AZUMI vs. Katori Kimura

Springing off of the ropes, Azumi barreled towards Katori to try and kick her back down into the mat with the straight boot to the face. However, right before she was about to blast her opponent, Katori sprung to life as she grabbed onto her foot, Azumi stumbling to keep her balance before Katori rolled around, Azumi twisting with her as she was spun out onto the mat. Not only did the landing suck, but the torque on her knee wasn't doing her any favors.

Which lead right into a submission attempt as Katori rolled her over onto her stomach, stomping right on her back before dropping her knee into it, "Gah!" she screamed out as Katori wrapped her leg around the back of her neck, stretching the knee backwards and further damaging it! Azumi gritted her teeth, grabbing her hair as she attempted to try and crawl herself free, but got nowhere fast before shooting her hands right back down to her hair. "Nnnnnn....!" she groaned out, she was lucky that Katori didn't stand up, where she would use gravity to inflict a hellish amount of pressure on her knee with her own body weight! But the knee pushing into her back and Katori's neck pulling the knee, this was also pretty bad as well...

It was time for some well deserved payback for the former Wrestle Angel as Katori had gotten her opponent trapped in a hold of her own, the Stretch Muffler, once again using a technique outside of her skill set. That feeling of dominance over an opponent was certainly hitting Katori about now with how she was pinning Azumi down like this with her knee, of course it felt good, especially since it is helping her turn this match around.

She keeps her eyes down at Azumi as she continued to bend and torque that leg around her knee, wanting to inflict almost as much pain as what she did to her with the Boston Crab but not enough that would cause permanent or long lasting injury. This may be karmic retribution, but Katori isn't mean or ruthless.

Katori will feel under her the attempts to resist and crawl away towards the ropes from Azumi as she tries to break free, but with her knee keeping her down she is not gonna get far. So, the angel decides to spice things up with her opponent. She'll slowly unpin her knee from Azumi's back, and once it's off Katori will quickly stand back up to cause an increase in pressure to her opponent's legs as she lets her hang off from around her neck while still keeping both hands on her ankle thigh to keep a good hold on her and letting gravity help her wear Azumi out.

The pain in her knee was intense, but Azumi knew that it could've been a lot worse. If Katori was intentionally trying to hurt her, her knee would've been pulled out of it's socket. She was grateful in a sense, two actually. One for Katori not trying to put her on the shelf and the other was for Katori to take her seriously enough to put her in such a predicament. She would continue to try and fight her way out from the submission, clawing and attempting to pull herself away from Katori.

But the former Wrestle Angel was not going to let her go so easily and began to make life more difficult for Azumi. The knee was removed from her back, relieving some of the pressure from her contorted body. But then all of the pressure went straight to her knee as Katori began lifting her off of the mat and now was hanging off from the back of Katori's neck! "Aaaaaaaaaah!" Azumi cried out as she tried to curl up to try and lessen the pressure on her knee while reaching for it.

However, straining herself only placed more pressure on her knee as her hands shot back down, grabbing at the back of her head as she gripped on her black hair.

To say that Katori had her opponent where she wanted her, would really be an understatement right now. Not only is Azumi in a helpless position, there's not much she could do as gravity and the bending of her knee put her in a world of hurt as she hung from Katori's neck. This was also uncomfortable for the angel too, having to hold herself up as well to balance the extra weight she needs to lift up but is managing by leaning to the opposite side.

She could only imagine how much pain is going through Azumi's leg right now, which would certainly be a lot. And as it hurt her a lot more then being pinned to the mat, Katori didn't want to do this for long. So after about 30 seconds after switching to this standing position, Katori lowers her head to slip her opponent's leg over it, releasing her from the Stretch Muffler.

But she wasn't gonna stop there, Katori will change her grip so Azumi's leg is straightened and is holding it by her shin with both hands. From there, the angel will lift her up higher before throwing her back down to the mat to slam her. Katori may be fair and nice with her sportsmanship, she still wasn't going to let Azumi off easy.

The strain on her leg was getting more and more painful, the stretching of her leg muscles continuing to burn as she attempted once again to try and raise herself up enough to free herself from the muffler! This time she would grab on to any part of Katori's body that she could, the elbow and shoulder as she used her other leg to press into her side for leverage to try and relieve most of the pressure off of her knee.

But keeping herself curled took a lot of effort from Azumi as she was forced to lean back down again, but luckily it didn't last for long as Katori released the Muffler as Azumi let out a gasp of relief. But Katori still had her leg caught. Looking up through a pained eye, she tried to kick her leg free. But Katori had her grip locked on tight on her leg, eyes widening before she felt herself being lifted up and being slammed back onto the mat! The landing on her back hurt, but it was her leg that had priority in her mind as she quickly shot her hands to her knees and attempted to roll away to gain some distance between her and Katori.

Once Katori had her time keeping her opponent trapped in a standing Stretch Muffler to put some pain and strain on her leg, the angel released her but not before re-positioning her hold on Azumi's leg then slamming her down onto the mat. Just before she dropped her, the woman looked up at the Successor so instead of landing on her front she landed on her upper back and shoulders instead.

After that was done, Katori sees her opponent clutch at her leg and roll away from her, but ironically that made her go closer to a corner. Forming a slightly mischievous smile, Katori quickly goes over to said corner and starts to climb up to the turnbuckle. She turns to face her downed opponent, keeping herself kneel'd on top as she did.

So with one mighty move, the young angel shoots her legs up to leap from the turnbuckle into the air! Katori will show off her aerial ability by leaning forward to do a complete aerial somersault as she comes back down to attempt to slam herself down on top of Azumi back first with a Senton!

Azumi panted out as she laid on the mat, her ring awareness taking a hit as she had unintentionally placed herself in perfect position for an aerial attack as Katori climbed to the top. Writhing on the mat, she clutched her leg as the pain was still shooting up her to her thigh and up the body as she gritted her teeth. Placing her leg down she would noticed too late that the Successor was on top and ready to fly. Gasping out, she would soon see Katori leaping off of the turnbuckle, tucking forward as she came crashing back first into her chest with a powerful Senton!

Azumi's body flopped after being smashed down upon with great indignation from the Angel as if for Divine Fury! It may have been on over exaggeration, but Azumi couldn't help but make the connection in her head given the circumstances. Coughing out as she flopped onto her side, curled up in pain as she held her chest, she laid there as she slowly rolled onto her chest! Trying her best to keep off of her back to prevent Katori from going straight into a pin, no matter how little the effort.

The crowd was going wild as Katori prepped herself and flew into the air then landed on top of Azumi, showing great skill and technique with her timing and maneuverability in the air that that shows her talent in aerial moves which shows her worth of being called a Wrestle Angel. And every time she did them, it always made Katori feel great, but doing the Moonsault made her feel like she was flying, which was the best feeling in the world to her.

After landing her Senton on her opponent, the angel bounced to the side of her as she quickly sits herself up before getting up to one knee. Katori looks down at Azumi to see the state she was in, to see her curled in pain and rolled onto her front while staying in place. Maybe her opponent was off her front to avoid being pinned, but she still left herself open to Katori.

As Katori stands back up, she steps over Azumi facing her head as she lowers herself down to wrap her arms around her waist and torso then pulls her up to force her to her feet. If successful, the angel will reach for Azumi's arms to pull back and hook with her own arms as she lifts the woman up and over her to slam her shoulder first on the ring mat with a Tiger Suplex!

Using the set up of the move to make it more difficult to escape, Katori keeps herself bridged to put Azumi in a pin as the ref-girl comes to start the count!

"One...!"

On her chest as she had her arms pinned between herself and the mat, most to cradle her chest that had taken the violent crash landing in from of that Senton. She had figured she would at least buy herself a few moments to rest, but Katori was on the offensive and wasn't going to stop just because Azumi was on the mat! She had stalked her, wrapping her arms around her waist as she was pulled off of the mat.

Azumi forced to follow as she felt her arms getting hooked from behind, double underhook style as she tried to wiggle herself free.

But it was too late at that point as Katori flipped backwards, pulling Azumi with her as she crashed head and shoulders first into the mat painfully! Groaning out as Katori kept the bridge, putting her in a pinning predicament! Kicking her legs about as the ref girl got into position, counting the first pin it would take another count before Azumi could gather her strength and shoot her leg up, trying to roll over and break the pin!

Katori had came down on her opponent from the Turnbuckle with a Senton like an Angel delivering divine punishment upon the woman, and then forced her back up to her feet as she wrapped her arms under Azumi's arms to trap them then lifted and slammed her with a Tiger Suplex. She kept the bridging position as the ref-girl came down and made the first count as Azumi squirmed in Katori's grip.

"Two...!"

The ref-girl made the second count! While Katori held onto the hope she'd make the third, she started to feel Azumi squirm more making it difficult to hold her. Then she threw her legs up with all she had to the side, rolling the girls over and breaking the pin before the ref hit 3! The successor's grip was broken, and while feeling a bit frustrated she was at least glad that her opponent wasn't gonna go down easy like that.

So if Azumi stays down for a bit after breaking the pin, Katori will push herself back to her feet then look down at her opponent with a smirk. She giggled to herself as she turned her back towards her before doing a quick stretch of her arms and back. Then Katori will crouch down while leaning forward before launching herself up with a backwards leap to drop on Azumi with a Standing Moonsault!
