Makie Akamatsu vs Yoko Honda (Complete)

Makie's face reddened, both from the exertion of squeezing Yoko and from the way her body was pressing up so closely to her opponent's. Breathing heavily, she stretched her legs back, trying to scissor them around one of Yoko's to keep her under control, causing her lean body to stretch further against Yoko's in the process.

"Give up," Makie said, feeling Yoko's laboured breath on her cheek as she maintained the sleeper, squeezing into her opponent for all it was worth.

Yoko growled as she felt her leg being wrapped up by Makie's, writhing slowly underneath her as the sleeper coiled tighter around her. Her arms slid back upwards, weakly wrapping around Makie as if she was going to try something, but...she just didn't have the energy. The sleeper was doing a nasty number on the Blue Wolf, her eyes beginning to flutter shut as her movements began to slow further, her body just barely rubbing back against Makie's now.

Kameyo, on the other hand, didn't seem as passive as Yoko was. The brunette leaned against the apron, sighing and pounding the mat with one fist, yelling in at Yoko. "C'mon, girl! Get up and fight! Stop her!!"

Yoko, though, didn't seem to hear, just lying there beneath Makie now as the sleeper hold did it's work...

Makie could feel Yoko's movements diminishing even further now, her struggles fading as the Blue Wolf's body went still underneath her. Even so, Makie maintained the sleeper, her shoulder pressing up against Yoko's chin as she breathed deeply, her own head resting against Yoko's shoulder. "Check her ref!" she shouted, maintaining her sleeper all the while.

She wanted to believe that Yoko Honda was down, but she needed to be sure. All throughout the match, Yoko had been quite tough, and she wouldn't be too surprised if she managed to resist this sleeper...

The referee stepped over towards the two of them. She reached down, grabbing one of Yoko's arms and lifting it up, then letting it go. It fell, hitting the mat to the side of her. Against the referee lifted it, letting it drop a second time...and again, it hit the mat. One more time she lifted it upwards, letting it go and stepping back...

...and a third time, it hit the mat. Shaking her head, the referee turned, going to call for the bell, as Kameyo let out a sigh from outside the ring. Yoko was done, completely out it from the simple, but highly effective sleeper, the long match having took it's toll on her at this point.

Makie still kept the sleeper hold locked, her bitterness towards Yoko and her pent-up aggression in this match making her continue to squeeze Yoko. It wasn't until the ref tapped her on the shoulder several times before Makie finally released her. Gasping for breath, Makie rolled off of the Blue Wolf, her chest rising and falling after such a gruelling match.

After a few seconds, Makie rolled up to her feet. She looked tired, and she glanced down at Yoko, never taking her eyes off of her even as the ref raised her arm in victory.

As Makie finally released Yoko and rose off her still body, the Blue Wolf's own chest rising and falling slowly with a series of hard, labored breaths, Kameyo slid into the ring, her own eyes rising to Makie as she moved to Yoko's side. She gave each of Yoko's cheeks a quick slap, trying to rouse the woman, and when she finally came to she started to help Yoko to her feet, letting her lean against her for support. The two of them turned to Makie, Yoko managing a small grin even though she looked completely out of things, while Kameyo began to speak softly towards Makie.

"Do not think this is over, Miss Akamatsu," She began, staring at Makie coldly. "I was sent here to watch Yoko and make sure that she was able to crush the Akamatsu clan...and so long as I'm here, Yoko will beat you...tonight, we simply underestimated you."

And with that, she began to turn, moving to help Yoko from the ring.

[/i]As Yoko and Kameye hobbled out of the ring, Makie staggered to the edge of the ropes. "Any time, any place, Honda!" she called out at them angrily. "I'll take you on again, and beat your ass twice as hard next time!"

At that point, her soreness from being rammed into the corner post earlier caught up with her, and she slumped exhaustedly against the ropes. Closing her eyes, she staggered over towards the other side of the ring, slid under the ropes, and made her way to the opposite end of the exit.

Another day, another rival, she thought to herself. Though she knew in her heart that Yoko Honda would one day try to make good on her promise...
