Hikaru Ogawa vs Mimi Toshihara (WAS Double Debut Match!)

Stepping forward out of the ring entrance as her music blasted from the stereo, Hikaru walked her way to the ring as the crowd cheered for her. Hikaru was wearing a one piece leotard shaped with some diamond gaps, it may have been a little too risque but, it had good taste in a red and orange design. Some of them were wrestle angels fans and recognized who she was. She was relieved that she wasn't completely out of her element, not that mattered. Once the match would begin it was easy to tune out the crowd, it happens with all fighters. Once they start fighting, the only thing they can hear, see or pay attention to is the other fighter. Hikaru took a breath hoping this anxiety would pass as she really didn't want to lose her debut match at AFW. What really made this bad was that Hikaru's opponent was from Wrestle Angels and someone she had a few matches with before so they were acquainted. Mimi Toshihara was a real tough opponent though not someone she could defeat easily, she had to keep an eye out for her submissions. Hikaru had nothing against Mimi, she was very nice and a respectful opponent but, there was a reason she wanted to leave Wrestle angels. Hikaru decided she had out grown Wrestle Angels, she was ready for a larger venue. Clenching her right fist, she gave a small breath making herself a small promise...

She would not lose...

Mimi Yoshihara stepped out from the curtains and revealed herself to the crowd, wearing her green wrestling outfit, and as the crowd caught glimpse of her they went wild. Cheering and screaming for the Magic grappler. Mimi had a bright smile on her face as she walked down the ramp and made her way down towards the ring. The fans loved to have the Magic grappler back in the ring, at least so far. Only time would tell how they would react to her from now on, and right now she was going to face an old friend....well at least it was an old friend in Mimi's books.

Mimi walked down towards the ring and slipped in between the ropes to meet Hikaru and greet the blue haired wrestler with a smile on her face. " Hello Hikaru-chan! Long time no see. Let's both do our best tonight!" Mimi said as she walked up to Hikaru and extended her arm to the the girl for a friendly greeting. The ref girl came up to the two and started to check them over and the announcer shouted out each of their names and made it know to everyone who were going to fight tonight.

Hikaru smiled as Mimi entered the arena, it certainly had been a while since they last saw each other. "It has been a while hasn't it Mimi-chan?"

The blue haired girl was gladdened to see Mimi again, she was always cheerful, and had such an attractive energy about her. Hikaru took in a breath as she heard the announcer shout their names, it seemed they wouldn't have much of a time to talk. However, Hikaru shrugged, they could always talk later and besides getting reaccquainted with her and revisiting past memories wasn't why she came here, it was to beat Mimi.

"Alright, I won't hold back!" Hikaru said as she got into a grappling stance as the official was about to ring the bell. "Alright! Let the best woman win!"

The chime of the bell, seemed to slow down for Hikaru as she closed her eyes just for a second. This marked the beginning of her career at AFW, shivering with excitement. Hikaru took her fist step as she would run to the center of the ring planning to lock up with Mimi right off the bat!

Mimi waved nicely towards Hikaru as the girl spoke to her, it was nice to meet an old friend, Well old acquaintance at least. It had been a while for the two, and it was nice for Mimi to see Hikaru again, she figured that it was going to be very nice to see all of her old working buddies and rival from the good old days of Wrestle Angle.

Hikaru always seemed like a nice girl in the past, and nothing had really changed, Mimi had always wished her the best of luck in her matches, and hoped that Hikaru would do as good as anyone could. Of course she still wished that, but the Magic Grappler wasn't about to just let anyone beat her, she was here to fight and do her best to take back her place as one on the top.

" Good! I won't hold back either Hikaru!" Mimi said with a pleasant smile as she moved into her grappling stance. " I wish you the best of luck." she said to Hikaru as the bell then rand and the match was one.

Mimi could tell how excited Hikaru seemed to feel, and it must have been just as excited as Mimi was feeling. For in this very moment was her return to wrestling and more so to what she loved, and it started off by facing an old friend. Mimi soon began to move forward towards Hikaru and would attempt to lock up with Hikaru as the girl moved in to do something similar, trying to lock them up into collar and elbow tie up was what Mimi tried.

Hikaru nodded, smiling at her foe as she heard the bell's chime as they locked up. The blue haired girl took a long breath as she pushed back trying to show how much the girl had improved since their old days. Rei and her weren't just laying around after Wrestle angels came to an end, they trained hard, to increase their strength, mat wrestling and submission techniques. It would prove to be an interesting match, she doubt she could outdo Mimi in submissions even though it was one of her specialties as well. Mimi's submission skills were spectacular much like Rei and Toshimi's, some girls were just gifted with that sort of talent.

"Hmpf... Well Mimi-chan..." Hikaru said grinning at her, "I'll be looking forward to making you submit..."

The blue haired girl would pull suddenly dring up her knee and drive it into her opponent's stomach!

Mimi hadn't been just lying around either, ever since her defeat at the hands of Panther Risako that had lead her to leave WA, she had done her best to get stronger and she had done that, by more than she could have hoped for. Mimi didn't know how much Hikaru had grown but she hoped for a lot, since she had always enjoyed the girl back in the day and hoped that she would be more lucky when it came to what opponent's she got. Or at least that she wouldn't have always face tough competitors.

As the two of them stayed in their lock up, they fought for power and control in the hold. But suddenly a sharp pain shot up into her gut, and Mimi lost the control in this lock up and her blue haired opponent just got the better of her.

Hikaru grinned as Mimi was losing the exchange after taking a blow to the stomach. Feeling her opponent give way, the blue haired girl stepped forward and would transition the grapple by grabbing her hands and forcing Mimi back as she pressed her body agaisnt her but, rather than trying to move her Hikaru would try and make her lean back. Hikaru would smile at Mimi, "I won't go easy on you!"

Hikaru would put her foot behind Mimi's as she leaned her back as she tried to trip the green clad girl onto her back. However, holding onto one of the girl's hands she would transition into an arm bar and would crank back the other girl's arm.

Mimi was stunned at the moment, but she began to feel how Hikaru started to press up against her almost, leaning the girl backwards and trying something fishy. Mimi might be coughing right now, but that didn't mean that she couldn't defend herself or fight, and she would have to show Hikaru who she was dealing with.

Mimi would attempt to interrupt Hikaru's set up, by attempting to drop down onto her knees, and then move her head so that the tip of it was facing towards Hikaru's stomach, after that she would attempt to ram her head up into the blue haired wrestlers gut. If that was a successful then Mimi would attempt to grab a hold of Hikaru's by her thighs, wrapping her arms around them and then attempt to trip the girl up, and make her fall onto her back. " Don't forget who you are dealing with Hikaru-chan."

"oofh!" Closing one eye, Hikaru let out a grunt as her foe drove her skull into her stomach causing her t to stumble back. As Mimi grabbed onto the back of her thigh, the girl was forced to land hard on her back. Wincing in pain, the blue haired girl hissed, "Itaaaaaa~" She said as she grabbed onto Mimi's wrists spreading her arms apart as her legs would clamp down on the brunette's sides. Grinning as she still salvaged herself from being caught in one of Mimi's submissions.

"Of course I remember who you are..." Hikaru said gritting her teeth. "But, I'm afraid you're not going to win this match Mimi-chan..."

Mimi thought she had Hikaru at the moment and that would serve her well, even though she wanted to have a good and fun match against the girl, she didn't want to risk loosing to her. So Mimi wasn't going to hold back one bit.

But as she took a hold of Hikaru's legs, she soon felt them move around and wrap themselves around her body, and putting a squeeze on it. " Kuuh..." Mimi let out in a pained frustration as her body was caught in Hikaru's body scissor. The old WA veteran took head to Hikaru's words as she spook and then shook her head a little. " You won't beat me Hikaru-chan, but I'm sure you'll put up a great fight!" Mimi would then attempt to take a hold of Hikaru by her thighs and attempt to raise her up a bit of the mat.

Mimi would then attempt to turn Hikaru around and step over the girl, so that she would attempt to use Hikaru's body scissor almost against her, to lock the girl into a boston crab hold, by turning the two of them around. Mimi turned to face towards the opposite way as Hikaru and of course Hikaru from a lying postion on her back to her front.
