Knock Out Wonders: The Empress of the Ring VS The Eighth Wonder

Her ploy had worked magnificently, sweat flying off her body as she hopped up onto the top of the turnbuckle. Just as Athena slammed into the corner breast first, Cynthia landed behind her, the cameras zooming in on her acrobatics when she was in the air. She did not have much time, and got to work quickly as she wrapped her arms around the blonde's head for a sleeper hold.

Thanks to her slamming into the corner, it helped disorientate the Eighth Wonder long enough for her to drag the woman back into the center of the ring! Athena was slightly taller than Cynthia, but she wasn't going to let a minor height difference stop her. Attempting to dig her elbow into Athena's shoulder blade, Cynthia attempted to add some pain to the choke hold while getting Athena to lower herself.

Cynthia flexed her muscles, her bulging bicep would dig into Athena's throat and choke her. Cynthia wasn't much of a submissionist like Alice was, but she could damn make up for it by putting in her strength into submission holds! As Athena went to grab and pry at her arms, Cynthia tried hard to fight back, tightening the hold as much as she could. Inch by inch, little by little, Athena was loosening the hold, but Cynthia was damned if she wasn't going to weaken Athena as much as she could before she escaped.

Athena was trying to loosen the hold around her neck that was squeezing her, prying them off of her. With each passing second, she was being deprived of precious air, and she had to free herself from this to prevent herself from having to tap out, or worse, succumb and be knocked out. She opened her mouth wide as she tried to release herself from the hold, and she knew that the hold was loosening as she exerted her strength to try prying her opponent's arms off of her.

Eventually, Athena would be able to pry Cynthia's arms off of her, but the hold had dealt its damage on her. She would stagger away from Cynthia for a few steps before buckling under her weight, dropping onto her knees. She gasped for air, struggling to breathe. She brought her her right hand on her neck while her left hand was on the mat as she would support her own weight with it. Due to this, she couldn't defend herself against her opponent, who would surely take advantage of her weakened state.

Cynthia didn't use sleeper holds that often in matches, she was more of a power-move type wrestler. She saw the appeal and understood their pros and cons, but she considered that showing off one's physical strength and ability was more suitable in displaying the beauty of wrestling. That said, she did have the sleeper hold as one of her finishers, and while she doubted this was going to be the end of the match, she remembered Alice's advice when it came to weakening her opponent's body. So of course Cynthia was giving it her all, her muscles bulging through that black bodysuit she wore, feeling Athena's arms pulling with all their strength!

Eventually the Wonder was able to break free, causing Cynthia to jump back to make some room as Athena staggered forward before dropping to her knees and coughing. She was completely open and vulnerable, which gave Cynthia a chance to inflict more damage. She stepped forward to the woman on her knees, before stomping down on her back to make her lay down on her front. Once she did so, Cynthia would grab Athena by her hair, and lift up the blonde veteran back to her feet. Cynthia would then bend Athena over, wrapping an arm around her head, and kick her legs out from under her to drive Athena's skull into the canvas with a DDT!

Now released from the sleeper hold, Athena gasped for air as she ended up on her knees. Due to her weakened state, she had put herself in a rather vulnerable position, and Cynthia was quick to take advantage of this by closing and grabbing onto her, pulling her back up onto her feet. Groaning as she was forcefully pulled up, she was then put into a front facelock by her opponent, who then proceeded to fall backwards, bringing Athena head first into the mat with a DDT!

"OOGHH!!!"

Athena was left rattled by her head hitting the mat. Her surroundings became momentarily muted as she felt everything around her spinning. At this point, she had become an easy target for Cynthia, and this match could only end with a knockout, she had put herself in a position where it would be much easier to render her unconscious.

Cynthia had her teeth grit and eyes filled with determination when she kicked her legs out from under her, in order to slam the Wonder head first into the canvas. She would let out a sigh after immediately completing the DDT, finding herself holding her breath. She shook her head as she quickly got back up to her feet, raising a fist in the air, catching her breath. Some of the crowd cheered, while others booed. They were split between who they wanted to win and who they wanted to see lose, but Cynthia couldn't help but let herself smile just a tiny bit. She was never one for showboating, but she also knew there was an appeal and beauty to it.

Of course, this also meant she was giving Athena some time to recover, but it wouldn't be too much. She turned back to look at her downed opponent, and quickly attempt to seat herself atop of her, before trying to pull her arms back and draping them over her thighs. Once done so, she clasped her hands underneath Athena's chin and pulled back, putting her into a camel clutch!

Athena was in a dire state at the moment, with her head throbbing painfully from being brought low into the mat by Cynthia's DDT. She tried to get her mind back in order, but it seemed that Cynthia wasn't about to give her such opportunity as she then went to place herself on her back, sitting on top of her. She did give Athena a moment, but it wasn't too long and wasn't enough for her to recover from the damage that she had taken.

"Ughhh..." Athena groaned, feeling the weight of the other woman on her back. Then, she felt that her arms were draped over the other woman's thighs before a pair of hands were clasped under her chin. Subjected into a camel clutch, Athena cried out in pain as her body was put under torture even more. "UOOHHH!!!" Her eyes widened as her mouth was wide open as she tried to endure the hold. At the moment, she wasn't in the best of situation, and there was nothing she could do about it.

Cynthia had a grim face as she draped Athena's arms over her thighs and pulled back, listening to her groans and cries of pain. She would pull Athena back as far as she could, before just holding her at that breaking point. To inflict as much pain as she could and wear her down, she was sure the several throws and slams she's done had already done more than enough. But that wasn't her style. If she was going to win, she was going to win through pure domination. She was going to crush the Wonder completely...and that was when she would loosen the camel clutch again, slacking the pressure and returning it to the starting position, with her just holding Athena's head up.

The Empress would lean forward so she could see Athena's face and whisper to her, so that only she could hear what she had to say. "This match may only end in a knock out, but I'm not going to end it until you submit," Cynthia said in a cold and harsh tone. She clasped Athena's chin tighter, her fingers running down the milf's smooth cheeks.

Athena was being bent in the camel clutch, and she continued crying out in pain from the hold. She tried her best enduring the pain, but it was getting much harder and harder as time went by. And then, Cynthia decided to loosen her camel clutch and began taunting her. Grunting out, Athena would try to take advantage of this by pressing her knees against the canvas, looking to lift her body up with the strength of her lower body alone.

"GRRRHHHHH!!!"

It would be a wondrous thing to see as Athena would try to lift up Cynthia who was on her back. While she might not be able to lift her body up more than two inches, it should be enough for her to try jerking her body to the side, throwing her opponent off of her to finally liberate herself.

As Cynthia held the advantage over the downed woman beneath her, the Empress may have allowed herself to become too overconfident in slacking the hold. A match is truly never won until one wrestler has been incapacitated, and in this small opening that she had given the Wonder, Cynthia would suddenly feel Athena lift her up a few inches off the ground! Cynthia let out a surprised gasp as she was thrown off the Wonder's back, rolling onto her feet as she stared back at the blonde veteran.

She wasn't going to give up so easily...even after everything she had thrown at her. Cynthia narrowed her eyes, tensing herself up while clenching her fists. "Alright then," she thought as she pushed herself back onto her feet, "I'll thoroughly crush you!"

Athena managed to get Cynthia off of her back, though she was still in serious trouble. After getting her opponent off of her, Athena decided to roll herself away from her opponent, looking to recuperate from the damage that she had taken. She had to put a distance between herself and Cynthia, looking to bring herself to the ropes so that she could pull herself up.

"Haa... ngahh... ughhh..." Athena panted as she grabbed onto the ropes, pulling herself up. Her neck and back still hurt from the camel clutch from earlier, but now, she would focus on her recovery. She would also direct her gaze at Cynthia so that she could see what she was up to after this.
