Reduced Post Rate

Tue Jun 27, 2017 12:14 pm by RadiantKarna332

For those who are currently roleplaying with me in threads, you guys may have noticed my reduced post rate. I'm sorry for being so late to inform you guys about this, but due to some real-life businesses, I have no choice but to post infrequently compared to usual. I'm so sorry about that.

So, I will return to my normal schedule next week, so please don't worry about me not posting. Have a nice day. Very Happy

Catching up and stuff

Wed Jun 28, 2017 4:19 am by LARIATO

Hey guys.

First, trying to finally get my ass in gear and get caught up with threads and everything. Pretty sure I've finally posted to all active threads I'm involved with now. But I can be very scatterbrained and forgetful at times. So if anyone's got an active thread still waiting for a post for me, it probably just means I've forgotten, so PLEASE let me know about it so I can get on that asap.

And second, I'm aware it took me a long ass time to get around to a lot of these posts, and some …

Active Kawaiis

Sat Jun 24, 2017 1:25 am by Daaharu

Hey, guys. I'm hoping to get a sense from everyone of where the active kawaii girls are at. No guarantees or anything, but I am looking to figure out who is out there consistently making matches because we are looking to inject some new blood into the kawaii title scene, and I don't want to have tunnel vision on just the players and characters I know.

So, if you've got a kawaii girl who's had at least one match and is currently active, can you let me know either here or via PM or IM? This …

Re: Mayu Hoshino vs Jamie Valentine

"HeyheyheyHEYHEYQUITIT!" Jamie screamed frantically as Mayu yanked one arm away from the ropes. She held doggedly onto the ropes with the other one, even after Mayu's shin slammed into her stomach and dropped her down to her knees.

"Owwwwwwwww!" She moaned, hugging her gut with one arm, the other hanging from the top rope. The ref somewhat reluctantly told Mayu to let her get off the ropes, and Jamie enthusiastically agreed.

"SHE'S CHEATING, OHMIGOD!" She screamed, pointing a finger at Mayu to level the full force of her accusation at her. Then she pushed her palm at her. "Can we please play by the rules? OhmiGAWWWD." She stayed down on her knees, holding the rope and hoping Mayu went away.

"Geez..." Mayu let out in slight annoyance as the ref told her to back away. "Fiinee," she said with a cute pout.

As the short haired girl took some distance from Jamie, she heard her complain and raised an eyebrow. The very same girl who tried to rake her eyes asking to play by the rules? Why don't the higher up just make this a backstage match, or no DQ match even. Mayu would rather to play by the rules of course, that's the reason she joined a professional federation instead of wandering around the streets after all.

"Only if you do so, Jamie-san," Mayu replied to the girl as she waited for her opponent to get off the ropes.

Jamie breathed a sigh of relief when Mayu backed off. She clung to the rope and kept a suspicious glare fixed on the girl until she was satisfied that it was safe.

She let go of the rope and dusted off her hands and turned up her nose. "That's better." She said, as if she had always expected that sort of treatment. It would definitely be easier if Mayu just did whatever she wanted. Like lie down on the mat and let the ref count the pin. That'd be great, but noooo, Mayu was a huge jerk.

She strode out to the middle of the ring to face Mayu, looked at her for a moment, and then threw herself into a sprint to cover the last of the distance between them. At the last moment she dropped down into a baseball slide, aiming her feet for Mayu's shins.

Re: Mayu Hoshino vs Jamie Valentine

Post by kaz on Sat Jan 19, 2013 5:30 pm

Mayu paid a close attention to Jamie's movement as the girl moved away from the ropes, not wanting the girl to pull out another dirty trick on her. Based on her experiences, the girl's type would never fulfill their own words, pleading to play by the rules in one sec, only to break them herself the next second. When Jamie sprint towards her, Mayu dropped into a defensive stance, trying to predict what her opponent would try to hit.

The moment Jamie dropped low and slided onto her legs, Mayu sidestepped to her left to barely escape the girl's feet before she would shift herself to face her opponent again. The girl had already hit her shins a few times earlier in the match, so Mayu knew better to protect them. It'd be a problem for her after all to take hits in the same spot again and again. Mayu would then attempt a counter on the Jamie as she lifted her right leg and dropped it from above to try hitting her opponent's thigh with her heel.

"Yaaah!" she would let out loudly as she swung her legs downwards at Jamie's leg.

"Aiee!" Jamie screamed as Mayu's heel slammed into her inner thigh. She rolled away, clutching her leg, all the way out of the ring. That was going to leave a bruise.

She hobbled around the ring, pausing the test the leg and see if it could support her weight. Of course, it could, but she just wanted sympathy. She didn't get any. The crowd boo'd her like they were going for some sort of record, and Jamie just scowled.

"OH SHUT UP!" She screamed at them. "THIS HURTS! SO BAD!"

Mayu didn't pursue Jamie outside the ring after the girl rolled away from her. She watched as the girl was booed by the crowds and lashed back at them. It seems like her opponent was fine, after all. Mayu adjusted her breath to maintain her focus, while the ref began to count on Jamie as she was outside the ring.

"One! Two!"

This could become a long fight, Mayu thought to herself. Hopefully Jamie wouldn't keep running away each time she took a hit, although it didn't seem like that would be the case here.

"Three!"

Jamie began to massage her thigh with both hands, and made a show of testing it to see if it could hold her weight.

"Four!"

She held onto the rail separating her from the crowd and hobbled a few steps, and then bent over and put her hands on her knees like she was exhausted.

"Five!"

Some bored onlookers near the front row shouted something at her in Japanese that she only assumed was derogatory. She spun to face them and fixed them with a hateful glare. "SPEAK. AMERICAN. IDIOTS." She shouted back.

"Six."

Jamie folded her arms and huffed, and remained stubbornly still. She turned her eyes back up to the ring and to Mayu standing there, looking all superior. She thinks she's so cool, just because she can do some crazy spinny, jumpy, kicky thing. Well, Jamie would show her. Meanwhile, while she was busy scheming, she wasn't paying attention to the count.

"Nine!"

Jamie nearly jumped out of her skin and catapulted herself back in the ring, making a very sudden and miraculous recovery from her grievous injury. She dived headfirst under the bottom rope and sprung to her feet against the ropes.

Mayu thought that Jamie would come back to the ring, unless she wanted to lose like that. She would definitely have no problem with that, although she still wanted to fight the girl. With each count passed Mayu began to wonder if Jamie was really going to be counted out. The girl even taking her time to shout at the crowds instead of getting back! Was she really hurt?

Her opponent suddenly leaped back into the ring after the second last count, though, which made a small smile appeared on Mayu's face. The short haired girl responded by charging at Jamie, and slided down the mat in an attempt to tackle the girl with both of her feet.

"Good to have you back!!" she let out as she slided on the mat towards Jamie.

Jamie charged to meet Mayu. She cocked her arm back, ready to threw a clothesline, but when she flung her arm around she hit nothing and her legs were suddenly knocked out from under her. She fell forward and face planted on the mat hard enough to make the crowd groan. She stayed put for a moment, stunned, before she began to roll onto her back, one hand over her face.

Seeing Jamie on the mat covering her face with one hand, Mayu was convinced that she was hurt. She did feel a contact in the tackle after all. The black haired girl immediately get up on her feet and went to her opponent to try giving one of her legs a stomp or two. The girl seemed to like running around, so Mayu thought that hindering her legs would be one of the more effective ways to weaken Jamie.
