Solar vs Chigusa

With the shape she was in, Solar could not hope to dodge and she was hit solidly.

Chigusa got up off the ground after hitting her opponent, then grabbed Solar by the hair. She picked Solar up, then slammed her head against the mat apron. She would do this three times, then toss Solar on her back.

Solar was helplessly bashed around and rolled back in.

After rolling Solar back into the ring, Chigusa would then climb up onto the top ropes to do a splash down on her, also going in for the pin as well.

This time it seemed Chigusa would be able to put Solar away.

Chigusa leapt off the ropes, and splashed down on Solar's stomach. The splash no doubt would manage to keep Solar down and out for the three count.

"One!" The referee yelled. "Two!" came the second count.

If Chigusa had hooked the leg it would be a 3 count. Otherwise Solar might jerk at 2 and 3/4 to try and disrupt the count.

Apparently Chigusa had forgotten to hook the leg, going in for a simple cross-body pin that resulted from her splash attack. Solar broke out of the pin right as three was called, just in time to still be in the match. Chigusa was furious, turning to the referee to argue that Solar had in fact been pinned for three counts, leaving Solar alone on the mat.

Solar stirred slightly moaning. Her hand reached to touch her knee a bit since it still hurt her a bit.

Hearing Solar moan made Chigusa stop arguing with the referee. She wasn't getting anywhere anyways, and so decided that she should just finish Solar off when she still has the chance. She was tired now, running low on her reserves. But, she still can finish the match.

Seeing that Solar's knee was hurt, Chigusa decided to focus there. She was not too great at submissions, so she decided to practice one on Solar. She would grab both of Solar's legs and flip Solar on her front, holding the hurt leg in a single crab lock.
