Chisato Sakurai vs Dolphin Hayase

Chisato laced her boots up once again as she was preparing for another match, pulling on her arm glove to tighten it around her hand. She was quite anticipated about her match as she heard that her opponent was also a former Wrestle Angels competitor, wondering who it could be. However such thoughts were not needed for what she had to do in the ring tonight as she heard her music echoing in the arena as she sat up from her seat and approached the curtain. Stepping on to the stage, Chisato did some last minute shoulder stretching to release the tension in her shoulders as she made her way down to the ring, sliding through the bottom rope as she jumped to her feet.

The crowd was the least of Chisato's concerns as she didn't want to be distracted from her upcoming match, backing up into her corner as she bounced up and down, waiting for her opponent to arrive.

Aoi was really looking forward to getting into the wrestling ring again after taking some down time ever since Wrestle Angels shut down, and she was also a little bit nervous too as it's been a while since she has been in front of the big crowd. It was a new day and a new wrestling league, so Aoi made herself a new outfit for this league as a sign of starting anew in her career as a professional wrestler. It certainly wasn't something Aoi was used to wearing, as she slipped her new white one piece outfit with a red choker and wrapped a kimono sash around her waist before putting on her white elbow and knee pads, red wrists bands and white wrestling boots, her first start into getting back to being Dolphin Hayase again!

Once she was ready, Dolphin would stand up and walk towards the arena entrance to wait for her turn. She wasn't aware who her opponent might be but she would find out soon enough once she enters the arena. Soon her new entrance theme begins to play as it was Dolphin's turn to enter. "Okay Dolphin, you can do this..." She said to herself before twisting her shoulders around a little bit before entering the arena. Dolphin was welcomed with a cheer once she was recognized in her new outfit, which makes Dolphin smile as it was great to be welcomed back warmly as she then walks down the ramp while basking in the cheers.

Getting a good look at her opponent while walking towards the ring, Dolphin easily recognizes her, it was Chisato Sakurai, a former wrestler from Wrestle Angels as well. This really was a surprising turn of events to already face off against one of her colleagues from Wrestle Angels, and had she known it was her or any other girl from WA, Dolphin would have worn her old outfit instead. She climbs up the apron and slips into the ring to head towards her corner before turning to face Chisato. "It's been a long time Chisato, it's nice to see you again."

As her opponent appeared on stage and walked down the aisle, Chisato continued to bounce the tension out of her body as she observed her opponent as she got into the ring. However she was left puzzled and confused when the girl spoke to her like an old friend or colleague as she took a closer look at the girl, "And...you are?" she asked confusedly, unable to recall if she had met this girl or not. Perhaps it was a ploy by her opponent to throw the green haired wrestler off of her game with this 'mysterious stranger' act, however she could tell that this girl was new to the league but although she couldn't remember this girl's name, she had the feeling that she met her somewhere...

Dolphin was pretty well surprised to see a fellow WA colleague again so soon, and on her first match no less, this ought to be good tonight. But what was weird was that Chisato didn't seem recognize her at all, maybe it was the new outfit that is causing this confusion. But even so, it shouldn't be too much of a change at all since her face isn't obscured by anything like a mask. "You don't remember me Chisato? It's me, Dolphin Hayase from Wrestle Angels." Dolphin said while putting a head up above her chest and her other arm behind her, really hoping that Chisato would remember her.

Chisato's eyes squinted as her opponent introduce herself and now being able to connect the face with a name, it came to her like a brick to the face. "Hayase? Dolphin Hayase?" she repeated as she took a closer look at her opponent to indeed be true. Her former colleague stood across from her in the ring much like from their WA days. "Forgive me, I...did not expect to see you in AFW." Chisato embarrassingly said, a stark difference from her usual stoic demeanor. The fact of getting too focused on her match and the notion of Hayase being in AFW was nowhere in her mind, Chisato couldn't believe she would allow herself a blunder like this as she bowed her head in forgiveness.

Dolphin smiled once Chisato finally recognized her after telling her her name, it will be great to get reacquainted with her and maybe some other Wrestle Angels wrestlers that might be here in the AFW. But of course when that happens, Aoi should wear her old WA outfit that she still has for those occasions so they would recognize her, maybe it was the new outfit though, it really was too sexy then what Dolphin used to wear for matches back then after all.

When Chisato asked for forgiveness over the confusion and bowed her head down, Dolphin walks quickly over to her and puts a hand down on her shoulder and looks at her with a smile. "Hey don't worry about it, it was a simple mistake." She would say to Chisato while giving her shoulder a few pats before raising her other hand up in a fist. "Now let's just have a great match together for old time's sake, right?" Dolphin would lastly say, showing great sportsmanship in her voice while making a motion with her fist, wanting to bump fists with Chisato.

Chisato's awkwardness diminished slightly as Dolphin assured her the mistake was minor as she patted her shoulder. Chisato's lips slightly frowned as she didn't think that such actions was necessary or permitted in a ring, however her blunder was in the same league so she decided to let it slide. "Yeah...time to show them real wrestling yeah?" she said with a rare smile as she returned the fist bump to Dolphin. It was rare to see Chisato interacting in this manner as the green haired wrestling backed up into her corner as she had to re-psyche herself into her game mode.

Reaching back to grab the top ropes, she kept pulling herself forward while holding on to the ropes as she stretched her arms and upper back out, managing to find her mood again. Getting into her wrestling stance, with focused eyes Chisato looked at Dolphin as she was ready to begin, chomping at the bits for the opening bell to ring.

Dolphin smiled wildly with relief as Chisato felt better with her reassurance efforts, that worked as Chisato smiled at her and returned to fist bump as well, which the crowd seems to approve of as well with their quick applause. "Yes! Let's given them all a good show, but I won't lose you hear?" She would reply back in a happy but competitive tone, which also shows as her expression turns competitive as well as she looks at her old colleague and first opponent.

After all was said and done, Dolphin went back and jogged to her own corner, it was almost time for the main event to begin tonight. Dolphin keeps herself faced at her turnbuckle and puts her hands on her knees as she bends her upper body down forward while pushing lightly on her legs to stretch them a bit and then squats down with her upper body straight up while slightly against her thighs to further stretch herself more. Dolphin will keep this up for a while before standing herself back up and turning to face Chisato and getting into a wrestling stance, fully ready now and waits for the gong to ring and start this match.

Ready in her wrestling stance, Chisato heard the declaration and didn't verbally responded to it, but she did give Dolphin a small smile as she waited for the bell to ring as it shortly did as she quickly came out of her corner. Heading to the center of the ring, she was sure not to overstep her boundaries and kept a good distance from Dolphin. This wasn't a match that she was going to take lightly, so she needed to do play this match smart as she lifted one of her arms up to invite Dolphin in for a test of strength.

However she wasn't intending to test Dolphin's strength, she just need Dolphin to lock that first hand in order to strike first as she attempted to bury her boot into Dolphin's stomach. If she was successful, she would let the hit sink in before trying to push Dolphin back into the ropes and attempt to irish whip her across, planning to clothesline her on the rebound.

As the gong rang, Dolphin exited her corner and started to circled her opponent after reaching the ring's center. Knowing who she was facing she had to be careful here since Chisato is known for being tricky and get with striking techniques. With her hands up, Dolphin remained on guard for whatever may come to her until her fellow WA wrestler raised a hand up, offering a Test of Strength as it seems.

Not being one to deny a challenge the blue twin tailed mammal girl raises her arm up to lock it together with Chisato's. Already she starts to tighten her grip and starts to push back as she brings her other arm up to lock with her opponent's other hand, but it seems as if Chisato had other ideas then a Test of Strength. As the next thing that Dolphin knew, her stomach was kicked hard by Chisato, causing her to double over and clutch her chest with her free hand.

"Oof...!"

Feeling the pain in her stomach, it left Dolphin open for whatever it was her opponent had in mind for her. She soon was pushed back by Chisato into the ropes and was then whipped to the other side of the ring.

Bouncing back, Dolphin sees that her opponent is gonna attack once she approaches. In a moment of thinking fast, she counters by quickly ducking under the arm as it swings at her. Dolphin will then get behind Chisato by wrapping an arm around her hip to swing herself around her and wrap her other arm around her colleague's waist, then attempt to lift the woman up and Backdrop her!
