Alignment: Brutish heel - Layne is a heel but not what you might call a villain. She doesn't have an evil plan, she simply fights dirty and has little regard for her fellow competitors and will regularly do things that put her opponents at risk of injury. She is a good example of a thug and thus hated by the audience... Layne pays the audience with as much regards as she pays her opponents.

Tactics and Style: Layne is extremely aggressive and intense right from beginning to end of her matches. History of her previous matches and just how hard she comes at her opponent can be quite intimidating and possible give her a psychological advantage

Favoured moves: Inverted pile driver; tilt-a-whirl back breaker; inverted DDT; dragon sleeper

Finishing move/s: 'Jail bird chains': First Layne'll apply a hammer lock (arm twisted around the victims back), then proceeding to weave her arms around the front of her opponents face (like a dragon sleeper). She'll then press her feet onto the back of their calf and force them to their knees, where she'll lean down onto her own back and wrap her legs around her victims waist while arching the victim backwards painfully. (she's been known not to relinquish this hold often once its locked in, due to orders from Casandra Sellers)

Personality: Layne is not really a nice person to get to know or spend any length of time with. She can be somewhat humourless, taking her work very serious. Layne is a loner and quite happy with things being that way, its difficult to become her friend because of her cold harsh exterior that has been shaped by a rough childhood in which she had to rely on only herself and most people she met either had to fighter her or wanted to use her.

Layne has an underlying hint of a rebel inside, however she follows the orders of Cassandra Sellers fully even if that means putting herself in enormously painful situations.. And considering her high pain threshold from being beaten and fighting from an early age, this makes Layne a dangerous weapon.

Layne doesn’t necessarily show that she enjoys the pain and suffering of others like a true sadist might, but she certainly has no qualms about inflicting said pain and suffering. But that does not mean that she would avoid causing unnecessary harm, in fact she usually goes way overtop in her matches and has been known to cause permanent injuries.


Past: Layne was an orphan that was unfortunate enough to fall into the wrong hands at a very young age. She was sold off on the black market to a Russian that leased her out between Russia, Alaska and Japan (allowing her to learn Japanese and English along with her first language, Russian). At first it was typical slave labour but as her body developed and she became stronger, more expansive uses were found for her. One that she happened to have a knack for being underground pit fighting.

Layne already had a high pain tolerance as she had learned to deal with pain without receive a kiss and a cuddle, but she soon developed an even tougher resilience that some marked as being unnatural.

Layne was continuously leased out to a number of different owners, some of which abused her during the period of time she was leased to them, until she caught the eye of a female wrestling manager that went by the name of Cassandra Sellers. Cassandra brought Layne out right, knowing that Layne would do well in the wrestling ring as well as wanting to own the girl for personal use. It was a mildly better deal then the one she had before, now she wouldn’t necessarily be abused by some sleazy disgusting man who had enough money to by a lease with her.. but now she belonged the Sadist, Cassandra Sellers.

When Cassandra set up the AFW organisation, of course she signed Layne up to the roster as a representative for herself and to carry out her bidding without question


Attire: Layne tends to wear black latex leggings, a black latex bikini and matching gloves that go up to her biceps... She's also been known to wear blue denim cut offs and to go into her matches either topless or with a dirty dark grey shirt.

Special note: Layne's matches often get brutal (pretty much cause she's used to using that in her fights... and it takes some pretty brutal stuff to keep her down).

Tactics and style Pro-wrestling/Luchador combination: Usually Mia will start off by utilizing pro grappling manuevers at the start of the match to wear down her opponent and then switching to her luchador high flying style later on when the opponent is slower... If she is facing an opponent that is particularly strong or big, she might start off with her Luchador moves rather than engage in grappling.

Preferred matches: Standard matches... Hentai is so embarrassing in public and hardcore is too violent

Favoured moves: High flying or agility wrestling manoeuvres; huricanrana, head scissor take down, tornado DDT from the top ropes, anything else that looks more flamboyant then it must be worth!

Personality: Mia is fairly quiet and shy, holding a good set of morals within her. She tends to be very bashful about her feelings and while engaging in acts of intimacy or of a sexual nature. She out-rightly denied her sexual orientation until Yatori kinda drew it out of her and even then she was extremely embarrassed by it.

Mia tries her hardest not to get angry or at least not to let it show... She's certain the kind of person who would bottle up things that annoy her rather than let it out, but this means that a number of things end up getting on her back because she doesn't voice her true feelings

Past:Though born in China, Mia moved to American in her mid teens and actually took part in an American all women amateur wrestling league, the same one which Sandy Starlight also went to begin with. After a match with Sandy one night, they got together for some training and became friends. Mia was sad when Sandy left that league for green pastures and incidentally only stayed in that amateur wrestling league (and America) after that for just less then a year, moving back to China. It was there that she learned of a wrestling league that was quickly becoming popular from a rather shady manager/headhunter that was looking for wrestling talent to recruit into AFW.

As soon as Mia found out that Sandy Starlight was one of the wrestlers in this wrestling federation (the AFW), she was already blindly signing contracts and packing her things to move to Japan… by the time she found out what kind of things go on in this league it was too late for her to back out of and she was concerned about some of the lewder matches with hundreds of people watching. It was the original intent of the person who signed her that she would be nothing more than a jobber, but Mia was able to shake off her concerns and concentrate on taking on standard matches.. Actually starting to make a name for herself rather than just be some eye candy jobber.

Development: During her time at AFW, Mia has come to terms with her sexual orientation and been forced to admit to herself and others openly that she likes girls (mainly curtsey of Yatori).

Yatori Shizuku - In a futon wrestling match, Yatori dominated and got extremely hentai with Mia. Afterwards the two started going out, Mia had to finally accept that she wasn't exactly heterosexual.

Sandy Starlight - The two had a match in a small wrestling federation in America before coming to AFW. Mia was quite inexperienced and so Sandy gave her some training before moving to Japan. Later, Mia followed Sandy to AFW and they joined up again as friends.

Jean Grey - Jean attempted to become Yatori's partner around the time that Mia and Yatori started going out... At that time, Yatori declined as Yatori and Mia had plans to team up, but Jean became unhappy with this and ended up fighting with Mia.

Chigusa Yuuki - The two have had a couple of rather heated matches, their first two tiptoeing around hentai-ness. Before their third match, Mia and Chigusa had a dispute involving Yatori as Chigusa made it apparent that she had an interest in Yatori. Mia complicated feelings in the matter resulted in them having yet another match and with high emotions the match became even more hentai then the previous two.
