SD III: Simply Superior vs. Heart and Passion

The Baron's offer did seem riddled with ulterior motives. Had the Baron offered this gambit to Katherine, who was the more hotheaded of the two, she likely would have taken the bait. But Matt thought twice about it, despite his partner's protests.

"Matt! Lemme do it! Lemme smash his face in! I'm gonna-"

"Kat, relax. You can't just-HNG!"

Just as Matt had turned to answer his partner, Frank stepped towards him with quick Superkick! The masked man would only barely manage to bring his forearms up in time to block. But the force of the kick was still enough to send him stumbling back towards the ropes! Upon meeting the ropes, Kat would extend her hand and tag the man. Matthew would perceive the tag, but opt to keep things going by bouncing off the ropes to gain some momentum and dashing at The Baron. He would attempt duck low and wrap an arm around the Blackwood before spinning around him and hugging him from behind for a Waistlock. If he was successful in grabbing hold of his opponent, Kat would try to follow up by pulling back on the top rope with both hands and launching herself upwards. She'd stand atop the top rope before finishing her dynamic maneuver by springboarding off of it and launching herself at a hopefully immobilized Baron with a Flying Knee strike. The duo would attempt to coordinate their assault as best they could. Though there was a small margin of error, The Luchadors trusted each other and attempted sync up for a tag team maneuver!

The Baron thought the kick would floor Matt, but was surprised and a little annoyed that it only made him stumbled and the ropes came to the luchadors rescue. What he didnt bank on was the rebound which sent Matt towards him and the Baron found himself in a waistlock. As he struggled, he completely ignored the tag which was made and the next thing he knew WHAM! he took a knee to the face

"UUGNN FFUUCKK!" he cried out and slumped back to the canvas, hitting it hard like a boxer taking a KO punch. The crowd cheered at the display of teamwork and urged the now legal Kat to press home the advantage. On the outside Baroness Augusta was shocked at seeing her man felled like this and immediately called to the ref

"REF! Illegal tag! They never tagged! I demand you stop this at once!" Unfortunately it served to distract the ref who turned and explained what she saw. It engaged the ref and Augusta in a heated discussion. It would either buy the Baron some time to collect himself or let Kat and Matt further double team him and very possibly put Simply Superiors match in jeopardy
