Personality: Blair is a very affectionate and bubbly girl. She knows she’s devilishly cute and uses it to her full advantage when she can. A complete prankster she loves to cause trouble when she knows her can get away with it. Blair swaps her slender arms around their neck and with legs constricting their body locking in a dragon sleeper hold she’ll proceed to lull them to sleep while kissing their cheek or rubbing her cheeks against theirs affectionately while adding more and more pressure to their neck.  
       
History: The daughter of a japanese businessman and an American thespian raised in the U.S.A Blair always got what she wanted blessed with her mother's good looks and her father's brain their little goody two shoes girl turned deviant after an incident at her high school.

Where Blair rejected a shy boy's confession only for him to turn violent and attack her crying in pain she snapped and started punching and kicking him until he was a bloody mess. After getting off with a slap on the wrist from the school her attitude changed she started dressing more provocatively and going against her parents wishes.
