An interview with Ryan Knight

He's known as Mr Mental, the leader of team mental. Many men would often mutter "Damm that rich kid, he's got all the women." at several parties when he was around. He was known as Ryan Knight, male wrestler at AFW's tension brand.

Recently he had been booked to have an interview for the AFW website, Mr Knight was no fool. He reckoned this would be a corner article link at the main page, but frankly he didn't mind right now. After all his group hadn't even been here for a year, but he knew people had noticed his team and now he had a chance to at least speak out and relive his boredom.

"Ah Mr Knight, please step inside and take a seat." said the interviewer, it was a woman about 40 odd. She looked like she was beautiful in her prime, but Ryan figured the stress of her job was what contributed to her aging.

"Thank you." the man from the UK responded as he sat down, adjusting the red tie of his five thousand dollar suit.

"Now shall we start?" Ryan replied with a nod and the interviewer began with "So Mr Ryan Knight, you arrived in the summer of 2013. Your family in tow, would you enlighten our readers with the reason for doing so?"

Ryan smiled and leaned back in his chair, style and suaveness in every move. "Simple dear, we travelled the world. We practised our wrestling craft in many different arenas, a very humbling experience I may add." he said with a chuckle.

"How so?"

"I recall one match where I tag teamed with my Sister Lucy, I lept through the ropes to tackle my foe outside the ring and ended up dislocating my shoulder. Let me tell you there's nothing like pain being a good teacher to help shed the inexperience."

The interviewer let out a laugh and said "I see, so tell us about your romantic relationship with Friction wrestler Anampo Yatgra. Before hand you were seen at frequent parties, a woman in one arm at many times."

Ryan took a sharp breath in and said "Well what can I say? Fore I met Anampo I was always with different women. But I never really felt a connection there with those girls, I guess they were attracted to my riches rather than me as a person."

"I see. So Yatgra-san loved you for who you were rather than for the rich lifestyle that you lead?"

"Oh yes, she and I had a bit of a rough childhood. Now I will not talk about the details of either hers or mine. But we shared things in common, things that the women I met at parties never had."

"Is this also the reason why you no longer participate in the infamous hentai matches anymore?"

"Yes, to participate in those matches I would feel like I was betraying her."

The interviewer was silent for a second before saying "Moving on, with regards to team mental. Many people believe that you're a group of thugs who appear when it is none of your business. What do you have to say in regards to this?"

Ryan smiled and placed a hand on his chin and said "To be frank I cannot care about the nay-sayers. I may be correct in also saying that quite a few people believe us to be lovable rouges who go where they please and please where they go. And besides several people come to the AFW for several reasons, revenge, find missing relatives and the like. For me and my family we are only here to ply our craft and trade, me and my family are not here to impress anyone."

"So your family, all of you are wrestlers yes?"

"Yes, even our maid Erica. Although she's not too good but she aspires to make my Father proud, bless her heart."

"If I understand correctly you are the leader of your group, why not your Father John Grange?" the interviewer asked

"Well My Father, again bless his heart. He's a man I looked up to, he started from nothing, turned necessity into a virtue and became successful. But I supposed the reason why people consider me the face and speaker of our family is because of how I aspire to create my own legacy. Ascend and make my own throne if you will."

"And you're legacy, you believe it will start here?"

The young man shrugged and said "Who knows, I've not been here for a year so I can't really consider if my start to fame begins and ends here. I believe that once I reach the year mark I will look at what I have accomplished here and then decide."

"Are you planning on separating from your family to create your own fame?"

"No, family matters. I'll be as successful as I can but in the end you can bet I will do right by my loved ones." Ryan replied in a blunt tone.

The interviewer was silent again for a second, she then said "Well thank you for the interview Mr Knight, I wish you luck in your future here at the AFW."

"It will not be luck that decides my path, it shall be the skill and talent that I posses. But still thank you all the same." Mr Knight said as he stood up and did a small bow out of politeness.

After leaving the building and buttoning up his suit he thought to himself about his time, hell his whole life was going through his mind. "It's not my style to worry, not when my life is on the up." he muttered to himself as he got to his motorbike, a Kawasaki ninja 600. He put his helmet on and revved the bike, his eyes on the road ahead as he sped off to his place of residence.
