Hitomi Vs. Songbird Hitomifujishima1.jpg

"My Soul, Your Beats!" by Lia played over the speakers as Hitomi Fujishima slowly walked out onto the ramps. From the ceiling above, small sparkling bits of confetti fell, a new addition to her normally serene entrance, kinda symbolizing the souls floating away as described in the haunting lyrics of the song. The crowd's cheers were muted, mostly because of the mood Hitomi always brought with her. She was a bright and happy person, but she had this air of sophisticated serenity, probably obtained from the geisha training early in life. With her fan in hand, twirling about her fingers, Hitomi entered the ring and gave the crowd a bow as her music ended, throwing up her arms and waving as the crowd rose to their feet, cheering her on loudly.

"Thank you all for being here tonight!" Hitomi shouted, her voice easily projecting despite the lack of a microphone. She didn't know too much about her opponent, but that just made the fight to come more exciting.

Hitomi Vs. Songbird Empty Re: Hitomi Vs. Songbird

Suddenly, a loud sound like a big stomp filled the entire stadium and the crowd was scared the heck out of them. Suddenly, an explosion of black smoke came from 5 feet close to the ring. Once it was clear, Paramore's That's What You Get began to play and there stood a girl with pink and white hair. Her clothing consisted of a dark shining pink sleeveless zippered suit with the collars covering the bottom of her face, long black fingerless gloves, and black army boots. She looked at Hitomi with a pure determination on her face as she jumped and kept her balance on the top rope before front flipping into the ring.

Hitomi Vs. Songbird Empty Re: Hitomi Vs. Songbird

Hitomi snapped open her fan as the smoke from the explosion blew her way, fanning it out of her face. She saw Songbird appear in the middle, thinking to herself "What a flashy way to enter. Though I guess I shouldn't be one to talk-" remembering her first match where she actually did a live performance of her entrance theme. Compared to that, some smoke and fireworks were nothing.

Hitomi gave Songbird a long look, her smile never leaving her face. "You're Songbird, correct?" Hitomi said, snapping her fan shut, "It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Hitomi Fujishima, and I will be your opponent tonight."

Although Hitomi couldn't see her expression through her gag, Songbird smiled as she offered a hand to her in greeting. "Pleasure to meet you, Ms. Fujishima. I'm glad to see you here today."

"Likewise," Hitomi said, snapping her fan shut and tossing it out of the ring. She then gave Songbird a polite bow, before getting into a fighting stance. The bell rang, signaling the start of the match.

"Well then, shall we begin?" Hitomi asked. She slowly moved forward, hands raised, looking to offer Songbird a test of strength.

"Alrighty then, let's begin." Songbird replied as she went into the test of strength. But with a sly look on her face, she then would jump, place her feet in her stomach, and roll on her back to throw Hitomi to the other side.

Hitomi locked up with Songbird, thinking a fair test of strength was in order. But then, the girl suddenly decided not to do the hold, but to roll backwards and flip Hitomi over in a classic monkey flip! Hitomi landed on the mat with a light grunt, quickly rolling around and getting up onto her feet.

"Not bad," Hitomi said, "Waiting a bit wouldn't have hurt though." She would rush at Songbird and attempt a tackle around the gut, taking her down onto the mat.

"Aw come on," said Songbird. "I'm not like the others y'know." As Hitomi rushed to tackle her, Songbird would then dodge the rush and grab her left arm. She would then get down and do an armlock.

Hitomi Vs. Songbird Empty Re: Hitomi Vs. Songbird

Songbird's giity caught Hitomi by surprise again as the girl dodged, grabbed her arm, and then forced her onto her knees with one move. Hitomi winced in pain as Songbird put her arm into a submission, twisting it behind her back. She needed to break out. Hitomi would attempt to turn and twist her arm around out of the submission, then grab one of Singbird's legs with her free arm and flip the girl onto the mat.

Songbird saw Hitomi twist her arm out of the hold and felt her leg get pulled. She flipped onto the mat, but before she hit the surface, she flipped backwards. She then walked toward the turnbuckle and whistled a happy tune.
