Kira Vs Carmen - Somewhat of a revenge match????

Kira would over react somewhat to the fake jab. He would push his upper body back to clearly avoid the jab, however his body weight was now uneven and he had to stagger a step back to get his footing right to avoid falling over.

Figuring that the first minute must of been done by now, Kira decided to do his own test, however this test could backfire horridly. He would close the gap between them back to what it was and would then suddenly charge forward somewhat, throwing a barrage of left and right jabs (2 of each) to her torso. His footing however confined him to that direction, making quick rotating difficult.

He was getting bold now - one could only take so many hits before one decided to do something about it, apparently. It was cute, really.

She took one hit before she got her guard down, letting the punches buffet off, soaking up the pain. Staying on the balls of her feet, she danced to the left and sent out another jab, cracking him in the skull once again - her target area for the fight, something to focus on.

The jab that did hit before the guard came seemed to have little to no effect, which unnerved Kira somewhat. Kira was known for being enduring, but a punch that seemed to do very little freaked him.

He had no time to even consider spinning around to meet Carmens attack head on; his footing prevented him from doing so. He took the second hit to his skull, still felt like a testing punch. On instinct Kira hunched and raised his guard to cover his whole face and body, bringing in his feet tighter too

All right, decent guard up. Let's see how it works under pressure.

Carmen moved in with a burst of speed and started to give him some real shots - starting with a straight right that drilled into his guard, and following it up with a left hook as she bobbed to the side, trying to snake her way past it - these weren't testing punching, no probing. They had power. Real power.

It seemed play time was now over, the powerful punches collided with his guard, which did hold, a bit shaky as his arms struggled to deal with such heavy and outright brutal punches.

On instinct after the second hit he lashed out with a jab from his left fist, however it was useless as Carmen had already weaved to her left, which meant the punch missed by a long shot.

"Push him back!"

Carmen didn't like taking calls from her little brother, but that was what she was about to do anyway - so she went ahead and did it, moving to the side and laying into him with two solid uppercut, looking to blast his gut and drive him towards the corner. A place he'd probably be spending an inordinate amount of time near, it looked like.

Kira had no choice but to back peddle to try and avoid the gut uppercuts, which he did, rather well. However He had stepped back too much and now was literally in the corner, only 40cm or so away from the turnbuckle

With just about 2 minutes of the match complete Kira tried to raise hid guard again, this time adamant not to fall back or let anything hit his face or body.

Carmen moved in, sliding from left to right, throwing a couple of fakes before she just started drilling into him, focusing on hooks to make sure he couldn't escape without walking right into a blow. Her attacks weren't fast, so much as they were rhythmic - each blow followed after the other like it was a kata, going from hit to hit to hit, perfectly chaining him - he might as well have been a punching bag. At least they occasionally hit her when they swung back.

All Kira could do was take the punishment. He grunted each time he hid guard got hit. Everytime he tried to weave past a hook another slammed in from the other side punishing him. At least his guard was holding. The crowd watched, almost stunned that the barrage lasted for a whole 30 seconds, taking hook after hook, no longer probing punches either. His arms were red from where her punches had landed and they felt as if they were in a forest fire but something had to give, and his guard did.

Seriously - what was with this kid? Even amateurs usually put up better fights then this. Hell, people whose only boxing experience came from Rocky were better at it then this. If he'd spent any time in a ring at all, he should have been better than this.

Carmen reeled back, stepped in, and delivered a punishing straight to his face, cutting into the guard like hot butter and delivering the punishment for wasting three minutes of her life - exactly three minutes, too, as the bell rang.
