Re: 'Queen' of the Mountain Match
I said "Include" it was not a comprehensive list.
I also left out Harley Race and Sheamus.

Re: 'Queen' of the Mountain Match
I don't mind being pestered for matches, people who are active and WANT to be a part of the rankings are encouraged to do so. Those who haven't been on (for months) or aren't really participating in the matches slowly get weeded out.
If you WANT in, then post in the rankings thread: here[/url:3sdmwse8]
;P
I'M only waiting for a certain match to finish up before readjusting the rankings and taking the next title match.
on the topic at hand, you could have a referee. Someone who isn't participating who can keep track of what's going on.
But if you want a good example of what happens when 4+ people get together in a thread, go ahead and read this thread[/url:3sdmwse8] ;P

In that case, Angel is going to be raring for a rematch once her current match is done with. ;P

Re: 'Queen' of the Mountain Match
Valens gets the next title shot. if Akashi looses then Angel can have a rematch, if Akashi wins then she might have to either wait a liiitle longer or challenge her to a non-title match depending on how things go.

Works for me, quite nicely actually.
Seeing Tiffany jump back ahead of Angel would annoy her just enough for her to demand a second match against her.
...I think I'm rooting for Akashi to lose here, no offense. :X

Re: 'Queen' of the Mountain Match
I support this idea for a Queen of the Mountain match. It could work well.
Like the idea of a midcard title, though I dunno what to make it. I mean, all matches are in Japan according to AFW official story, so a Intercontinental belt wouldnt work.
Id reccomend some kind of Openweight title. Like a Television Title or something. One that you dont have to be in rankings for and that anyone is elegible.
And just to try and outnerd Kerflubble, The King of the Mountain Match Winners!:
1.Jeff Jarrett beat Raven, Ron Killings, AJ Styles, and Chris Harris to be NWA Champ in 2004
2. Raven beat AJ Styles, Abyss, Monty Brown, and X-Pac to be NWA Champ in 2005
3. Jeff Jarrett beat Ron Killings, Sting, Abyss, and Christian Cage to be NWA Champ in 2006
4. Kurt Angle beat Samoa Joe, Christian Cage, AJ Styles, and Chris Harris to be TNA Champ in 2007
5. Kaz beat Curry Man, Chris Sabin, Jimmy Rave and Johnny Devine in 2008 to get a TNA Title Shot
6. Samoa Joe beat Booker T, Robert Roode, Christian Cage, and Rhino to retain TNA Champ in 2008
7. Suicide beat Jay Lethal, Creed, Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley in 2009 to be retain the X-Division Title
8. Kurt Angle beat Samoa Joe, Jeff Jarrett, AJ Styles, and Mick Foley in 2009 to become TNA Champ
The second match, that Raven one in 2005, is claimed as the very best King of the Mountain match ever. and I agree. It was awesome. The worst King of the Mountain match has been debated, but its usually agreed that its either the third one, where Jeff Jarrett won again, or the 8th one, where Kurt Angle won again. It doesnt help that both of those ended with screw job style endings, which are very frowned upon in these kind of matches as they are supposed to be used as a match to end fueds between the top 4 title contenders and champ. The worst of the "Fair" matches however, is usually agreed to be: The 7th match, where Suicide retained his X division title.
Kurt Angle has the best success rating in this match, winning both of the matches he was in.
AJ Styles has both the highest number of appearances, at 4, and the lowest percentage of wins, having lost all 4 matches he was in.
Out of 40 wrestlers to appear in the 8 KOTM matches, only 10 are still with TNA, and 1, Chris Sabin, is currently Inactive.
