Mia vs Maya

Mia wasn't stupid, she had watched several videos of her past match, and coupled with the rumuors she had heard, she knew that the starting part was going to be the hardest, and that she already knew that this was going to happen.

As she was on the ground from performing her sweepkick, it was easy for her to roll out of the way. There she would easily reach forth with one hand and yanked her legs if she mangaged to stand, making her trip. If it worked, she would performed the leg lock.

She decided that it was too dangerous for her to use those legs anymore.

Mia's plan would have worked if Maya had been a graceful faller but instead her back slammed in to the mat knocking the wind out of her, standing up quickly was out of the option for her but it did make her consider her next move. She had kept an eye on her opponent as she was down before rolling backwards standing up away from her opponent with a smile. "Not bad you obviously have seen a couple of matches before guess this makes it interesting from now on." She grinned as she waited for the girl to get up Maya wanted to fight nothing more nothing less, she could use submissions but she didn't prefer them unless absolutely necessary.

"Fine!" Mia replied cheerfully, but inside, she was a bit disapointed that she hadn't managed to weaken her legs, but she didn't give up. Pushing herself up, she quickly ran towards her, hoping to throw a clothesline, but at the last moment she would do a flying body cross instead.

Hoping that because it was the hardest running move to dodge that she would be able to score a hit like this.

Maya was caught off guard as the girl hit her with a flying cross body not expecting something like this going down to the mat hitting it hard. She wouldn't waste time she quickly put her hands to the girl stomach and pushed up as hard as she could to send the other girl off of her to get some breathing room.

Now was a chance, she had gotten Maya to the ground. Immediately she bent over and grabed her legs where attempted the leg lock. She did her best to resists being pushed off as she wanted to neutralize her kicks as much as possible.

Maya seeing what Mia wanted to do decided it was time that she had start fighting a different way as it was obvious that this girl didn't want to fight her straight forward anymore. As the girl bent down to grab her legs Maya pushed her back off the ground and used her left arm to wrap around the girls next and pull it in to a choke hold. It she got her head would out her right hand against the girls stomach and push and oll her body at the same time to get on top of the girl keeping a hold of her head.

Now it was getting hard and complicated. Maya just seemed to be prepared for everything she did. It was no use, she couldn't weaken her legs at this rate.

"Damn it, back to a good old beat down." She decided as she abandoned all ideas of submission.

It was too much trouble to use a submission, and while she couldn't do anything as Maya put her in a choke hold, she was capable of using her fist.

Using her fist, she started punching Maya's knees, hoping to injured it, or at least break out of the submission.

Maya would give the girls neck one hard crank before pushing her off of her so she didn't get to many shots in on her knees and rolled back up on to her feet looking at the girl with a smile. She was glad to ahve brought this back to a real fight she had one with a submission before but that's not the way she wanted this fight to go.

"Ack!" Mia cried out as Maya gave her neck a hard crank. It wasn't serious, but it hurt a lot.

Enough was enough, if she chose submission that would take forever, and besides she was a striker. Running forward, she started throwing some light punches towards her face, and some to her body.

She didn't dare to use heavy blows first because of a counter attack.

Maya couldn't help but smile as the girl came in hot so she went right at her as well having no intention of backing down from a full on fight. Her fist came in hot as well aiming for the girls face and ribs taking a couple shots herself but smiling as she did. Though as she threw the punches she sent a quick low kick to the girls left knee it might not of been a lot of power but even still it would hurt like hell if she got hit by it.
