Training in a forest cave

Arasinya nodded as she turned to her father and brother. "Father? Drake? Can you hear me?"

Morwen heard her mother and nodded as she said, "Yes, mother! I don't want to disappoint you!" From there, she pressed on.

Lira gets a special piece of parchment out with an ink well and quill handing it to Arasinya saying " say your message on this then I will recast the scrying spell and send your message to them because I don't want to risk their safety with a long connection especially if others are using similar spells to locate them." The Matron mother shouts take a short break, but stay limber" as she smiles as she takes in how Morwen has changed in the short time she has been with them physically.

Arasinya nodded and followed Lira's instructions as she began writing down her message as fast and efficiently as she could.

Morwen would sit down in relief for the break as she wiped her eyes and head of any tears and sweat. She examined her other sisters to make sure they're okay.

Lira says " make sure you speak the words because once I cast the spell to send the message to them they will only hear your voice speaking the message to their minds." The sisters don't seem affected by the intense workout being they have been doing it for some time now that it feels like a casual work out to their slight glistening bodies.

Arasinya nods as she now says, "Father, Drake, this is Arasinya. I have longed to hear word from you for so long and I worry in the war that you're in. Everyday, I wish and pray for your safe return, but I need to be reassured so I can still be at peace. Please respond back."

For Morwen, it would take her a little longer to recover. She wa hoping they can get to submissions soon.

Lira casts the spells to send her message to her family only to get a quick reply before the spell ends " I am so sorry I worried you my dear the war ended with a treaty, but I found out a shadow organization involved in a lot of illegal trade instigated the entire war so Drake and I are going to break the back of that group. The sisters look to their mother as she nods then they approach Morwen saying " It is time for us to see how the special workout prepared you for resisting submissions?"

Once the spell ends and the message was received, Arasinya would wipe her eyes of her filling tears. "They are staying longer."

"It is?" Morwen asked in surprise. "Oh, I'd be delighted to do it." Once rested, she would stand back up and stretched out to prepare for the special workout.

Xerxan and Lira each say " at least they are alive and well which I doubt they will be easy to take down unless it was a very skilled raiding group." The younger sister slips behind Morwen to quickly slip her into a abdominal stretch which isn't as painful as it normally would be.

Arasinya nodded and said, "Right, I shouldn't lose faith now. My father and brother will be home soon and we will still wait until that time comes."

Morwen cringed a little when she felt the younger sister come up behind her and put her in an abdominal stretch. "Mmmngh, not bad. Wait until you see how I submit my own enemies. Believe me, I fight dirty."

Lira says " if they are anything like my man neither of them will take any unnessary risks because they want to be able to return home to their families." The sisters set you down on your belly as the elder one straddles Morwen's back while the other one sits on her lower back then at the same time pull you up into a bostincrab and camel clutch which still is pretty painful but tolerable.
