Kenshin vs Tyris (for Alexandra)

Kenshin may have not of had any matches yet, but that would not stop him from training for his first match. He would enter the ring with a bag filled with his normal clothes, as now he was in a black tank top with his white shorts. He would reach the ring and would set the bag to the side, as he would now start to run against the ropes, every once in a while doing some handsprings and rolls.

While Kenshin was training in the gym's ring, he might take note of another powerful figure he shared the gym with.

Tyris Flare.

The mighty amazon was off to one side of the gym, the other people around her giving her a wide amount of space. They had heard what had happened to Jack, they had seen the results of her fight with Lobo, and they had learned one thing.

You didn't mess with Tyris while she was in the gym.

She slowly lifted a set of heavy weights, looking around the gym slowly, smirking at the wide berth she had been given. It seemed people were finally learning, and for that, she was glad.

Kenshin had stopped for a bit, looking over and saw a woman by herself, he had heard about her, she was Tyris Flare, he was always interested in seeing if he beat someone stronger then he was, but he couldn't be brash about this, he had to do this respectively. He would go to the turnbuckle closest to her and would sit down on it.

"Excuse me, Tyris Flare? My name is Kenshin Takeda, and I was wondering if you would join me in a sparring match. Don't worry, this is more of a test if anything!" Kenshin would say with a smile.

Tyris slowly lifted her gaze, flashing an evil grin towards him as he called her out.

"Kenshin, huh? I wonder, just how do you know my name? Should I assume you've heard of my reputation around here?"

"Yeah, I have heard that you are a tough woman, and I figured, if I'm going to have my first match, then why not have it be a challenge?" He would say, keeping up his smile.

Tyris would slowly set down her weights, taking a step towards the ring, still staring up at him.

"You must not be too bright, kid...but what the hell. I feel like working off some steam."

She slipped under the ropes, climbing to her feet.

"Just don't cry when you're lying broken at my feet, got it?"

"I won't, because you'll be pissed when I beat you." Kenshin would say back with a smirk, returning some smack talk to the muscle woman. He would circle around the ring, making sure that she could not grab him easily. He would then attempt to kick her in the back of the knee and jump back.

Tyris would turn slowly to stay faced towards him as Kenshin circled around, and as the kick hit her...which only stung the massive amazon a small amount...she would lunge towards him with a sudden clothesline, trying to flatten him early on and send him to the canvas.

Kenshin had saw Tyris going for him with a clothesline, it was a good thing he had jumped back, if he didn't then this would have gotten him. He had ducked underneath the clothesline and ran towards the ropes and back, jumping up and would go for a dropkick to Tyris.

Tyris would take the sudden dropkick and stumble back from Kenshin towards the ropes, looking a bit offbalance as she did so...
