So I feel like plenty of people around here are in need of some encouragement. I know a lot of us have stuff going on, whether anyone else knows it or not, and in general everyone needs encouragement from time to time.
I propose, gentlemen, ladies, that in the next few days that you take a few minutes to PM or IM someone and give them some encouragement. Something positive. Something honest. Something they do right, something you like, anything at all.
It's like a holiday. Now go get your hands dirty.
