[Pendant Match] Standard: Mayu vs Akane

When her opponent came at her with a kick motion, Mayu was prepared to dodge it as she was no longer too focused on Akane's fists. That proved to be a bit fatal as the next thing she felt was an uppercut on her chin, causing her to stagger a few steps backwards and felt a bit stunned. Now she wasn't really sure on what to do... except for going on the offense!

She would take her time in circling her opponent for a while, as she needed a couple of seconds to recover from that uppercut. Once she thought she was ready, Mayu would immediately dash at Akane with full speed, trying to make the girl think that she would get close again. When the distance between them closed a bit, she would spin around and swing her right foot in an attempt for a spinning side kick at Akane's left upper arm or shoulder. She thought she wanted to show her opponent that she's not just a grappler.

"Yaahh!" she would let out in excitement as she kicked Akane.

Akane watched and smirked at Mayu as the girl staggered back from her and started to fall back, though after a little while she seemed ready again. They started to circle each other and before long both of them where ready and eager to go on with the match. Akane still had a bit of smug smirk on her face after being able to hit Mayu with that uppercut that seemed to have done a fair bit of damage to the girl.

Soon though Mayu came rushing in at her, Akane was ready however waiting and planning to counter attack, watching as Mayu came closer and closer and the second she came to a halt and shot her leg up, Akane ducked down. The Lightning fist Akane moved down and let her opponent's leg whisk past her hair causing it to flutter off towards the direction that her leg was traveling. Akane's move in closer after this and would attempt and quickly send a strong right hook straight into Mayu's gut, with an attempt to follow that up with a second hit and then try to reach up for Mayu's head and pull it down as she took a quick step back and would then attempt to send a left fist straight for Mayu's forehead.

Mayu blinked as her opponent evaded her kick and hit her with a punch in her gut instead, causing the girl to let out a grunt as she once again tumbled backwards. Feeling that there was still more to the attack, Mayu would let herself fall to the mat on her back as she tried to dodge the attack. That wasn't her only plan, however, as she would swing her left foot upwards to try kicking Akane's punching arm as she fell down.

"Guh!" The short haired girl would let out as she landed on her back to the mat.

Mayu would hold her punched gut with one hand while her other hand would start to push on the mat so she could get up on a sitting position. She was hurt and slightly dazed as she writhed around slightly. Soon her smile would return to her face, showing her opponent that her fighting spirit was still high as a kite despite the beating she's been receiving so far.

Akane was about to move in for a second punch to try and hit Mayu with a strong attack and hit her with that neat combo striking attack that she had gone for, though when she went in to do it she was interrupted as her fist was kicked away by Mayu's leg and she was forced to stop her attack on the girl, she took a step back and watched as Mayu dropped down onto her back.

Akane stood there and waited as she rolled her wrists a bit and then watched how Mayu moved up a seating position, as she did though Akane would attempt and move in and send a swift kick against Mayu's face, a sort of surprise kick as in the beginning it only looked as if she was going up towards the girl all normal lick before she would swiftly send a toe kick right up to Mayu's face.

Mayu was still trying to recover from the hit in the gut as she was sitting on the mat, panting a bit. Obviously her opponent wouldn't give her that chance as Akane was coming towards her again with some pace. As she saw the girl's foot raised, Mayu instinctively crossed her arms in front of her face and she took the kick with them.

"Ack!" The short haired girl let out as Akane's kick connected with her arms and she would fly a few meters backwards. "Huu~" Mayu would let out as she was lying on the mat, feeling the sting in her arms before she would slowly get up on her feet again and jerk her arms a little.

She wasn't about to let herself be pushed around any longer, at least for the time being. With that resolution, Mayu would immediately charge at Akane with full speed before she would jump in front of her and try to hit her opponent with a butterfly kick to the face.

"Hyaaah!" Mayu would yell as she swung her leg at Akane.

Akaneâ€s foot managed to hit quite well, as she kicked Mayu it just didnâ€t hit the spot she wanted it to hit, she wanted to hit Mayuâ€s face but the girl had managed to bring her arms up and blocked the Lighting fist Akaneâ€s attack from striking home at Mayuâ€s face.

Though what happened as that after a little while Mayu would move up to her feet, she began to make her way closer and closer as she charged over towards Akane and jumped up, Akane managed to move her arms up to guard but the kick itself was quite strong and strong enough to down Akane as she fell backwards and rolled back on the mat as she was dropped onto her back.

“Agh…ow…” Akane shook her head a bit as she slowly tried to push herself up to her feet and with it she would shoot a glare to Mayu.

Mayu had successfully downed Akane with that kick, even if the girl blocked it. She wasn't bothered with it however, as if she was completely expecting the girl to protect her face. Mayu was never the type who like hurting other people's face anyways, unless it couldn't be helped. With a smile on her face, the short haired girl would chase after Akane who's still trying to get up to get another strike in.

Once she was close to her opponent, Mayu would do a short jump and spin in front of the girl to try hitting the girl's stomach or chest with a turning back kick, depending on Akane's position when she got up.

"Hoo!" she wold let out another another yell in excitement as she swung her leg with some speed in it.

Akane groaned as she pushed herself up to her feet doing her best to get as far up as she could, but before she was able to reach up into a full stand Mayu came at her and sent a kick straight at her stomach, making Akane's mouth shoot open and her face contort in pain as her eyes widened from the impact. Soon though Akane couldn't stand on her feet anymore and she crashed dropped down onto her knees.

" Agk...d-dammit..." Akane let out as she tried to look up at Mayu's face as she tried to to meet the girl's gaze.

Having delivered two hard kicks to her opponent made Mayu's face gleamed. Finally she manage to deal some decent damage to the quick Akane. As the girl dropped to her knees and looked up at her, Mayu would smile brightly at Akane without any hint of smugness or arrogance at all. It's as if she tried to be friendly no matter what's going on in the match.

However there's a difference in being friendly and respectful with going easy on your opponent, and Mayu knew that. She needed to continue attacking Akane while she still had the chance, otherwise it might cost her the match. With that in mind, the short haired girl would immediately walk towards her opponent again, her cheerful expression was still on as she did. Mayu would then try to grab Akane's shoulders with her hand to pull her up so she could try to strike her knee at the girl's right ribs. Afterwards, she would follow with an attempt to throw Akane towards the ropes to bounce the girl back at her.

Akane looked up at Mayu as the girl took a hold of her shoulder and looked down on Akane, the girl gritted her teeth as she would shake her head a bit and before she knew it she had a knee driven up into her ribs, " Agh!" Akane let out in pain as she felt the girl's knee drive her up, after which Mayu took a hold of Akane and pulled her up and threw her back against the ropes. " Kh.." Akane let out in frustration as she would bounce back towards Mayu from the ropes.

Akane was just waiting now as she came closer and closer to Mayu looking as she might fall over at any minute, but she wouldn't for instead she would start running with the added momentum in the last second to try and drive a strong right hook right in between Mayu's breasts and hit her right in the solar plexus with a strong right hook.
