Aurora Vs. Cassie Elliot Empty Aurora Vs. Cassie Elliot

Post by Tatyina Fri Nov 01, 2013 3:29 am

Match Type: Standard
Winning conditions: Pinfall, submission or knockout

The lights began to dim to signal the start of the next match. Earlier, a challenge[/url:354w6kms] had been issued and now it was being seen through. Mamouru adjusted his tie and looked at Aurora. He gave her a smile. "You'll make a great first impression, Aurora-chan." He said and nodded. Though he didn't look it, he was feeling a little nervous. Things had not gone well for him with his last encounter with Cassie and he was still avoiding her. Now he'd be forced to watch her the entire match and, worse yet, cheer for her to lose. He just hoped that he could make her see the light. But as he turned and looked at the curtain, he wondered. He could very well be permanently damaging their relationship... whatever it was. But how could it be worse than it already was?

Johnny had tried to talk to him but he made it a point not to take any calls. He'd even been renting out a hotel room or staying with Aurora in case he got any unexpected visitors. It wasn't like he could go to his mother's house anymore with Taylor now infesting the place. He just needed time to think. He just needed to figure out a way to sort all this mess out. And aside from that, all he could do was try and get back at Talia the only way he knew how. It was her fault she ruined his life and unlike everyone else, he couldn't just beat her up.

He pushed those thoughts aside and stepped through the curtain. He raised his hand in the air and smiled brightly as the lights flashed to life and the crowd cheered, mostly with anticipation of seeing some action. They wondered if Cassie would put another girl in the hospital. Many of them wanted to see it.

Mamouru took a microphone and lifted it to his mouth. "And now for the next big thing at AFW, I present to you, Aurora!" It sounded much more exotic using only her first name and the crowd seemed intrigued enough as her theme[/url:354w6kms] began to play.

Aurora Vs. Cassie Elliot Empty Re: Aurora Vs. Cassie Elliot

Post by TaliZorah Sat Nov 02, 2013 6:06 pm

As her song started playing, Aurora, clad in her matching pink tights and sports bra, stepped out into the arena. She took a deep breath and walked down the ramp to the cheers of the crowd. She bypassed the fans that raised their hands for high-fives. She loved the crowd and everything that came with it. Today however, she was far too focused on the match to be led astray by fans.

In a way, this was the most important match of her career. It was her first match in a new league that she planned on being in for awhile. More importantly, though, it was her chance to stop the rampaging Cassie Elliot. If she could get a victory over Cassie, it'd catapult her up the AFW ranks. She'd instantly be both a hero and a veteran all in one easy victory.

Aurora climbed into the ring and made her way to the corner. She stretched a little and jumped up and down. This was it. Finally. She had a size, strength, and experience advantage over her opponent and she expected to use every aspect of that to her advantage. Today was going to be a good day for her and her sister.

Aurora Vs. Cassie Elliot Empty Re: Aurora Vs. Cassie Elliot

Cassie's music[/url:30c4fgwc] had never seemed more inappropriate. She entered the arena to the sound of boisterous horns and energetic rock, but she felt anything but upbeat. She didn't pause at the top of the ramp, and instead put one foot in front of the other all the way down to the ring.

Her opponent was Talia Wilson's sister. That was all that was really important. Talia, once her friend, had shown herself to be the worst, most awful human being alive. Their two lives had become intertwined, to the point that Cassie felt that the once-masked horror was rubbing off on her. She had hurt people, not because she wanted to but because she felt like she had to defend herself, and by extension, others.

She didn't want to fight anymore, but she'd be in big trouble if she tried to break her contract.

She stepped through the ropes and moved to her corner. She'd left the cape home this time, and wore only her yellow-and-white suit and white boots. She pushed her unruly orange hair back behind her ears as she gazed across the ring at her blonde opponent. Sweat was already beading on her forehead. She drew a deep breath and let it out slowly as she shook out each arm and leg while waiting for the bell.

Aurora Vs. Cassie Elliot Empty Re: Aurora Vs. Cassie Elliot

Johnny had followed quietly behind Cassie as she entered. He wanted to draw absolutely no attentiont o himself whatsoever. Really, he didn't even want to be here, but it was for Cassie. The two of them had to see this through to the end, whatever it might bring for the two of them. He knew that much. He just didn't know what, exactlyt o expect. The only thing he knew was his brother was managing the other girl. Though Johnnny didn't really know why or even why Cassie had to fight this chick. But he tried not to think about it. Or make eye contact with his brother.

"Junichi-kun!?"

Johnny cringed as his name was called. He swiveled his head and stared at Mamouru's approaching chest.

"What are you doing here?" Mamouru said quickly closing the distance.

"I dunno, bro." Johnny said with a shrug, still refusing eye contact. "I'm here for Shorty, man."

"For ... Cassie-san?" Mamouru said and looked up at Cassie's form. "Why?" He said sharply.

"I'm her body guard, dude." Johnny said holding up his hands. "Look, it's cool, bro, don't worry about it, I ain't here for you or anything."

"Why WOULD you be here for me?" Mamouru said defensively. "I'd never hurt Cassie-san." Mamouru growled in a low tone.

"Yeah..." Johnny said. He exhaled, keeping himself from adding a whatever afterwards. It was enough. "I know, dude." He said and took a step back. "Just do your manager thing, ok? You ain't gotta worry about me messin with this match or anything."

"Fine." Mamouru said and spun around quickly he made his way back to his corner and looked up at Aurora. "Just remember everything. You'll be fine." He encouraged and stepped away so the bell could ring.

Aurora Vs. Cassie Elliot Empty Re: Aurora Vs. Cassie Elliot

Post by TaliZorah Sun Nov 03, 2013 9:39 pm

Aurora tensed up as Cassie walked out into the open view. She hadn't seen her since that night at the hospital. Seeing her in person again sparked all those feelings of anger and resentment inside of her. The look on her face just cemented Aurora's resolve. She didn't feel the audience or the lights or the music. The redhead was just a cold-blooded killer who didn't bother with the usual intricacies of being human like smiling.

At first, Aurora didn't even notice the guy with her. She was too focused on her target to care about anyone else. When the two brothers spoke, though, Aurora looked over and was surprised how similar they looked. She had heard that Mamouru had a brother but she hadn't seen him before. Things suddenly felt even more serious. She knew Johnny had wrestled Talia on a few occasions before as well. Things were really starting to fall into place in Aurora's mind. They were probably all in on this together.

She didn't say a word in response to Mamouru. This was all business. There were no time for pleasantries. When the bell rang, Aurora immediately pushed herself out of the corner and approached Cassie. "Come on, killer..." she muttered loud enough for Cassie to hear. She then lunged at her with both arms to grapple with her in a collar-and-elbow tie up.

Cassie looked calm, but not at all confident. As the bell rang, she settled into a stance with her arms up in front of her, and avoided making eye contact. Her pink-and-blonde opponent was certainly not the most imposing one she'd faced, but it wasn't her that she was worried about.

She rubbed her sweaty palms together and put her hands up just in time for Aurora to jump on her. She barely reacted, but caught her collar-and-elbow, backing up a few steps to keep her balance. She held on, but otherwise didn't try anything.

The apparent absent-mindedness of Cassie was ignored by the blonde. She wasn't going to overthink this. No games. Aurora forcefully tried to exert her size advantage on Cassie by forcing the girl back as far as she could. It wasn't enough to pin or make Cassie tap out. She had to show the girl how rough her life could be if she crossed Aurora again. And that meant overpowering her at every opportunity.

As she did this, she kept her eyes peeled open. "I won't let you hurt anyone else," Aurora said through her clenched teeth.

Cassie had to rapidly backpedal to stay upright. Aurora was stronger, she didn't doubt that. Soon her back was pressed against the turnbuckle, her head forced slightly and her legs out in front. She held on tightly to Aurora's arms to keep her from being able to hit her and waited for the ref to call the rope break.

Aurora pushed harder and harder to force Cassie backward. It was satisfying to get the girl into the corner. She wasn't any stronger than she looked. Maybe all those words of worry from Mamouru was for naught. As the ref stepped in to break them up, Aurora suddenly released the pressure. She ducked down so Cassie would stumble forward. Then, she'd grab a hold of her legs at the thighs and throw the smaller girl over her and back towards the center of the ring.

Cassie didn't say anything back. Every word (Tat: of Aurora's) stung her, but she appeared to not even hear her. She dutifully released Aurora when the girl let go first, but then scrambled to grab hold of her again before she was flung over her back. She slapped the mat with her arms and her feet to help break her fall, and while it stung, she wasn't hurt.

She jumped up to her feet and backed up to the middle of the ring. She slipped an inscrutable sideways glance at toward Johnny, and mopped the sweat off her forehead with the back of her hand, and then set her eyes back on her opponent.
