GreatForce's Gym Revenge!

About 3 weeks ago GreatForce had an encounter with the Dark Savoir or how he is called during the day Ryan Knight, put her in a dumpster and sent her to the hospital. Now being let out about 3 days ago GreatForce wanted revenge because the only reason Ryan had won was because he used his little toys. GreatThing was GreatForces little sister and was to one who took her to the hospital and today she was at the gym waiting for her big sister GreatForce to come that way they could start their training exercise. Little would she know that today would be a day that would stick with then for a long time.

"Dammit.....Why do I rely on my tools too much? I need to stay at peak form to combat all dangers." a young man muttered to himself.

This young man was Ryan Knight, wrestler and classical music fan by day and vigilante by night. The recent fight with a woman that he "Met." last night had showed Ryan one thing that he thought in the back of his head, he had gotten too reliant on his gadgets. If he hadn't used them at the right spot he would've lost and God only knows what that woman might have done with him.

But now he entered the gym, intent on improving his best weapon. And that was himself.
With that Ryan had done light stretching before he stood in the ring, as if to show that he was open for a challenge.
His pale chest on display with the scars adorning it.

GreatForce would arrive at the gym and see her sister "Hi little sis!" GreatThing would look and say "Hi big sis!" The two would start off their work out with some screeching. As they did this GreatForce saw Ryan in the distant but couldn't tell if it was him because he was to far away to tell. But GreatForce would keep an eye on him hopping if they got close that she could tell if it was him. Because for all GreatForce now the man had the same body, was just as shady.

Ryan waited a little before sighing, didn't look like anyone was up for a match.
Mr Knight then rolled out the ring and grabbed some heavy dumbbells.

With a steady pace Mr Knight would lift them with each hand, intent on working out with his arms.
He remained unaware of the two other girls in the gym.....

The two girls moved on to practacing their punches taking turn on the punching bag making a loud bang each time they hit showing just how strong their punches are. It was no wonder their name had spread through out the AFW but right now that didn't matter. As GreatForce got closer to Ryan his face seamed slightly more visible.

Ryan got rather bored with the dumbbell lifting and thought of what else he could do.

He set the weights down and got to a climbing frame with metal bars. Mr Knight altered his position so that he was hanging upside down from them, he then began to use his body's strength to lift himself up by doing some situps on the climbing frame.

Ryan began to count the number of times he did this, still unaware of the others in the gym.....

GreatForce and GreatThing would move on to practicing their many kicks on a kicking bag "Pft such a high quality bag and it's still crap... Nothing beats are home made one." As their loud bangs traveled around the gym GreatForce was able to get a beater image but not be a long shot would she be able to ID Ryan yet.

Ryan heard those loud noises repeat again and again. It sounded like someone was training their punches and kicks in this gym after all.

Mr Knight reckoned that if he could get a sparring partner he'd be able to practice better than by himself.
With that Ryan decided to get himself off the climbing frame, however his legs would slide off leading him to land on his backside.

"Oof!" he said, if Greatforce and GreatThing did not hear him land on his back then he'd get up and dust himself off before walking to see where the noise was coming from.

*Bang* *Clang!* *Boom!* There hits sounded like guns shots getting fired, with bullets just coming right after another. GreatForce not knowing Ryan was near. Other wrestlers were leaving the gym as they didn't want to be the sparring partner that faces the two girls. "Zzzzz... Dang training gear isn't as useful as it was back in the day..."

"Training gear no good madam?" Ryan asked as he walked towards the two women.

"They sound good, I reckon one of them would be a worthwhile investment into my training." the young man thought to himself.

Just then he realised that the taller one was someone he knew. It was the women who he fought not but a few days ago!

"Meh there's no way she ought to know who I am. Now....." Ryan thought.

"Good afternoon, my name is Ryan Knight. And who might you two lovely ladies be hm?" Mr Knight asked like the gentleman that he was.
