Tactics and style: Peta enjoys tail-assisted strikes and chokes, but is also usually game for scratching with her claws or even a few punches thrown with her human half. That said, she almost always prefers to end an encounter by coiling herself around a foe and strangling them.

Half-Snake: Peta is certainly no slouch in the physicality department but having snake-like lower body and the accompanying contortion and leverage gives her an edge in a fight.

Poison: Peta's fangs are sharp and have a vicious venom. Sharp pain is immediate, followed by numbness within ten to fifteen minutes. Of course, allow her to give a longer dose, and the foe might be weakened almost to the point of paralysis.

Hypnotism/seduction: Through a combination of eye contact and hypnotic movements, Peta can calm her opponents, even lulling them into a bit of a daze leaving them open to suggestion and less able to resist seductive impulses. This is utterly useless in an actual fight though.

Personality: Peta is a brash, proud, and, at times, almost feral Lamia, having traveled and terrorized large parts of Europe and Northern Africa. She isn't usually used to dealing with people in ways that don't involve feeding, sex, or violence (The former tends to involve one of the latter two anyway) and can be almost irrationally territorial and distrusting. An alpha animal at heart, the only thing she respects is power. If cornered, she will play as dirty as necessary.

Past: Many disparate legends of snake women from different regions of the world all owe themselves to Peta and some of the lamia she traveled with. Peta grew up terrorizing mankind, hoarding treasure, feeding off man and woman alike (Both blood and sexual juices would satisfy her. She was a light eater though, and preferred the latter.) and even other lamia on occasion. Entering a long hibernation period, Peta awoke to see that much of the world had passed her by, and the age of man had gotten well underway. The concentration of the supernatural in Japan drew her, however, and she soon found herself there, eager to sharpen her fangs on fresh prey.

Fun Facts-
-Peta absolutely loves flutes, clarinets, oboes, and similar woodwind music. It usually commands her attention entirely and calms her.
