Feeling Krystyna pull his head from her breast, Johnny expected her to try and escape. Or to apply some sort of hold to the wrist, maybe. But then she took his finger into her mouth, sensually sucking on it!

At first it startled Johnny to have his finger in her mouth in the first place. With Krys, Johnny would've given even odds that she might have simply bit it. But when she began sucking, the Texan was momentarily taken in by the display. His legs stopped squeezing at the Russian's midsection as Johnny found himself off guard and distracted, letting out a low groan into Krystyna's ear as his mind made a connection between his finger and another, lower part of his anatomy.

Time, patience, and her own seductive instincts led to Krys breathing an internal sigh of relief once she felt Johnny's grip on her slim waist melt away, along with the rest of his dwindling sensibilities. She had Johnny to thank for putting her in the proper mood to escape this hold so effectively, the Emerald Viper taking her renewed freedom of movement to remove his moistened finger from her lips, slowly turn in place, and shuffle up until she was straddling his chiseled abs.
