Trying to get back into the saddle.

Sat Jan 13, 2018 5:11 pm by Deus001

Hi all. Deus here.

You may have noticed I am a bit quiet on the forums these days. My parents split up, I split up with my girlfriend and moved house. I am moving house again in February as well. 2017 was one slow motion punch to the dick for me and my balls are still numb to be honest.

However now that I have some semblance of normality I felt why not see if anyone wants to talk RP ideas, I have a long work week ahead but a clear weekend it seems. If you have any ideas you want to do send me …

Post Delays after Winter Storm

Sat Jan 06, 2018 1:38 pm by BrittanyW

Cause the best thing after coming back from holiday is for a bomb cyclone to hit where you are. -_-

So yeah, expect more delays of posts and stuff while I have to sort out problems from this shit.

Fuck my life. Sad

Triple H. Wins all the time, is a jerkface.

Adrian is no way X-pac. Way more charisma and character changing.

[quote="Harrier":3uzeoxbm][quote="UrbanChamp":3uzeoxbm]I know I haven't made his profile yet....but my character would be...Bob Backlund. LOL...you'll soon see what I mean.

Amwesome athlete, even Nash as the inventor of the Vanilla Midget movement praises him as often as possible for putting him over massively. Looking so bland as Backlund and being a megastar is really impressive and the psycho Crossface Chickenwing as finisher, fucking brilliant.

Backlund is a legit wrestler, extremely good at doing worked matches, had the conditioning to perform in a moderate paced match as long as he wanted (those 60 minute matches!), and could sell like hell for the other guy and make them look good. Kids today don't know much of anything about him because he was champ back in the late 70s and early 80s. Second longest reigning champ in WWE history at that (second only to Bruno Sammartino who was the most epic of them all; Bruno was another one of those old school guys who was legitimately dangerous unlike the pure showmen of today, and he was strong as HELL and was known to be a very tough grappler/fighter). He looked bland and plain, but that was part of his gimmick. A star athlete, legit elite wrestler with clearly more mat skill than anyone else on the roster, and a proud American. That's what he was. Crazy Backlund who was arrogant as hell, would blank out and injure the hell out of people, and was trying to put old fashioned morality of the 1970s back into the modern day and more updated WWE and into the lives of the younger fans was epic. And of course, his 2000 Royal Rumble surprise appearance and his very recent mauling of Heath Slater were epic as fuck. Fans...REAL fans...were there giving the old guy props. I love how Bob acknowledged them and showed his appreciation for them.
