I thought I was the only one.
I'm sure we're the only two.

*sneaks into the thread*
I know very, very little about MMA.
What I do know is that I love Ronda Rousey and I'm impatient and want to see her in another fight and argh she's so freaking awesome... <_<

I don't think I'm overstating it when I say that Ronda is the messiah of women's mma. And sports. She's on my wall right now.

Really, I'd like to see her get beat up in a three round fight and see how she reacts. It's hard to gauge how much heart someone has in 30 second fights.
Also, Forrest and Bonnar was a significant fight, but not a good fight, at least imo. It's easy to understand, two tough but mediocre fighters brawl it out and neither one quits. Watch Dan Henderson vs Shogun. " title="Very Happy" />

Wooooo~! Yeah? Looks like we're not the only ones! Yeah, I love MMA XD I actually don't know many female fighters cause I mostly just watch UFC though they should totally create a female division.

Re: MMA Thread?
The talent pool just isn't deep enough for women. I'm not sure it ever really will be, but maybe MMA will be so far over the line that women eventually take to it. There is a ton about it that appeals to women, but most don't get it. Dana White had it right on, though. One off fights, but no real division.
I think the last fighter I saw that impressed me was Anthony Smith. He's not new, he has plenty of fights, and he was fighting a punching bag, but he looked very sharp standing and on the ground, like he learned MMA from the ground up and not one thing first and added the others later. Great scrambles.
