Darren Vs Minako (For robotcorp)

First to three knockouts

Darren once again was sleeping backstage and had to be woken up by one of the backstage crew. Ugh another match letting out a small yawn the blonde stared blankly up at the worked before taking a sip of his drink. Apparently it was someone's debut lightly rolling his eyes he pushed himself to his feet immediately feeling slightly light headed. Slowly he dragged his feet towards the entrance to the arena peeking out of the curtain before his music hit it was something random off his Ipod.

Stepping out of the curtain he was blinded by the lights that quickly passed though making his way down the ramp lightly dragging his feet he lightly rubbed the back of his neck the tips of his hair lightly tickling his finger before sliding under the bottom rope. He hadn't researched his opponent although he knew that it was going to be their one of their first matches if not their debut. Oh well it wasn't going to be too hard right?

Minako, was already waiting in the ring surprisingly, leaning in the left corner, as a look of disappointment came to her face, she glared at Darren intently. "Huh!!! your my opponent?" she browsed the male up and down, "Lazy ones aren't my ideal man, but what the hell! nice to meet ya!" strangely, Minako offered a handshake to Darren, though in her mind, she could not stand the bored looking boy.

"Ughhh, I'd hate to clean of my fight gloves knowing your slobber is on it, but....I will show ya a fight! lazy boy!" bashing her fists together, she began making warm up stretches, as she looked over to the lazy Darren. From in her mind about him, she had heard a few stories and gossip about him from the other girls, in which to her surprise, she found him quite casually attractive, but just a little.

Darren let out a small sigh so his oppenent was a spirted one. They were by far the most annoying kind of opponent. Although when she questioned him he couldn't resist raising his hand above his hair and pointing towards himself with both hands. "Yeah Opponent here I guess." he replied with a non-chaloant shrug. Although it seemed like she didn't like lazy opponents, Oh well it wasn't like he was a sucky fighter right? He just looked for the easiest way to get out of something. It was simple. Glancing towards her hand it was certainly a plesent surprise. Taking her hand he let out a small yawn. "Yeah nice to meet you too." He replied his eyes trailing around the crowd who looked amused by the contrast in personalities at the moment.

Wait slobber? Was he going to be drooling now? He lightly rolled his eyes. "Well I guess you are rather attractive in your own way but I don't think its enough to make me drool?" he replied as she started stretching, Raising one of his hands he cocked his head to the side. "Shouldn't you have like done that backstage." he asked He offered a lockup to start off. "Ready when you are."

"I meant your sleeping habit you moron!" Minako growled at Darren, itching to fight the male, "yea, I saw you sleeping in the backstage area, it be more cuter if you was knocked out!" taunting at him in a cute manner, she could see he was not that bothered to fight her, but she took it in as him pointing fun at her. "Enough talk, now c'mon and fight me!" Minako said ready for the match to begin.

As the bell rang for round 1,she came out of her corner ready and pumped, "heres a little wake up call just for you!" she said, throwing a first punch into Darren's stomach.

"Well if you want to knock me out your going to have to work for it." he replied he was unsure of how to react to her cute approch usually the woman that he had wrestled so far were nothing like this there were either flirty of angry. It took him back slightly. it wasn't long before she seemed done with talking.

The lock up didn't seem to happen since she moved past his offer to punch him in the stomach. Doubling over he gasped, So he had to knock her out three times to win he would have to do his research on her style as he fought her at the moment he was thinking striker.

"Oh, I promise to deliver you a good lesson mister! you may be a sleeper, but I can give you a good fight!" Minako pulled out the punch into him, getting ready for a kick to his face, when the male crouched down in agony. "Less with the lazy talk, and more with the fight! I get bored of your voice..." she huffed, waiting for Darren to get up and face her, Minako knew of Darren's type in her school and class, but she had no trouble, in showing them a one and two punch up and slam.

Darren had doubled over from the punch and at the moment Minako seemed rather confident. She sure did like to talk though. Anticipating another attack he wasn't all that surprised when it came. Altering his postion slightly he aimed to grab her leg before it hit him. "Oh no you don't." he replied grabbing her leg was certainly the easy thing to do although if she wasn't quick enough to react he would aim to step into her and sweep at her legs to make her fall on her ass.

Having been outwitted by Darren's quick reflex move, Minako stumbled flailing, as she fell to her ass rubbing it humorously. "Ahhhh, butt...owww....lucky shot! but I do better..." giving her opponent a wink, Minako got to her feet quickly smiling in joy, and went in for a flying elbow strike to Darren's head. At this time, Minako focused on him, rather than buttering him up with talk.

Darren raised an eyebrow as he watched Minako it seemed as though she had underestimated him although he did let her get back to her feet lightly rolling his eyes as she winked at him. "You know if you want to-" The blonde managed to get out before he felt her elbow hit him in the chin as she flew through the air towards him pretty much knocking him on his butt pretty much the reverse of what had just happened.

Knocking him down, she fixed her long hair back as she gave out a small smile to him, "hmm? you say something dear?" Minako giggled looking down at him plopped on his butt, seeing as he was not near invincible as she thought him to be, she kicked him lightly, but not hurting him much. "Couldn't hear ya love, could you let your fighting do the yapping? its quite hard to hear ya!" jumping around ready for him to get up, she wanted a fair fight with darren, rather than just beating him senseless like a punching bag.

Meme-rising her moves, she waited intently looking at him.
