Personality:

Not a single proper word has ever been heard from Lady Torment's face. Only giggles, laughs, chortles, and other sounds like this have ever come from this creepy and ominous woman. Her body language is as unsettling as it is oddly playful.

Past:

Raised in a puppet theater, Lady Torment grew up surrounded by puppets and the stages of a decaying and failing puppets. Her interest in wrestling came from her slowly growing bored of the puppets she often put together and pulled apart, and wondering how and what makes humans tick and what makes their bodies break. With that, she clambered out of the theater and came to AFW to show her terrifying skills and learning of the human body.

This backstory is of course, entirely kayfabe, thats not what really happened to this woman.
