Tomoko Iida vs. Izumi Hartmann

Tomoko was feeling great tonight. Ever since her debut, the wrestling prodigy had been building a great momentum, and while she did not have much experience compared to other more seasoned wrestlers in AFW, she believed that she could make it up with her talent and analytical mind. And tonight, she would be facing a fellow rookie, and being someone who loved wrestling, she looked forward to wrestle with this rookie.

And so, when her new theme song, aLIEz, was played, Tomoko stepped out into the stage, waving at the crowd while smiling cutely, making adorable bows left and right before she proceeded to walk down the ramp, heading over to the ring.

Tomoko Iida:

From what she had heard before making her entrance, her opponent would be someone named Izumi Hartmann. She hoped that this opponent would be someone fun to fight with in the ring, in a way that was entertaining for the crowd and herself. If there was one thing she hated the most, it would be overly-cruel opponents who would ruin the fun of all people involved.

So, once she arrived at the ring, she would carefully climb up the steel steps and slip into the ring through the ropes. She made one last adjustment to her cute little hat sitting on her head, making sure that the hat was clipped on her hair so that it wouldn't be removed while she's having a match against her opponent, unless if her opponent decided to rip it off her head forcefully, which would be a mean thing to do.

Showing more adorable gestures to the fan, Tomoko would then wait for her opponent to arrive as she went to a corner, looking at the direction of the entrance.

Izumi did a few last stretching exercises as she listened to her opponent's entrance from backstage, a big smile on her face. This was her opportunity, after years of training, to finally make a name for herself. The girl was determined to win,  but she was also looking forward to having a great match with Tomoko. As she heard the other wrestler's theme song stop, Izumi stepped forward.

As Jack of Diamonds started playing, Izumi stepped onto the entrance ramp, both hands stretched out to her sides as she looked at the crowd, a big grin on the girl's face. After a few seconds of standing like this, Izumi started running towards the ring, sliding in underneath the bottom rope and jumping to her feet, both hands raised into the air as she climbed onto the top turnbuckle of the corner opposite of where Tomoko was standing, facing the crowd and giving them all a big thumbs up, giving Tomoko a good view of the Aces and the Jack of Diamonds on the back of her top before she jumped down again, leaning against the rope.

"Alright, ready when you are! Let's give 'em a nice show, shall we?" Izumi asked her opponent, using one hand to push the few strands of white hair that were hanging into her face out of the way. She then gave Tomoko a thumbs up before raising both fists, waiting for the bell to ring and to see if her opponent would go on the offense or defense.

Tomoko watched her opponent making her entrance, smiling. At the very least, this particular opponent seemed to be a fun opponent to fight against. As she waited for Izumi to come into the ring, Tomoko observed her movements, taking note of the way Izumi carried herself as well as the possible ways she would carry herself in this upcoming match.

"Yes, let's give them all a nice show to remember!" Tomoko said enthusiastically as she went to the center of the ring, preparing herself to have this match against Izumi. She would take a wrestling stance as soon as the bell rang, starting the match. "Come on!" Tomoko challenged as she was going to start with a contest of strength with Izuni.

Izumi kept smiling as the bell rang, slowly circling Tomoko as she didn't attack. "Well, seems like I gotta start this." She said with a big grin on her face. She felt like she could probably match the girl's strength, but she didn't exactly want to find out if she was right or not the hard way.

So Izumi charged right at Tomoko, her hands still raised, but instead of locking up with the girl, Izumi ducked, trying to go for a hard knee strike to the left upper leg of her opponent, hoping this unexpected move would give her an early advantage.

Instead of locking up with Izumi, Tomoko found herself being struck on her left upper leg by a rather hard knee strike, causing her to wince in pain. "Ouhh!!" The strike caused her knee to buckle under her weight, momentarily immobilizing her. At this rate, she might end up being in a very disadvantageous position, and there was something that she needed to do in order to avoid being the one with disadvantageous.

On her knees, Tomoko put a hand on the mat. Izumi was still within arm reach, so she would attempt to deliver a strike right away before she could get away from her. In order to do so, she would attempt to use her hand on the mat to support herself as she tried to lift her leg to deliver a Koppu Kick, hitting any part of Izumi's body that she could reach with her heel.

Izumi felt quite happy with herself when she felt that knee strike connect, bringing Tomoko down to her knees and immobilizing her. This was exactly what the girl had planned and she already aimed for a knee strike to her opponent's arm.

But this plan was completely scrapped as Izumi felt Tomoko's heel connecting with her chest, right between her breasts, sending her stumbling backwards and lying on her back, momentarily stunned by the unexpected and quite strong kick.

Tomoko could tell that her heel managed to hit Izumi right between her breasts, sending her stumbling backwards to the mat. Using the momentum of her Koppu Kick, Tomoko would make sure to land on top of Izumi, smiling sweetly at her as she immediately grabbed one of Izumi's legs to lift it off the mat, going for a pinfall attempt early in the match.

Tomoko was certain that Izumi might be able to kick out of her pinfall attempt, but she wanted to send her a message that she wasn't someone to be trifled with, and she would seize a chance whenever it showed itself. In the meantime, the referee would come over and start counting the pin.

"ONE!!!"

Izumi was honestly quite impressed at how quickly Tomoko managed to get onto her, lifting her legs. But this wasn't the end, Izumi wouldn't let her first match be over so easily! With a grunt, she raised her shoulder off the mat, thus stopping the count.

Once the count had stopped, Izumi used her free leg to try and kick anywhere she could, while at the same time trying to get her other leg free from Tomoko's grasp in order to stand up again.

Once Izumi broke out from her pinfall attempt, Tomoko let go of her and got up on her feet, getting away from her to avoid Izumi's kick. She would wait for her opponent to get up so that she could stand straight and become an easy target. She could just attack her while she's trying to get back on her feet, but she wanted to try something out in this match.

So, once Izumi got back on her feet, Tomoko would take a few steps back towards the ropes before using the ropes to catapult herself towards her opponent, extending out an arm as if trying to deliver a running clothesline. But, instead of hitting her opponent's chest with the clotheslines, she would intentionally miss the hit as she would run past her so that she could rebound from the opposite ropes, returning back to Izumi so that she could leap up and deliver a dropkick!

Izumi quickly got back onto her feet, focusing on Tomoko as she raised her arms to protect her upper body and face from any possible strike or dropkick coming from the other girl. But when she noticed that she wasn't being attacked right now, Izumi got cautious.

At frist she tried to dodge the clothesline by stepping out of the way. But she was quick to realize that the clothesline wasn't meant to hit, and as soon as she realized what must have been going on, Izumi jumped out of the way, just in time to avoid the dropkick! No one had tried something like that on her before, so she was impressed, but this didn't mean that Izumi would go easy on her opponent! Instead, Izumi used the ropes herself for some speed, trying for a dropkick of her own now!
