While generally a nice person, Kasumi is rather stern and cautious. With strong sense of morals, she is very honorable with her own personal code that she strictly follows. As such, she finds weapons and underhanded tactics to be distasteful. Competition and physical combat is what drives and excites her to no end and always seeks stronger opponents in order for her to get better herself. She is at the point in her life where she questions wherever her life of combat is something more than that…but such thoughts would easily flustered her. While she is getting better at noticing sexual advances, she is perhaps shy in that regard.

Strategy/Style: Kasumi seems to take the proverbial air out of a match, essentially just dragging the pace to a brutal and unsettling crawl. She looks to keep high-flyers and speedsters alike grounded, typically bringing them to the ground where she has a clear advantage over their typically smaller, slighter frames. As for the heavy hitters, Kasumi wants to goad them into a technical game, utilizing smart hand placement and positioning to avoid absorbing too much punishment.

Kasumi’s defense does tend to be ahead of her offence at times. As such, she uses her Judo in a defensive manner. Her strong base of balance, which is typical of most Judoka, combined with her ability to counter throws and her break falling make her an absolute nightmare for strong powerhouse wrestlers. Rarely will she ever try to pick up the pace, unless she has sniffed out an advantage and wants to usher her opponent towards a quick submission or pin.

Her aim of the game will ultimately always be to get her opponent fatigued and on the ground, where she excels the most, dishing out a variety lengthy, brutal submission holds on her opponents that often target a variety of body parts.

Finishing Moves

Kani Basami: A forbidden technique in the sport of judo, however, all's fair in a wrestling ring. She performs this move which can easily take a unsuspecting opponent down to the ground which from there she could move into any leg lock of her choosing. It can come out of nowhere and can ensure a tapout victory.
Hani Makikomi: A favorite throw of hers that she could literally use at any time, she performs the Hani Makikomi, sending the opponent down to the ground. Now that might sound simple but it is way more destructive than it sounds. Best way to describe how it feels is like The Hulk kicks you into the air then Ironman grabs you and flies you back into the ground where your little frail body sits in its own private crater.
