Your Guilty Pleasure? (Not as bad as it sounds)
So, because I'm nosy, and I like to know, what anime do you people watch that you know is bad, but enjoy anyway? I'm not gonna judge. Obviously this thread is meant to pick your brain a bit.
For me, it's Inuyasha. It's awful. The characters aren't interesting (A perverted monk who takes the chance to ask every woman he meets to have his children. Brock from Pokemon anyone?), the story is bland, and there is never really any sense of the main cast being in danger, seeing as they are never actually fighting Naraku, the main antagonist, face to face. With all the seasons that show had, we never really got any major character or plot development either. Yet I enjoy it. Not sure why. It was one of my first anime and I guess it holds a special place for me.
Who else has a "guilty pleasure" anime? What is it, and why do you enjoy it?

High School DxD.
I don't know what is it, but there's something about the complete lack of plot structure that makes it good.

I guess I'd have to say Dragonball Z, since public opinion of the show has gone far down over the last few years.
I will say that TeamFourStar's abridged version is FAR better then DBZ ever was. The acting, editing,...fucking everything. It's even better then Dragonball Kai, and Kai was supposed to fix what was wrong with Z.
I also really loved Outlaw Star when it was on...dunno how the public opinion about that is, but since it's never been brought back I can assume it wasn't that popular.

Outlaw Star was pretty popular. I think Toonami might still show it sometimes?

I watched Dragonball Z about ten years ago as a kid. I liked it. I only just now started watching Dragonball Abridged, and holy shit, it is one of the funniest, most well-done series I have ever seen. So much better than the original show.
