Yona Giovanni vs Siena Blaze

The arena's lights went dim as Siena Blaze made her way down to the ring, baseball bat over her shoulder.  The reception to her was lukewarm mostly silence with a few muffled boos.  She did not have a particularly high track record when it came to wins/losses and most of the fans probably figured this was another squash match for her.  She glowered at some of the fans who made their disdain for her obvious and waved her hand at them dismissively::
"Yeah fuck you too!"
she climbed into the ring, still touting her bat and making rude gestures at crowd.  She didn't care who came down.  She was ready to hurt someone...or try at least.

Not long after, Yona entered the arena, still bitter about her recent defeat. She had never been one to dwell over them, but this time, it was different. She had lost a battle of philosophy. It sounded rather unusual to have an invisible debate during a physical match, but she well and truly wanted to believe that love and family was just a shame. However, after a pretty bad beating, she'd have no choice but to admit that she lost to a pair of sisters. Even so, she was back to 1v1 matches from now on, the brunette aware that she shouldn't go picking fights she knows she can't win next time.
From the ramp, she analyzed her opponent in the ring, rather interested in her. She certainly fit the heel archetype, which was something she hadn't gotten enough of. In fact, seemed like she was the spawn of Satan compared to her past opponents. She hoped that Siena would actually pose an equal challenge for her as Yona's last few matches have been underwhelmingly easy or overwhelmingly difficult. It kept the girl on her toes for the most part, but she was beginning to miss the simplicity that came from fighting an equal. She was quick to greet her fans, and slide underneath the ropes of the ring, carefully picking herself up when she got inside to get a closer look at her opponent. She surely needed this win to feel good about herself, but even more than that, she just needed to let out some steam from her recent loss against the sisters.

::Siena glared at Yona as she came down to the ring. Even though she never met her or knew her all she saw was (what she thought) another bitch to beat the shit out of (or try to). She had not let go of her bat and right now she was trying to step around the referee who was blocking her way and telling her to lose the bat. Siena would not even look at him and she stalked left and right trying to find a path to her opponent of tonight as if trying to find a way to charge her right then and there::

Yona was rather impressed that she brought a bat into the ring. She shoved the referee aside, giving her opponent what she wanted. She got up in Siena's face, sticking her tongue out in disrespect. She knew the woman wouldn't hit her with the bat, she still stayed on alert. She wasn't planning on being taken by surprise, and at the end of the day, there was only room for one heel to thrive. "Oui, nice bat. Must have a death wish if you really want me to bash your head in with it."

:Siena breathed hard and glared. She was quite easy to trigger and thought, this bitch asked for it. She brought her bat around to her right closing her eyes as if praying over it and then went for the overhead swing right to the head::

The undead brunette chuckled softly, judging how stupid it was for her to close her eyes so suddenly. The bell rang, Yona waiting for the bat to come swinging her way to quickly duck and send an uppercut to her opponent.

::Siena completely whiffed with the swing as her opponent dodged and as she spun around to face her the uppercut cleanly connected sending Siena staggering back two steps and also dropping the bat that would roll outside. The ref signalled for the match to begin and the bell rang::

Not wanting to wait for what her opponent had left in store for her, she sent a right kick to her hip, trying to weaken her body out first. She didn't have much of a first impression of her opponent based off of her fighting skills, but she knew that she was bound to find out. However, when that time came, she'd be prepared to overcome her. At the very least, she could wither her strength out now before she went in for any strong attacks that could potentially knock Yona off of her momentum.

::Siena was indeed not that strong of a fighter and did usually rely on dirty tactics or underhanded methods in order to get an edge. The kick to her body would connect and she cried out again doubling over from the impact::

Ironically, Yona would have no qualms with fighting dirty. She was on the verge of spitting in her face, but she held back, noticing that her opponent wasn't that strong compared to her. She didn't exactly need to use any underhanded methods, so she simply sent another kick to her stomach to beat some air out of Siena.
