassie out, but her payment would be victory. She quickly pulled herself together and stepped back in, trying to throw a sharp palm right into Cassie's chin!

"Ugh!"

Cassie turned her head away and brought her hands up, but Tomomi's palm still smacked into the side of her face, and stunned her for a split second. She stumbled back a step, but then defiantly threw herself forward again and swung a rough elbow for Tomomi's face.

Now this was turning into a brawl. Tomomi's palm hit Cassie's chin and snapped her head back, but Cassie came right back and hit Tomomi hard in the cheek her her swinging elbow. "Ngh!" Tomomi grunted, forced back a few steps while clenching her fists, biting back the pain. She quickly regained her stance. Cassie wasn't much of a striker, Tomomi knew that. She would win this.

"Yah!" Tomomi yelled, jumping at Cassie. She would try to throw her shoulder into Cassie's chest, barreling into her to knock her over!

The collision took Cassie off her feet. She crashed into the mat on her back and gasped in a big breath and rolled onto her side, clutching her arms to her chest.

"Oww..."

She turned onto her hands and knees and quickly rolled over her shoulder to get closer to the ropes before turning back onto her back so she could see Tomomi. She wasn't confident, not exactly, but her heart was in it, and her mind was working. She hoped that added up to something in her favor.

After tackling Cassie to the ground Tomomi moved quickly to take advantage. Cassie rolled over to face Tomomi just in time to see the idol advancing on her menacingly, her bout boots making a loud thump each time she stepped down. Tomomi reached down to grab her forearm and shoulder, tugging her up quickly and rather roughly to keep Cassie off balance.

"Hiyaaa!" Tomomi yelled, attempting to toss Cassie out the second she had the girl up. She whipped Cassie towards the opposite ropes, giving herself space to run after Cassie if she was successful to catch Cassie with a powerful clothesline when the girl bounced back!

Cassie staggered off to the far ropes and turned to rebound off them and run back toward Tomomi. She instantly zeroed in on her opponent's raised arm, and with only a split second to react she raised both arms to intercept the clothesline. She planted one knee in Tomomi's stomach and jumped, and as she fell onto her back she swung her other leg up and over Tomomi's arm, so the back of her knee was across the idol's face.

She pulled. The complicated maneuver was executed so quickly that Cassie was straining to hyper extend Tomomi's arm before the crowd even realized she had her in a submission hold. She didn't hold back. She couldn't afford to play it safe. Her best chances at keeping Tomomi from beating up were to make her worry more about protecting herself than about hitting her.

Her jaw was clenched tightly shut while her hips pushed up off the mat, and she wrenched back on Tomomi's elbow with everything she had.

Tomomi thought she could easily smash Cassie down with a powerful clothesline, seeing that Cassie would probably be quite winded and dizzy after that beating Tomomi just gave her. But she underestimated Cassie's resilience quite a bit, as the fiesty redhead suddenly counterattacked so quickly Tomomi had no idea what just hit her. That being said, she recognized the technique. Cassie had shown her this move before to teach her. Tomomi found it too difficult to pull off reliably with her limited speed and skill. But Cassie knew what she was doing and she trapped Tomomi in a crucifix armbar with little effort.

"Gahh!" Tomomi gasped as Cassie hyperextended her elbow, sending a wave of pain through her joint. She kicked the mat, trying to pull her arm out. She knew it was futile though, as Cassie had a good grip and she was far too good to just release Tomomi!

The noise from the crowd swelled to a roar. Cassie did her best to stay calm, but she was shot with a thrill of adrenaline and tingly butterflies with the thought of winning like this.

She had her, right? Did she?

She adjusted her grip slightly to make sure Tomomi's arm was at the right angle to put the maximum amount of pressure on her poor elbow. She used her whole body to row back against her arm, straining the idol's elbow to the breaking point. The crowd watched in anxious anticipation. Would she tap? Would it break?

Tomomi gasped in pain as Cassie wrenched on her arm, pushing her elbow dangerously close to snapping. This was Cassie's strong point, her knowledge of submissions and her ability to transition between them quickly. Tomomi had a lot to learn from Cassie. Breaking this hold wasn't going to be easy, and Tomomi had only enough time for maybe one try before her arm got crippled. She grit her teeth through the pain and prepared herself to fight back.

"Nnnghaaa!" Tomomi screamed. She suddenly kicked her legs up high and threw her entire weight backwards as if performing a back somersault. The idol clenched her arm tightly, her other hand grabbing Cassie's legs and hugging them against her body. Tomomi would attempt to break the hold by twisting her arm out of Cassie's grip and twisting Cassie's legs so she couldn't maintain her tight scissorhold on the idol's upper arm. If successful, Tomomi would be able to land on her knees and quickly get up to her feet.
