A Spar for Fame

Vita takes a minute to make stretch out, mirroring her opponent as she prepares. When Heather approaches and offers a test of strength Vita takes the challenge with a smile. It’s not every day she gets the chance to practice a test of strength, most of the people she wrestles are either bigger than her or built tougher than her. She approaches Heather and locks up, not watching for any dirty tricks.

“Alright let’s have a good spa-,” she starts to say when Heather strikes.

The kick to her gut catches her before she can do much of anything. She slumps over, groaning as the surprise blow drives the wind from her lungs.

“W-why’d you do that?” she hisses between her teeth, mostly to herself.

She knows that she’s in a bad spot, but the surprise hit takes the wind out of her and Vita’s attempt to retreat is slow and stumbling.

Heather's trick worked as she was able to catch Vita in the gut with her kick, and it winded her. "Come on rookie. You need to be prepared for anything." Heather said to Vita before Heather would grab a hold of Vita to lift her up and try to hit Vita with an Atomic Drop to send Vita crotch first onto her knee. "Let's see how you like this." Heather said as she attempted the Atomic Drop.

Vita was a step away from the ropes when Heather catches up to her. Vita would have answered her opponent’s taunts if she had any breath to spare. But she is still recovering and Heather’s on top of her. Vita tries to push her opponent away but she’s still disorientated and Vita was never great at counters.

So Heather gets her arms around Vita, and she sets up her Atomic Drop near perfectly. Heather raises Vita into the air long enough for Vita to realize what’s coming next. The next thing she knows she’s sitting on Heather’s knee and in a really awkward way. When the shock and pain hits her all at once, she barley lets out a small yip noise as all her muscles tense on instinct. But the blow does get her really angry.

Still on Heather’s knee, Vita will try to make a wild right punch at Heather’s head, but the shot is neither well aimed nor careful.

If it hits Vita will try to back off from Heather to give herself some breathing room, otherwise she will try to swing again in the hope one wild punch will connect.

Heather was able to catch Vita with the atomic drop. Heather smirked as she saw Vita's body visibly tense up. "Aww...did that hurt? Poor rookie...AHH!!" Heather taunted before she was hit in the face with a wild strike to her face by Vita. Heather couldn't dodge the blow due to how close Vita was to her. The punch wasn't that hard per say, but it angered Heather. "Alright then. Let's get this started." Heather said as she chased after Vita and attempted to hit her opponent in the chest with a knife edge chop.

As the wild shot connects Vita starts trying to back off, trying to get a breather for a minute. But Heather wasn’t done with her yet, and just as Vita tries to get some distance Heather’s chop strikes Vita right on her collarbone. The hit stings badly, and Vita stumbles backwards as the shot caught her while she was backpedaling. But she manages to catch the top rope behind her and keep standing.

She looks back at Heather, her face red from anger and embarrassment. Part of her knows that she shouldn’t get into a straight up brawl, she’s better on the move and not trading blows with someone stronger than her. But the rest of her mind is still fuming from Heather’s low blow, and that part of her just wants to hit something.

Without any warning Vita will lash out with her left leg, trying to strike the back of Heather’s knee and knock her off balance.

Heather thought she had an advantage so much so that she let her guard down. "Come on, why don't you fight bac-WHOA!!" Heather taunted as she was nailed in the back of the knee with a kick stoppng another knife edge chop fro hitting Vita. The shock from the kick took Heather off balance and sent her to the floor back first. Heather was now vulnerable to whatever Vita had planned as she tried regain her bearings.

Vita’s blood is still pumping fast when her kick finds its mark and knocks Heather on her ass, screaming at her to keep on the offensive. She considers just stomping on Heather, but the rage that fueled that kick has died down enough to think straight.


Instead she glances to the ropes and gives Heather a grin before she goes running towards the furthest ropes. The ropes pull taunt and Vita launches herself towards Heather and just before reaching her opponent she slides, aiming to bury her feet in Heather’s abdomen.

Heather wasn't going to get off easy, as Vita was ready to press her advantage. Heather would try to sit up, but once she does she gets nailed in the abs with a hard dropkick taking the air out of Heather's lungs. Heather would hold her stomach in pain and curl up in a ball to try to recover. If Vita doesn't continue to continue to lay the smackdown on Heather, Heather would try to get back to her feet.

Vita’s feet find their target and embed themselves in Heather’s abs. She didn’t need to be a veteran wrestler to know that Heather’s in no shape to get up after that hit.

Vita takes a moment to stand up and catch her breath. She stands over Heather’s curled up form, and waits as she works through the pain enough to start getting back to her feet. She had to admit, begrudgingly, that she wouldn’t get up so quickly form a hit like that. As Heather gets to her hands and knees Vita will put her hands on her hips and smile down at Heather.

“You wanna give up yet? Come on no need to let everyone here see you take this beating,” she says, bending over to put her face closer to Heather’s. “’Course not that I’d complain, that low blow still stings.”

Heather as was getting to her feet she'd hear her opponent taunting her. Heather then saw Vita bring her head closer to her's, which was a rookie mistake. "Why don't I give you something to complain about." Heather said before throwing a headbutt aimed for Vita's forehead to catch the rookie off guard. If this worked Heather would grab the rookie's wrist to pull her into a Spinebuster, try to drive Vita down hard into the mat.
