[Pendant Match] Standard: Mayu vs Akane

Winning Conditions: Pinfall, Submission or Knockout
Match Stipulations: Each Team member will win the number of pendant pieces stated for participation in the match.

Red Jaguar team member: Mayu Hoshino [½ Pendant]

Green Monkey team member: Akane Yamamoto [½ Pendant]

The crowds were waiting in anticipation as another Avalanche Temple Game's match was about to begin. The Red Jaguar's theme would play over the speakers before Mayu would made her entrance to the stage. Skipping happily through the ramp, the short haired girl was smiling brightly at the crowds as she's making her way to the ring. As always, Mayu felt excited about the match. She's starting to love her time in AFW more and more by each matches she went through. Mayu was wearing a red tank top with the Red Jaguar logo on it along a short black pants with a rather huge belt strapped around it. She climbed the ring and jumped over the ropes, causing her black boots would make a small thumping sound as she landed on the inside of the ring.

Mayu would skip around inside the ring as she would wave her hands cheerfully at the crowds before walking further towards the ropes to wait for her opponent. She heard that her would be opponent was primarily a striker, much like herself. The difference was she heard that her opponent specialized in punches, while Mayu was mainly a kicker. As she was waiting for the other girl to make her entrance, Mayu would do a little stretching while smiling excitedly. She was hoping that this is going to be a fun match.

Akane was wearing a green variation of her standard outfit, one that was the same just in a green shade, with a yellow scarf attached to it and a yellow monkey logo on her shirt, as she was representing the Green Monkeys in this match. It was her first Temple match after all and while it might not have been what she had hoped for it had become a standard match instead of the boxing match. Still there was nothing wrong with that.

The Green teams theme music started to sound out of the speakers as Akane made herself know to the crowd and stepped out onto the ring, wearing a pair of kitten themed mma gloves on her fists, and with her hair tied up into a pony tail this time, her long brown hair hanging behind her as a tail. Akane heard to lukewarm reaction from the crowd as she came out onto the ramp and looked around a bit. The few that was cheering for her as furiously as they did must know who she was whilst the other was just perverts and they didn't cheer for her because she didn't have huge breast. The thought made Akane bite down on her lower lip.

Soon she shook her head and began to walk down towards the ring, there was no way that she was going to lose this match, that was the thought that was running through her head as she walked up towards the ring and then climbed up into it, giving her opponent a quick look before she walked up to her, Akane would nod to her opponent as she walked up to stand face to face against the girl.

As her opponent made her entrance, Mayu would start hopping a little on her spot from excitement. Smiling cheerfully, she clasped her palm in front of her chest as Akane climbed into the ring.

"Ohoh, here she is!" Mayu would say excitedly.

Her would be opponent seemed cute, and her kitten gloves only added to that aspect of her. Mayu was wondering how strong such a cute girl could be. She wasn't the type who'd judge other people by their appearances, which was why she couldn't wait until they started fighting. As Akane started to walk towards her, Mayu would do the same as she skipped to the center of the ring before she stopped and looked at her opponent with a friendly smile.

"Hello! My name's Mayu, hopefully we have a fun fight! Tee-hee," said the short haired girl as she extended her hand to Akane.

Akane would walk up to her opponent and smile a bit as she watched the girl, she was quite cute and seemed to awfully happy now that she was jumping around a bit and skipped up to the center of the ring like she did. Akane stood there and watched for a few moments with a surprised and kinda freaked out look on her face, this was the first opponent that Akane had seen that was so happy.

Akane would walk up, placing her hands on her hips as the girl introduced herself to her " Hello. I'm Akane Yamamoto. Maybe we will if you're good enough that is ." Akane said as she would take a few steps back and drop into a boxing stance. She didn't shake Mayu's hand only because the girl seemed kinda weird and she wasn't sure if Mayu was an opponent worthy of fighting yet.

Seeing her opponent ignored her handshake invitation, Mayu didn't even raise an eyebrow or change her expression as she calmly withdrew her hand, still smiling friendlily at Akane. There wasn't much fighter with a nice attitude around after all, so she couldn't say she was surprised with the girl's attitude.

"Don't worry, Yamamoto-san!" Mayu said cheerfully, still trying to be polite with her opponent. "I'll try not to dissappoint you!"

With that Mayu would back away a bit and get into some sort of martial arts stance. If her opponent was good at boxing like her stance indicated, then Mayu felt confident she could try to impress Akane with her kicks, and maybe a bit of Judo throws. Once the bell rang, The short haired girl would immediately lunge at her opponent before she would try to slightly twist her body for a low kick at Akane's left foot. Against someone who mainly used punches, Mayu thought that she should use the advantage of her leg's reach to hit her opponent.

"Hyaah!" Mayu would enthusiastically let out as she swung her right foot at Akane.

Akane looked on at Mayu and shook her head a bit all before she would throw her a bit of a smirking smile when she heard what the girl said. It was kinda nice that her opponent was trying to impress her in this match, it wasn't like Akane was being rude to Mayu it was just that she didn't know if she was worth her time, if she was then she would gladly shake her hand after the match.

Akane would wait in her boxing stance, bouncing a bit on her toes as she waited for Mayu, being light on her feet as she kept her eyes on the girl. As Mayu was moving in closer and closer with not an unimpressive speed, she would wait and when she saw that low kick Akane would jump back and then step forward after the kick was thrown. Akane would pull her arm back and try to come in with a straight hook to Mayu's face and strike her with the kitten face gloves right on her cheek.

" Take this ! We'll see if you won't!"

Mayu blinked once as her kick missed. Her opponent seemed like the type that couldn't be taken down by simple movement, so it seemed. Then Akane came with a counter as she threw a punch at her face. A smirk appeared on the short haired girl's face as she would step back a little and try to catch her opponent's arms with both hands. Once she did, Mayu would move one of her hands to grab Akane's kitten glove and shook it.

"There, nice to meet you, Yamamoto-san!" Mayu said cheerfully with a friendly smile. "Some cute glove you have here. Tee-hee," she teased a bit.

Being all cheerful and courteous wasn't the only thing Mayu had in her, however, and Akane might soon learn about the girl's ability as the short haired girl would try to keep a firm hold of her opponent's hand.

Akane's eyes widened and lit up as Mayu took a hold of her hand and shook it, something that was really interesting for Akane to see, it was the first time anyone had grabbed her hand like that and it was something that at least earned the girl the handshake. AKane's hand would slowly shake Mayu's hand as she looked on at the girl for a few seconds.

" Nice the meet you." Akane said as she would soon twist her body around, pulling Mayu closer towards her as she attempted to send her leg up knee first up towards Mayu's ribs, attempting to connect with a nasty knee straight to Mayu's ribs. " And it will be nice to beet you too!"

"Aaahh..?" Mayu yelped as she was pulled by her opponent and before she knew it, she felt something hard hitting her ribs, causing her eyes to widen from the pain she just received. "Augghh!"

The short haired girl doubled over as the hit knocked off some air of her, but she would still maintain her hold on Akane's arm. Gritting her teeth, Mayu would quickly twisted her body and swung one of her legs, trying to sweep Akane's leg to make the girl lost her balance and fell forward. Mayu would then use the momentum to try pulling her opponent by her arm so she could attempt to toss the girl to the mat with a Shoulder Throw.

"Hiiaahh!" Mayu would let out as she flipped her opponent to the mat.

Akane grinned as she managed to kick up her knee and hit the girl straight in her ribs, hearing her yelp of pain and even more than what she had thought would come out from the girl's mouth. Though with her hands still held she felt how she wasn't able to pull back.

Though that was when Mayu's leg came at Akane's, quickly thought Akane made and attempt to jump up and tried to wrap her legs around Mayu's waist, and put her in a body scissor while the girl was standing there, as she would also then attempt and pull her free arm back an attempt to send a few punches straight up to Mayu's face. " Taste this !"
