I hate having to waste a ban on his useless ass, but I swear I'm the only one in the world who knows how to fight against him.

I was a Blitz hater but that was before his nerfs.

Also, nerfing his passive to 90 seconds while Vi's passive remains untouched.

Uh...Vi's passive doesn't give her nearly as huge as a shield as Blitz gets. O.o;
