Sumo meets pro-wrestling - Kitanotora & Ryan - spar

Arisu went to the gym she had recently got a membership to. Now that she is part of the AFW club, she had free entry to their gyms. Today was supposed to be an easier day, just a few hundred Shiko stomps and distance running. It was routine at this point. It was Friday after all, so she earned herself a break from the week. 

Wearing bandages to cover her top, a training compression tights and on top a loose baggy shirt that she took off once she entered. She found a spot next to one of the training rings inside the gym with mats on, where she took off her shirt, kicked off her flip flops and began doing her Shiko stomp routine. Her body was like tanned steel. The added mobility from being so thin compared to before, she was now practically able to almost do the splits in the air, before slamming her foot down on the mat and squatting down momentarily, before repeating the move with her other leg. She’d find herself going up to the first hundred rather soon. There was so much less weight to move, this became easier than before, so she wrapped some big ankle weights to her ankles…

Well it was another day in Kyoto there for the Paragon, the esteemed Nekketsu Champion of Tension, the one and only Ryan Knight there. Usually he took to the gym at night time, yet as he would be taking up wandering the Tension arena at night now he instead devoted his training time to the day......as most normal people would! The dashing Brit was walking into the gym, dressed in his classic ring attire minus his . His title belt was at his apartment, guarded by his erstwhile companion. A loyal black Labrador named Duke.

A rather loud stomping noise attracted his perked up ears there and he figured he could check it out, to find.......one heck of a lady there! She was chiselled indeed and even from that distance Ryan knew she was bigger than most ladies, what intrigued him most was the style she was doing. Her legs were powerful if she could raise them that high, not in a manner similar to say Eliza Harenwood or Antoinette Francine. But rather in a more......he'd say primal sort of way. In a sort of refined manner too though......

Pausing to watch the display he'd wave to her once she likely noticed him eventually and say "Greetings there! I couldn't help but be intrigued by your moves, perchance is that...sumo perhaps? Ah I've not introduced myself, Ryan Knight at your service." as he had a warm smile on his face there.
