Crimson Snow; Seraphim and Tracy's encounter

"Anyway..." Seraphim continued to speak, secretly a little happy to have a guest here for once and have someone else to talk to other than her friend who was currently sleeping, especially since the red-head constantly reminded Seraphim of her younger self. "I'll let you head off in an hour, the blues should give up by then. But you should be more thankful I'm doin' this, your stubbornness will get you killed, ya realize that, right? I wasn't there, you might have gotten a few more holes to breath out of."

With another short silence, Seraphim seemed like she had plenty to say, casual about it all, but clearly having a lot on her mind, feeling like this girl was a loose cannon that would explode if she didn't intervene soon. But just as she parted her lips to speak or before Tracy had a chance to respond...

*Bong-Bong-Bong-Bong*
The clock struck four, and the church lik bell rang in the room, awakening the other girl.

"Nnngh... Seraphy-chan, is that you?" From under the covers of the bed, the slim figure begun to move, letting out a cute yawn as her chipper and youthful voice silenced the white haired girl, causing Seraphim to look in that direction. "Did you get the medicine, Seraphy-chan?"

For a few more moments, Seraphim was quiet. She didn't forget, she just... didn't have the money yet. Even window shopping today had distracted her, but she knew and solidly promised not to spend a dime on anything but lodging and food to survive, the rest being saved up for the medicine the girl needed. "...Not yet, Alison-san."

The girl who was apparently named Alison had slowly got out of her bed and stood up, revealing a rather… unique girl to say the least. Garbed in colors of grey, she wore a pair of darker grey jeans, a custom made leather belt with black and yellow triangles going across it, and along it like a sheath, she had five yellow highlighters in it, one even taken in hand already. Over her yellow highlighted pants was a sleeveless grey shirt, also marked with yellow highlighter marks, even going along her skin as well. Her face carried a big smile behind her square, black framed glasses as her brown eyes looked at the two, and even her black hair had yellow marks in it, not blond, but clearly a bright, neon yellow dye streaking her locks. She was a thin girl, but with modest curves and a knack for being covered in all yellow, obviously being the cause of the marks all over the room.

"Oh, I didnâ€t know you brought someone over, Seraphy-chan? Whoâ€s that?" Her cheerful voice rang out, subconsciously holding her stomach like something was bothering her there ad cringing for a moment, but still leaving the strange girl with a smile in the end.

Seraphy-chan? Alison-san? Tracy heard the way the other girls called each other. They seemed to be pretty close one another. She could do anything but wish she had someone to care about her. Her look saddened a bit,but not wanting to look weak in front of the bigger girl,she shook her head and looked up at the strange girl. ' Wait a second. A medicine? If she tells me she needs it to cure a physical sickness,I swear I'll kill myself. I mean,if she was able to beat me without using that medicine,how could I hope to beat her if she used it?! ' Tracy thought.

" I'm Tracy. And I've been forced to come here. " The red head explained to the just awakened girl,who seemed pretty happy and clueless of the suffering this 'guest' had to go through to come here. Not by her own will,but carried while unconscious by a certain white haired girl.

"Tracy? Heh... I like 'Shortcake' as your name better." Seraphim mocked, grinning from the corner of her lips before that came to a crashing halt at what Alison had done next.

The yellow-obsessed girl had stood up, still clutching her stomach a little as she went over to approach Tracy, clearly wanting to get to know the newcomer, as she wasn't used to having guests. But as she tried to get closer, she began to stumble, nearly falling until Seraphim was quick enough to catch her. "H-Hey! Don't try getting up, I told you, I didn't get the medicine, and you know you shouldn't be up until the surgery." The once ruthless girl that many saw in the ring was losing that tough ego in an instant, caring deeply and concerned for this girl, mentioning the medicine again. But from the sounds of things, it didn't sound like it was for Seraphim... but for Alison. Seraphim was selfless and was fighting to afford all the treatment needed for Alison...

"Damnit... Hey midget, can you grab a toweland wrap it in ice for me? Should be in the fridge." A bit of a concern and nearly panic reaching Seraphim's tone, she was already usherng Alison back to the bed, who was sweating a little but forcing that cheerful grin on her innocent face for Tracy and Seraphim, not wanting them to worry about her it seemed. But Seraphim knew better...

Tracy just kept quiet when the taller girl called her 'Shortcake'. Even she had manners. She didnt show them pretty often,but she knew that,in someone else's house,she must stay quiet and just ignore the insults. Simply impressive. It was just amazing to see Tracy behaving.

" Sure. I'll get them right now. " Tracy said with a calm and even nice tune of voice. SHe knew that the most important thing now was Alison. For the first time in her life,she seemed to care for someone else but herself. Not because she was Seraphim's friend,but because she made her remember of a friend of her...that died not long ago. She went to kitchen and opened the fridge freely,like it was her own apartment. In there,she found what she was asked for and,because of her short size,she had to almost jump into the fridge to reach them. A little cold,she shutted the fridge and carried them to the sick girl. " Here. "

"But Seraphy-chan, I feel fine, really!"
"Forget it, you're burning up. Just lay back down."
"But-"
"No buts, just sit down. You know you shouldn't push yourself..."

The conversation went on while Tracy was in the kitchen, and when she would return, she would see Alison now sitting on the edge of the bed, Seraphim standing in front of hers with a concerned frown and her arms crossed. "Ah, thanks shorty." She said calmly, not even calling her Tracy even though she knew the red-heads name now. Handing it to Alison, watching her as the highlighter obsessed girl placed it against her head and laid down over the sheets for now, Seraphim turned back to Tracy, breathing a sigh of releif.

"So, would you mind explaining to me what you were doing in a fight on the streets and why the blues went after you?" Seraphim's crimson eye looked right at Tracy, arms still crossed as she spoke to her like a mother diciplining a child, clearly not too pleased by the event earlier.

"Wh-What? Seraphy-chan, did you get into trouble with the police?" Alison stammered and interupted, clearly shocked to hear this.

"*Sigh* No... at least, I didn't anyway."

Tracy didnt feel like explaining the whole situation. She didnt feel quite comfortable telling other people about her 'adventures'. And she disliked even moer when someone else told other people about her fights and brawls. However,she started to speak,not wanting to be ungrateful to Seraphim,who saved her from the cops.

" I thought you knew about it. And however,what could explain to you? A fight is a fight. The reasons may be differents,but it's still a fight. She started threatening me,and so I answered back....with my fists,as you may have noticed." The red head started to explain to the other two girls,not really happy while doing this. " She wasnt in trouble. In any case,if it werent because of Seraphim,I wouldnt be here. " Tracy added to her statement,admitting that the white haired girl saved her life. Against her will,but she did.

"That's because Seraphy-chan is a good person! I don't care what other people say about her, I know she'd never do all those awful things people say." Alison sounded like a child in the way she spoke. And as she did, one hand would hold the towel with ice wrapped in it, gently holding it against her head while the other removed a highlighter from her belt, uncapping it between her finger tips. She would then draw a sudden line of it along her pants leg, grinning happily as she did, even if she was sick.

Seraphim rolled her crimson eye at this all, only to heave a sigh both at Alison, and at Tracy. "Look, it's one thing to fight just for enjoying it, but really, you should never put yourself in such a fuckin' risk with the law for getting back at what someone says to you. That's not just stupid, but it's childish." As serious as she was, even reaching out to flick Tracy's nose, she only laughed at the end of that, realizing something. "Then again, you are pretty much just a twerp anyway. I mean, what are you, 14, 15 tops?" As this was said, whether her nose flick connected or not, she went at poked her finger into Tracy's chest, pointing it out by jabbing her finger into it a little, making her point about Tracy's age, having no idea of her real age.

Tracy paid no attention to Seraphim's comments about her little size. She didnt really care about it. Anyway,everyone just recognized her due to her small height. She was used to receive that kind of teasing comments from other people,and so,by now,she didnt care how everybody called her. But there was only thing that bothered her. People who said that she looked like a boy because her breasts were as big as a mosquito bite.

" I'm 19,for your information. And okay. I'll try to keep myself away from those fights. " Tracy was clearly lying. She didnt even put much entusiasm in lying,so everybody could tell that she wasnt telling the truth to Seraphim. But maybe Alison would buy it...

"Nineteen???" Seraphim's eye widened a little, her eyepatch even sliding just a little, but not enough to solve the mystery of what it looked like underneath. She was clearly amazed by this, completely taken off guard by the big gap between what Tracy's real age was, and what Seraphim had thought. "Damn..." She paused, sounding a little sorry for her now. "You poor thing. Must be hard." She could sympathize a little really, Seraphim was shorter and had a pretty petite bust when she was younger. But she started to develop just after hitting eighteen. For Tracy, it looked like she was loosing hope at this point.

"Seraphy-chan? Why do people fight?" Again, sounding like a child in more ways than one, Alison didn't look at the two, but instead at the cieling. It was so barren... she could only wish she was taller to pretty it up with some yellow~

A long sigh escaped from Seraphim's cut lips, still red from the girl's blow earlier and tender. "Well that's easy, in Tracy's case; it's because she doesn't know any better." Loud and clear, saying this like Tracy wasn't even there, Seraphim was doing this to purposely get on the girl's nerves a little, hoping she might get a reaction and drill into the girl's brain how foolish she was being. "Besides, she stil had too much to learn before she could be a real pro. I think she just does it to make herself seem bigger than she is."

Tracy was now starting to get really pissed off by Seraphim's comments. How could she say that she wasnt really good if she even made her bleed?! Anyway,the red head just growled to let the anger escape. She couldnt allow herself to lose control there. And the only solution she found for feeling better there was earning the taller girl's respect.

" Maybe. " Tracy just answered,with a calm and peaceful tune of voice,not allowing Seraphim to reach her objective. Anyway, she had an idea for something. She gave Alison a nice stare,not looking mad...Well,just a bit. It was too hard for her to even smile. " So,Alison. Tell me. What's your medicine's name? "
