Rule #1 when wrestling Alicia Wells: Stay away from her legs. At all costs.

Valley, not being an idiot, had committed that rule to memory and she felt it was serving her well, managing to stay away from the deadly thighs, at least for now. She was close to the ropes, too. With a little stretching…

Valley cursed her lack of height as she just missed salvation by a few inches, and was instead dragged over into another hold - this time, a sleeper. Not the worst thing in the world, but it could lead to significantly more dangerous things. With Alicia, it certainly would. Escape was a must. The longer she spent time on the floor, the more she was in Alicia’s wheelhouse, and that was just not where any sane person would want to be.

Planting her feet on the flor, Valley tried to rise back up, get back into a standing position. Wouldn't let her escape the hold with her bigger opponent, but it would be a good way to start. She did her best work on her feet, not on her back.

The crowd clapped along, encouraging the rise, and she just hoped she could make the most of it

Managing to transition to the sleeper hold was a definite success, though it didn’t entirely solve her basic problem. There was no way this was going to get a tap and no way that a veteran like Valley Doll was going to be KOed like this. She’d need to transition to something else too, something more her style, but she hadn’t the chance to start working towards another hold before the blonde was trying to escape yet again.

She was looking to get to her feet, despite the mixed martial artist clinging to her back, and was doing a good job of managing it.

Alicia though had no intentions of just letting Valley go so easily. Right now, the fight was favouring her skill set and she really didn’t want to let Valley take it back to a standing fight where the blonde’s own talents might be better served. Yes, she’d have her kickboxing but Valley wasn’t exactly useless in that department herself and her wrestling experience completely trumped Alicia’s own. By contrast, if she could keep making this match about positioning on the mats, chokes and joint locks, Alicia was confident she’d eventually sink a finishing hold in.

Valley’s balance and technique though were pretty impressive and the redhead wasn’t sure she’d be able to stop her getting back up this way. In fact, it was pretty clear she wouldn’t be able to stop her getting back up and, once on her feet, intuition told her that the sleeper would be about as much use as the guillotine she’d abandoned to get there.

Still, she had Valley’s back and she had an edge in size. As Valley got midway to her feet, Alicia threw herself backwards as hard as she could. What she was looking for was to overbalance the blonde, use her weight to drag Valley back down to the mat where she’d be much more able to work that sleeper on her back with Valley on top.

Rather more dangerously, it’d also give her a chance to apply that bodyscissors again.

”Valley! Valley! Valley!”

Valley Doll fed off the crowd’s energy as she rose, bouncing along with their claps as she willed herself up, rising even as Alicia squeezed away. It wasn’t easy, and she knew it was going to take precious energy just to complete the effort, but it was needed. If she wanted to win this match, she had to get up and start bringing this match back to her terms. Not Alicia’s.

For a second, it looked like it was working. Valley was about halfway to a full stand, options were looking up, things were looking better. But then she felt it - that sudden shift in Alicia’s body. The pull backwards. The momentum slipping away from.

Alicia was going to bring her back down. Probably into another scissorhold.

The thought of being trapped between those thighs again was all the motivation Valley needed to make sure it didn’t happen. She wasn’t nearly strong enough to resist Alicia’s pull, though. Gravity was on her side, here, and the Slamazon didn’t have the strength to oppose it. But that wasn’t her sole option.

Instead of fighting the pull, Valley kicked off and added some force to it, using Alicia’s fall to her advantage. She whipped her legs up, rolled backwards off the younger wrestler’s chest, used the motion to slip her head free, and wound up standing again with Alicia’s head between her legs.

All in one, smooth motion.

A second hadn’t fully passed before Valley went back on the attack, jumping straight up and driving both of her feet into Alicia’s chest with a crushing double stomp.

For a moment, Alicia was sure she’d done it. She was falling backwards, Valley’s head locked tight in her hold and everything on her side as they headed towards the mat. Her escape attempt had been averted, now she could get right back to working for a submission. Except it hadn’t, as Valley promptly proved that she had plenty of surprises left to pull.

As the redhead fell back to the canvas with the blonde on top, Valley had shoved off the mat, rolling up Alicia’s body even as the two women hit home. Alicia’s sleeper hold never stood a chance as Valley’s head popped free – leaving Alicia flat on her back staring up at Valley standing over her. There was just enough time for Alicia’s purple eyes to widen in shock and anticipation before the blonde leapt into the air and came down feet first on her chest.

There was a myth among some of the… less well-endowed girls that Alicia had fought that having bigger breasts helped in situations like this. That they acted as padding. And Alicia had a substantial rack, there was no doubt about that. But all it really meant was she had more to be crushed under Valley’s heels, her breasts flattening out painfully before the shock of the impact hammered into her ribs. The redhead bit back a yowl of pain, trying to wrap her arms around her abused upper body and roll away instinctively from the source.

That had really, really hurt and all she could think about for the moment was protecting her torso from any follow-up moves.

Valley’s chest was rather meager these days, but it had been much bigger last year, before she underwent breast reduction surgery. She still remembered how a hard blow to a generous chest felt, how devastating it could be. She was familiar with the blazing agony that had to be going through Alicia’s firm bones like wildfire. Even if she didn't have the personal experience, the shriek would've served as a great clue.

Valley sympathized with what Alicia was going through, but it wouldn't stop her from capitalizing on it. If the positions were reversed, she'd expect nothing less.

Valley landed on her back after the stomp and rolled forward. She grabbed Alicia by the shoulder before she could get too far away, pulled her back down, laid across her chest, hooked her leg - her bad one - and went for a pinfall on the bigger woman.

Not likely to work, but worth a shot.

The referee dropped down and started the count. 1…!”

Not for the first time since joining Friction, Alicia wasn’t really in much of a state to resist for the moment. While the paralysing pain gripping her upper body wasn’t the worst she’d felt, it was still enough to leave her entirely vulnerable to Valley pulling her flat and planting her weight right on the ribs and tits she’d just stomped hard.

Alicia’s whimper of pain might have been quiet but definitely audible for Valley at least as she hoisted the leg back and went for the pin.

Well, this was familiar – even if Alicia’s torso was burning with a little too much pain for her to really appreciate the irony. She’d just had Valley slam herself into her upper body and now the blonde was going for the pin: it was exactly like the end of their sparring match. Except this time her ribs felt like they’d had a lead weight dropped on them and her head was relatively clear.

Not that it really mattered. She was far too stubborn to lay back and let Valley win, regardless. And what she had to do was pretty simple. Just like she’d done before, Alicia rolled her legs up as best she could, wincing at the pain shooting through her lower ribs. And then kicked them out again with all the force she could muster as the ref’s hand came down for the second time. It wouldn’t be as much as she could manage at her best, what with the soreness spreading through her thigh and the pain in her ribs.

Hopefully it’d be enough to get her shoulder off the mat though and, ideally, Valley off her ribs. Because having the blonde lying there wasn’t helping any recovery at all. Even if she kicked out, Alicia wasn’t going to be in a position to do much for at least a minute longer.

But at least she’d still be in the match.

Damn, couldn’t get full two-count from Alicia. Valley hadn’t counted on that pin working to win the match, but she’d thought it would get 2.5. The redhead’s stamina was going to be...troubling. The last time they’d wrestled, it hadn’t been such a big thing, since their time was short. But if this battle became long and protracted, the age difference could start coming into play. Valley’s limits were a bit shorter than they used to be.

With that in mind, it was time she got back to working on her insurance policy. The kickout forced Valley to get off of Alicia’s chest, but she had a consolation prize: a nice, shiny, muscular leg, begging to be exploited.

Valley took Alicia’s ankle, tucked it under her arm, and stood up, only taking a quick pause halfway through when her aching ribs flared up. She made it to her feet easy enough this time, and the referee moved out away from behind her, seeing what she had in mind.

Valley kicked her leg out, jerked backward, and went for one of the more unique moves in her arsenal: a leg DDT, slamming Alicia’s heel into the mat with all of her weight and force behind it.

She’d make sure to hold onto it after the impact, too. Valley was learning her lessons.

It hadn’t been as dramatic a kick out as last time, but a kick out was a kick out and Alicia breathed a mental sigh of relief when the ref’s hand didn’t come down a third time. Added to which, it’d got Valley off her chest, meaning that the blonde’s weight wasn’t aggravating her battered ribs anymore. It wasn’t making her breathing easy by any means, but it was a lot better than it was.

Kicking out though had taken a fair amount out of her, which was presumably why Valley had bothered. It had exactly helped her ribs either, given the jolt she’d put through her belly and core to knock the blonde away. She’d not even really noticed that her leg was still firmly under her opponent’s control, distracted as she was by nursing the tightness in her chest.

And by the time she’d noticed, it was just before Valley came crashing back down again with her leg in tow. Alicia sat bolt upright, a gasp of pain ripped out of the big redhead as her heel was slammed into the mat in a way she’d never experienced before. Agony shot up and down the already abused leg, particularly the knee joint itself and the hamstring that Valley had been working already.

Alicia’s first reaction was to try and grab at it. But the blonde had kept her grip on the leg – doing her best to focus through the pain, Alicia pulled herself up, trying desperately to roll over in a probably futile attempt to swing her other leg up and into Valley’s head.

It’d be a glancing blow at best, missing entirely more likely, but she would at least be able to get nearer the ropes.

Whatever Valley had in mind, she didn’t think it’d bode well. And – given how good the other wrestler was – Alicia wasn’t sure she’d be able to beat her with one leg out of action.

Valley would give Alicia credit for one thing if she didn’t with anything else: the redhead was really making her bust out her better moves. Valley Doll Sr. had made sure her daughter was well-versed on wrestling moves, even ones she would get to use in most circumstances, and the seeds of those lessons were definitely springing up and bearing fruit today.

She allowed herself to smirk with pride as she held the deadly leg captive, but that hubris wound up being short lived. Getting kicked in the chin would do that.

It wasn’t a full kick. Not even close real. Just a little whiff off Valley’s chin. Even so, it had a surprising amount of power and almost forced her to release the hold when her neck was snapped back. She managed to maintain and go right back to business, but it was an unneeded reminder of just how dangerous Alicia could be and just how important it was to press this brief advantage.

Valley worked her way around Alicia’s leg and scissored her thigh, pulling it in tight. She thrust her hips forward, pulled back on the trapped ankle, and tried to give the MMA fighter a taste of her own bitter medicine with the feared kneebar. The funny thing was, Valley would’ve never thought to use this move if Alicia hadn’t done the same to her, earlier. She wasn’t unfamiliar with the move, but it was a lot less flashy than her typical attacks.

But she’d experienced it first hand. She knew how painful and effective it was, and she was eager to share the experience.

Scoring even a glancing hit on Valley’s chin saw the veteran’s grip slacken and Alicia thought for a heartbeat she’d done it. But she didn’t have a chance to get her leg free before the blonde tightened up her grip again. Normally, she might have been able to do it, but with the muscles of her thigh on the very verge of cramping, painful twinges flaring at even the slightest moment, she didn’t have a chance to even try.

That wasn’t good.

It was going to get worse. Alicia didn’t have to be a genius to know that and, as Valley circled around and dropped down, things promptly got worse.

For one thing, people often forgot that having a pair of strong legs squeezing your thigh wasn’t fun at all. Already on the edge of a painful cramp, Alicia’s protested instantly as Valley’s clamped down around it.

She wasn’t going to tap from it, but it was far from pleasant. Valley’s legs might not be as strong as hers but they were still very, very strong in their own right.

So that was partly why Alicia winced. Mostly though she was expecting what was coming next as Valley essentially hugged her leg, pushed her hips forward and hauled back on her ankle.

It’d been a while since Alicia had been on the receiving end of a kneebar but the feeling hadn’t got any easier in the interim. Valley might not be a submission specialist but it already felt like the already abused joint – still tender from the DDT – was going to tear any second.

Alicia shrieked like a banshee, falling back and clawing at her hair as she fought the urge to tap right there and then. And it was a real idea, simply because – intimately familiar with this hold as she was – she knew exactly how much damage it could do to her leg if she didn’t get out of it fast.

Gritting her teeth, biting back the second scream boiling up, Alicia rolled herself to one side, frantically dragging herself towards the ropes with everything she’d got.
