Training her body(Psychopatrick88 and ShadowofIce)

Masane smiled a little when Seraphim said she wasn't going to hold back and nodded firmly. "I wouldn't have it any other way." She declared, then she raised an eyebrow at the stance her opponent took as she shifted to a karate stance. "Oh wow... Muay thai." She commented, seeing this was going to be more fun than she thought. She took a deep breath, having nothing under her gi or her pants, and was prepared to begin. "Ready when you are."

Heh.. so maybe this won't be so bad after all. She still found the thought of this kind of fight a little embarressing, but being eased into it like this with a spar, it didn't seem so bad. In fact, she was still feeling the same rush she did before any fight, despite how different this was. As Masane claimed her would fight with all she had as well, complimented Seraphim, and then stated she was ready, Seraphim waisted no time, deciding to start things immediattly.

Looking the girl up and down one last time, Seraphim took her dash, coming at the girl with her fists both still up, protecting her faist and chest, while her run flexed her knees more than a person normally would have when they ran, making sure she was ready to strike with them at any point. As she got closer to Masane, Seraphim decided to make her blows strike in places she normally wouldn't have, after all, this wasn't a normal fight either. So, as she ran for her brown haired opponent, Seraphim used her right fist that was once guarding her face to come with a powerful strike, not aiming for the girl's face, but instead dropping a little lower as she aimed to punch Masane with a right hook squarly in her right breast.

Masane stood at the ready as Seraphim darted towards her, her eyes focused on her fists and legs. Her expression was similar to stone as she quickly advanced on her. She saw the punch coming at her breast, and would try to stop it with an open palm, and then try to clamp down on that fist and yank her towards her to try and counter with an elbow aimed at her chin.

"HA!"

For getting her attack caught as it had, Seraphim wasn't at all surprised. In fact, she seemed to care less about that, and more about putting up an offensive. The girl had already been living up to what she said before, she prefered counters and strikes, but did she really think she could block all of Seraphim's attacks?

Masane's blow struck hard and true, and even with her fist being latched down on, and the elbow to the chin, Seraphim didn't back down. Her head cocked back, and her lower jaw turned red from the solid blow, but as she turned her head back down to face Masane, she was... smiling? "Good." Seraphim said, practically coming off like she was enjoying the pain from the blow before unleashing an attack of her own. Her knee suddenly rising swiftly to try and hit Masane right in the gut at point-blank. "But not good enough!"

Masane wasn't going to cease her attack after one strike, especially with Seraphim so close to her and being past her guard. She thrust a palm for Seraphim's gut after her comment, seeing the girl had a high pain tolerance, but it wasn't going to scare her. She knew the feeling all too well of what Seraphim was going through. Unfortunately, while in this position, she neglected the fact that her guard was as open as hers, and got nailed in the gut with her knee.

"Huugh!" She grunts, staggering back into the corner, having not moved very far away from it when they began. She knew this was a bad place to be, and would try for a pre-emptive attack. If Seraphim made so much as a single advance towards her, she would grab both top ropes and thrust a hard kick at her already-red chin.

There wasn't even a single pause for Seraphim to avor her chin or try to rub away the pain. That was because in Seraphim's mind, she asked herself 'what pain?', like it didn't even seem to rattle her. Instead she stood poised, taking up her stance again for only a moment, but then seeing her oppurtunity. The girl was against the turnbuckle, og this was too good.

Without wasting her effort, Seraphim planned to clothsline the girl further into them, carging with an arm and elbow extended, hoping to make it really hurt. But as she got closer...

"Aack!" Masane was no where weak enough to be tired against the ropes just yet, and Seraphim should have known, as her boots came up and slammed right into Seraphim's chin, knocking her back and stumbling, but not down as she shuffled to the middle of the ring. The impact was tremendous, and this time Seraphim casually rubbed her chin, but even then it wasn't as much as a norma fighter would from a thrusting double kick to the lower jaw. Seraphim spat to the side of the ring, and just shook her head a little, like she was removing the daze she felt for only a moment. And then, without so much as waisting more than a second, she stood in her stance again. Fists clenched, one leg and knee raised, and a determined look on her face. She dared Masane to come close to her.

Masane breathed a sigh of relief as her attack succeeded, knowing she could've been in trouble early in the fight. Masane hardly ever wore shoes when in the arena, and this was not an exception. She was barefoot, but that took away almost no power from her strikes. Her face remained expressionless as Seraphim backed away to the middle of the ring.

Not one to back down from a challenge, she gave a very subtle nod before slowly shuffling in. Once there, she would fake a punch aimed at her chin, hoping to make Seraphim open her guard so she could counter. Seraphim seemed a bit jumpy at the moment, so perhaps she could use this to her advantage.

The best defense was a great offense; that was Seraphim's mind set, and even though she was waiting for Masane to approach, it wasn't to try and counter, it was simply to get the girl closer to strike.

As Masane threw her punch, Seraphim didn't even bother to try and block it. Instead the most she did was turn her head, so the attack would hit her in the cheek instead, actually wanting to get hit so she could follow through with her own attack. What surprised Seraphim though, as she was already following through with her own attack, was that Masane had only fiented the strike, never actually hitting. This didn't come off as something back for Seraphim though, as it only gave her more time for her own attack, her fist wound back as she put her whole body into it, going for a powerful haymaker to the girl's forehead. Even if she did block it somehow, it would still rattle anyone, even make her hands sore if she caught it. Seraphim ws willing to sacrafice getting hit to deliver an attack, she knew she could take more than anyone else in the ring. And this girl... as good as she was, she probably couldn't take anything near as much as Seraphim.

Masane saw Seraphim's attack coming from a mile away as she wound her punch back and thrust it forward. Since she had only faked her punch, she was more than prepared. Instead of catching it or blocking it, she would duck low, going down to one knee, and would try to thrust both her palms up at her gut to try and render her breathless. "HAH!" She would shout as she thrusted her palms, hoping this would be enough to stun her, ready to follow up with a combo of attacks if this first attack was enough to wind her.

All of these feints and counters, it was really getting on her nerves!!! When Seraphim's powerful blow hit nothing but air, Seraphim was starting to lose her patience, and what started out as just a spar was beginning to become a lit fuse, one that was quickly coming near the end of it's line to a stick of dynamite. And when it went off as Seraphim lost all her patience, this ring was going to become a tomb.

Seraphim flinched and stumbled back once more as the two palms struck her square inthe gut, but it wasn't enough to wind her. She winced, grunting a little as they hit, but it didn't leave her breathless. Her stomach and gut felt tightened, and she did feel a brief shortness of breath, but it didn't make her back down, only pushing her back more. "You're really pushing it..." She said with a harsh undertone, losing her cool a little as she regained her composure in an instant. As Masane had a chance to unleash her slew of attacks, Seraphim would do the same. In a flurry of powerful and painful blows, Seraphim would throw a barrage of strikes. A rising knee strike, shortly by a left hook, an attempt to strike the shin and ankle with a low kick, followed by a rising uppercut; Seraphim's attack's were fast and hard, fighting through whatever Masane would throw at her unless she really found a way to stop Seraphim from her frenzy.
