Steve accepted her offer to help him up, his arm around her shoulder as he hops on his good leg so they can both leave the ring.

"Yup, owww, most definitely" Midori helped him out of the ring, both showing good sportmanship, Steve gonna take some time to recover his leg injury before if he'll ever get another match again.
