SRW: Velvela vs Croo-El! The Wolf and the Croc!

Croo-El was basically a walking tank in the eyes of the audience! As cute and beautiful as Velvela was, she was fighting a very uphill battle as the crocodile fighter didn’t seem to mind getting rough with her! Just a single swing of her tail, and already a nasty red welt was beginning to appear onto the wolf’s stomach. Velvela was a boxer, but one that was fighting above her weight class, and as violent as Croo-El was, she was smart enough to know it. A nasty smile appeared across her lips, revealing dozens of pointed teeth like a knife being pulled from its sheath!


“Serious as your funeral, Fluffy!”

Croo-El’s next step was a heavy one as she pulled her arm back! Her fist was like solid rock as it swung forward looking to crack Velvela’s jaw! Crop-El noticed the pup’s back to the ropes and was clearly banking on the wolf being trapped with nowhere to run! Fancy footwork was great, but at this rate it would only take one good hit to ground the punk wolf! Velvela would need a plan! And one she could devise in less than 3!

Being struck in the stomach was not something she wanted to happen again with a tail like that, feeling the sting still after it had left its mark upon her body. Croc may be a bigger woman, but she knew that she could out punch and hit her if she just waited and struck when the time was right. That time was coming rather soon as Croo-El pulled a rather telegraphed punched. How sure she was in it that it would hurt would be rather right.

"Good... I'll see you there!" she spoke, as she ducked low, bring her fist back before bringing her right first forward to smash right into the soft underbelly of Croo-El. This was her ace in the hole, smashing that fist in low to drive the air from the lungs and stun her.

If Croo-El was careful, she wouldn’t have telegraphed her attack in such an obvious manner. Velvela was a pro, and it was the croc’s ego getting the better of her and underestimating the white wolf’s pugilist prowess! Thinking on her feet in a fist fight was one of the first things that a fighter would learn, and rather than eat a fist full of scaly knuckles, Velvela would duck down beneath the Croc and let her momentum carry her on to miss the mark! In the blink of an eye, the white wolf countered the Croc by sending a quick but forceful blow into the soft underbelly of the scaled sadist! There was a noticeable reaction from her foe. Croo-El’s maw made a strange, guttural noise as she took a step back in pain. Her armored arm moved to protect her underbelly as the reptile growled, glaring at the wolf once again.

“Thats…a stupid comeback!”

The hissing remark came out in a somewhat petty tone, but the tail that once again swung for the Wolf was anything but! The armored tail once again looked to smash into the Wolf, a deadly weapon that served to keep Velvela at a distance and on the defensive if she was not careful!

So what?! the wolfess growled as she braced herself for the tail. She'd take it again, clenching her teeth as it struck her in the stomach this time, knocking her back a foot in a stumble before she recovered fairly quickly. Croc was tough, but Velvela believed that she was far more powerful. She could take this crocodile down with a one-two strike as she leapt forward, throwing out a strike as the pain and adrenaline fueled her to return the strike.

"Lets cut the foreplay here!" she shouted out as she sent a jab with the left before trying to strike her again, moving like a professional boxer would, weaving through her steps towards the Croo-El.

The cold blooded Croc was proving to have a rather red hot temper! Her tail found its mark, smacking Velvela’s midsection with considerable force! The wolf’s training kicked in, because the boxer managed to maintain her balance despite the shaking blow. Croo-El turned to face her opponent again, recovering from the blow and slamming her tail down onto the floor in an intimidating display. That tail was like a battering ram, or worse a wrecking ball. One good hit, and things could be dangerous for the wolf. However, it seemed Croo-El was willing to take the fight to the pugilist, as her heavy footsteps drew closer to the wolf.

“Foreplay??? Don’t flatter yourself!!! You’re nothing more than an appetizer, RUNT!!!”

Croo-El would launch forward, her mouth wide open revealing numerous razor sharp teeth! A guttural hiss slipped from the nightmarish maw, but didn’t snap down on Velvela’s fluffy fur. Instead, Croo-El moved her arm to try and use her scales to take the brunt of the strike the wolf fighter threw…leaving her other arm open to try and pound the boxer with a full strength predator punch!

Velvela couldn't believe that this crock was so easily tanking her blows, even if likely they still hurt, she just didn't seem to show it at all. Velvela on the other hand was now, repeated tail hits having smack into her, enough to leave a mark on her exposed stomach. As she launched herself into another strike, the wolfess thought she had her this time, but instead, the croc had other plans, taking the strike upon the arm and blocking her. This left the wolfess critically open for a counter hit, one that slammed into her face hard.

It wasn't the teeth that scared her but the power behind the strike, unable to block it as it rocked the side of her face and sent her partially back off her feet. It was enough to daze her, twisting her body to the side as she fell down on to the mat in pain. If this sort of thing kept up, Velvela wasn't sure if she was going to be able to win this. She'd have to change tactics, push for something a lot more decisive instead of her plan now of trying to openly box her.
