Strategy: As much an entertainer as she is a fighter, Gaia believes in putting on a show for the crowd. Rather than sticking to one particular way of engaging opponents, she tends to use her well-rounded skill set to try and make things exciting to watch. She will almost always try to be the one that sets the pace of the match though, giving her the edge when it comes to the endurance required to go for longer, more grueling matches. With the audience hyped and her momentum full in swing, she overwhelms her opponent in the end with solid fundamentals.  This generally sound plan tends to rarely work out for her though given her inherent weaknesses in the ring and her opponent’s willingness to exploit it.

Personality: Gaia has always had a passion for productivity. Wherever she goes, she likes to be doing something, preferably physically. Freerunning, climbing, and extended workout sessions in the gym are among her favorite pastimes but if it gets her body moving and blood pumping she is generally game to try it. She is eager to involve others as well, extroverted by nature, she believes good times are best shared among friends. She is quick with a smile and an offer of a helping hand to almost anyone, pretty much the quintessential nice girl next door.

Behind her good nature lurks a more hedonistic side, one that she doesn’t try to parade out in the open. It has unfortunately found plenty of ways to rear its head when she is in the ring. While Gaia may be a formidable wrestler, she practically crumples if her opponents become forwardly intimate with her. She can’t help but love it when another woman takes charge of her. She melts at kisses, thrills when hands wander where they shouldn’t, and wants to be thoroughly, exhaustedly, defeated by her opponent. She isn't blind to the fact such things are not good for her career but in the moment she can’t resist throwing herself at the mercy of her opponent if they wisely exploit her cravings.

Past/History:
Gaia has always been the good girl acting as a role model for most of her life. It came from a strict upbringing paired with a natural rival and friend in her twin sister. The two constantly were one-upping each other with studies and extracurriculars in school and graduated with great marks.

Much to the surprise of their parents, neither of the siblings opted for college, instead branching off into differing careers. While Maya took to office life, Gaia kept active and pursued a career in combat sports. An apt student and a quick learner, she took to professional wrestling with a great deal of ease and showed promise in her schooling.

When she graduated with a big promotion, she said goodbye to her life at home and went on the road. Truly free for the first time, she felt her inhibitions melt away with no one to be beholden to. Her career was going, even dubbed by some publications as a rookie to look out for down the line. All that promise however would be wasted.

After a particularly rough bout, her opponent convinced her to go out for a night on the town. A fun night of partying, drinking, and sharing stories from their youth would ultimately end in a small fling. It was her first in many things and the gateway to finding out just how hedonistic she was.

It started with small hookups with her fellow performers but would soon trickle into her ringwork as well. Once her opponents figured out just how much she enjoyed intimacy they started using it against her in the ring. Her record tanked as night after night she couldn’t help herself but allow her opponents to dominate her in the ring, relishing every time they made her submit. It got so egregious, the promoter refused to pay her because she could no longer even put up a fight.

So she went away… far away, to Japan where nobody knew her. When she got a call out of the blue from her parents that her sister was down on her luck and needed some support, she offered to help get her a job. It wasn’t long before the sisters were together again. Hopefully, she could keep her sister motivated, and her sister could keep Gaia focused.



Fun Facts:

Submissive: While normally a competitive and formidable wrestler, if her opponent pushes the right buttons they will find her a willing participant in her own defeat as long as they lavish her with the right sort of attention.

Gym Rat: She can be found at the gym daily, though her routine rotates. Lifting, cardio, yoga, boxing, wrestling, she always makes an effort to go.

Stand in: Maya and Gaia are identical twins, while they approach life in very different ways it can be hard to tell them apart on appearance alone. Gaia will sometimes sub in for Maya when she blows off her work obligations.
