recruiting for a different rp

the short of it is my gf is getting the itch to play some DnD, and our usual group's separated by summer. looking to pick up a new group online, with me running the game as DM/GM/etc.

details: already have about 3 people for the party, so only thinking one, mayyyybe two more. no promises by this thread/pm replies, for the limited numbers, but looking to see who's interested. fun-centered game, so power-gamer types avoided and creativity supported.
I'm a very loose DM, centered on making sure everyone's participating and having fun as well as doing what they want to. I rarely kill players and that's entirely by coincidence, and sometimes have to TRY to kill the team just so I can give them a decent challenge (too easy for them if I try casual or to buffer things for them). I'm also big on homebrews, original systems or at least ones based on what i understand of the real game. i'll be making up a part of it invariably, so ruleslawyering is minimalized, since i've made up half the rules and can just make up what's needed for the moment so no one has to quote rulebooks and put everything on hold.

We're mainly looking at a straightforward DnD 3rd edition knockoff. grab a class and a race from a short list, go at it. house rule at Ang's suggestion: you roll for one of them. You can pick a class or a race, then roll at random for the other for variety (might let you specify what to avoid or go for, but that just means you're basically down to 6 races/3 classes)

also considering running a second game alongside it, more unique than the traditional (guessing every other session or so, but we'll see.) At my disposal I have general rules set up for:
Healing Factor: an original superhero setting based on Mutants and Masterminds (one of my more detailed ones)
Urban Arcana: modern day world, medival races/magic hidden within it
Deadlands: western with arcane/post-apocalypse touches
Modern/Feltpunk: same rules, but Feltpunk is based on a world where puppets/muppets have become sentient
World Jumper: think Dr Who, but with both original and existing worlds to travel between. plus the mysterious Inverse, where time and space are absent and travelers all linger.
Zombies: you guessed it. rather avoid this one since it sounds hard to not wipe out the whole team every time.
The Dangerous World of Douglas Donovan Davis: sci-fi parody setting. play as robots, space pirates, genetically bred monkeys, etc.

the dnd one is pretty much set in stone with Ang, and prefer that if you'd like another then you be in that game, but may be persuaded to run another. would preferably be run on AIM, maybe Yahoo chat.

heehee, well i will actually be borrowing a bit from 4.0 (mostly the skill list, to simplify it), and I'm doing a barely-original hybrid system as it is, so pretty much everyone'll need a bit of help from me on character building. have played 4 and enjoy it, but like the more old fashioned style rather than all the special attacks. encourages more loose and creative gameplay, i think.

and i swear there's a system for everything...

I wouldn't mind some more info on this.
