Character Motivation and Ambition

So I've been looking at my characters and I think Marina and Zao are honestly the first characters I've made on this site that have the ambition and skills to be a wrestlers, like actually climb up the AFW ladder and stuff... and are in Friction. Everyone else I've made was either in the AFW for kicks and giggles, or had some ulterior motive that just used the AFW as a means to an end. It got me curious about everyone else, what are your characters main reason for being in the AFW? Would they leave or retire once that goal was realize?
